4	Why are modern men called weak? I liked your rant! I agree, it's not about discipline it's about actually finding pleasure in those "productive" (i hate that word) activities. You are not supposed to always force yourself to engage in them. Sure sometimes, you don't feel like going to the gym, so you suck it up and just go, and you feel better afterwards. 4	Red Pill made me think that Im not "good enough" What I did was the opposite of what "self improvement" says. I started eating candy again, playing video games and masturbating. I do those in moderation though. I don't know what you could about not feeling good enough for relationships. Maybe try it regardless of feeling not good enough.
