I know this is ASKTRP, but you don't need to write in such pissed off aggressive language in every single comment you've sent to me. Other people managed to actually answer the question, crazy right?

That's why I've fixed almost every other major issue in my life and am asking this instead of some of the other basic shit people ask on this sub

Just wanted to let you know, after reading your account, that it's your attitude 100% that's turning women off. There are shorter and uglier guys who pull pussy. So what's your issue? It's your severe insecurity about your height and looks that makes you repulsive to women. They can smell insecurity a mile away.

It really is ridiculous. It's natural to nut. Nofap only works if you're literally addicted to jerking off, otherwise is placebo bullshit for the socially retarded. You'll gain the same "superpowers" from doing anything that gives you confidence, whether it's the gym or approaching random chicks.

I want you to save this post and come back to it in 2 years just to see how much of a fucking retard you were

Super overly dramatic I have a decent sized extended group of friends but only hang out regularly with the "core few". Id be down to hang out with any of them if they hit me up, but when they don't I assume they have other things going on. I'm sure if they looked at snap maps they'd see almost exactly the same shit this guy sees and maybe even come to the same conclusion. He needs to hit these kids up and see if they're down. If they fake or lie and you can tell, then ditch them. But it may simp…

Red lines are whatever you think they should be Does this bother you so much you'd consider dumping her? If not, then don't worry about it and maybe simply tell her you don't like it. If it does then dump her.

In the periods where I've been in shape (like now) I've always been pretty good with women, and most people generally

Not at all actually. I probably didn't articulate myself as well as I could've lmao. I realize the autismo vibes came off that pretty hard. But I'm actually pretty close to the opposite of autistic.

It's tedious, you have to go there every day, you have to eat 6 meals a day, you have to suffer. Of course I'm interested in having a gym buddy LOL. Nice attitude bud.

This whole post screams low self esteem A girl describing herself as subservient would be a huge red flag for me

they are extremely rare in real life This is so true. Go to any pool and I guarantee there will be maybe 1-2 people with actual abs there, and there's a high likelihood one or both are super skinny kids.

If by half the sub you mean you and floridaboss, then sure. Lmao.
/r/TheRedPill27/06/17 11:00 AM

Subliminally, and regardless of denial - because it's by design. If you don't want to be exposed to extra loci of control that are external to your own will and actions, you need to reduce your overall exposure to the channels that these loci exert themselves through. One of which is television, more of which may be sports, music, news, etc. Do you realize how retarded you sound? You're just regurgitating Alex jones level bullshit with a good ol redpill "just lift bro" circlejerking on top of it…

I have a large group of friends who looks to me to set things up and figure out what to do. They all defer to me in regards to where we go, what we do and who we do it with. These people didn't even know me 6 months ago. You're drawing arbitrary lines to try to paint me as a autist while you reply to multiple posts of mine at once on different forums and post shit to vidya and anime forums. I just visited club med with a few of my close friends today. My ticket was paid for by one of them. Again…

I just love learning about other people, and getting to know them. I talk about life and how I feel about shit (likes and dislikes, reservations about the future etc) which prompts them to open up and forges a meaningful relationship. Works on everyone.

A calorie is a calorie. A clean diet can help you build muscle faster by having more energy and can keep you from getting sick, but in terms of actually building muscle or losing weight, it doesn't much matter what you eat so long as you're eating enough and getting enough protein.

He's talking about me because I told him he was a scared pussy on another post where he basically said stop watching TV and movies because the liberal bullshit will poison your mind. And as is the case with autistis, they tend to not like when you deconstruct their little realities they've built to protect themselves from big scary ideas and experiences.

All of that is completely irrevelant in regards to getting in shape. You may feel physically better with a clean diet, but it won't help you build muscle or lose weight faster. That's all a matter of calories in vs calories out.

Being less standoffish and self righteous in real life will help you immensely. That's not an insult, merely a suggestion.

I'm not mad at anyone, you're just a retard who is scared of being exposed to ideas he doesn't agree with. Go back to your anime and vidya and I'll keep doing what I'm doing, because it sure as shit is working for me.

I know a guy who is the person you described: super quick to jump into a debate, kind of a loner and is super over the top against drugs and alcohol. And you know what? He sucks. Everyone dislikes him. Because he hasn't yet realized that his self righteous douchebaggary that he spews every time he feels the need to correct the teacher or a classmate, or when he shits on me for partying on the weekend, does not make him cool or above anyone: it makes him a douchebag. Now I'm not trying to say you…

I can't tell if you're just a kid trying to be profound or you're a legitimately crazy person. By your logic you shouldn't consume any media because all it does it put thoughts in your head, which is ironic considering you're on a sub designed to change your world view. Being open minded means being open to different ideas and perspectives. Your world view should grow and change as you as a person grow and change. It should be changing for the better. If you don't want to be exposed to new ideas…

Haha yeah that happens to the best of them, although if you're cracking jokes in front of your class you're farther along than I ever was. I was always so scared I'd get rejected for showing who I was. I was always scared of being vulnerable. Turns out, my personality is pretty fucking magnetic, and my friends have all started to adopt my habits and mannerisms. I'd bet your personality is the same way.
/r/askTRP25/06/17 02:19 AM

Sorry there's no one definite answer for everybody but all I can say is lift , work on knowing yourself, what makes you think certain things. Be very careful of what you let take space in your mind. If you're absorbing endless media, music, movie, tv and liberal bullshit then they're alpha and you're their beta and you'll always be under their mental chains. Strengthen your interpersonal skills, be kind, genuine , positive Nonsensical fear mongering. Experience anything. Experience everything. N…

For sure I would not have grown as much if I wasn't carrying that extra weight. That's not how growing works

At the beginning it was incredibly exact. Every single thing I ate was typed into the Fitbit calorie tracking app (would highly recommend). Eventually over time I got less exact with my macros but I've more or less been completely accurate with my daily calorie and protein intake for about a year, and have maybe missed 4-5 days total within that time for special events (prom, birthday, Christmas, thanksgiving etc). In my experience, counting fat and carb macros is unnecessary. Counting protein a…

Believe me, I used to calculate everything. I used to plan out every convo and then replay it in my head after it happened to critique myself. You know why? Because I had no confidence in myself to simply ad lib a conversation and because I was so desperate to be liked, any stumble or bad joke would weigh heavily on my conscience. Eventually my confidence grew and I started socializing a lot more and slowly my filter evaporated and I just said whatever came to mind and I have had incredible resu…

It's a sidebar book because it teaches you the intricacies of social interaction. For most it's simply review, but to some it's a whole new set of info. As for the smiling thing, if you're even asking the question of whether you should or shouldn't then you've already fucked up. I smile all the time at everything because it makes me feel good and makes others feel good too. It's not calculated. It's natural. Do whatever is natural and fuck what you think women might want to see.

No there isn't. There's a terrifically big gap between average and hot though. It took me almost an entire year before I completed my transformation from meh to hot. Took a year of very dedicated calorie counting and lifting. I've improved my looks consistently for almost a year, but it's only been recently that I've seen the full effects. Talking to women is effortless, and men respect you more as well.

Haven't been on here a long time, I guess that's a sign of my progress. This isn't a weekly improvement post, rather a yearly one . I found this sub a year ago as a fat, friendless, socially isolated virgin with social anxiety and depression. I decided to make a life change going into senior year of high school. Today, I'm in the best shape of my life, successful with women, the leader of an amazing friend group and am expanding my social circle, literally, on the daily. I've never been this con…
