GLO - I was going to message you about this privately, but your advice may be helpful to others here: I am 22, have sub-250 T levels, and don’t know what to do. I found TRP about a year ago and suspected something was up so I went to get tested. Just like you said, I was advised by my GP that my sub-250 levels are normal, he absolutely would not prescribe, and made me feel crazy. Reading articles like the OP scares me - how can I take things into my own hands if the Psychological and Medical com…

External validation, attraction, and respect come after years of internal focus and thoughtful, relentless self-improvement. You can't earn anyone's respect by chasing it; it's rewarded by chasing yourself.

Pessimism doesn't do anything for you. A defeatist mind uses the realization of truth to justify the pain of the present moment and project it as indefinite reality going forward. Where does that get you? Instead, use that truth to fuel your ambition for a better future. Be the master of the new rule-set you've discovered; use it, manipulate it, bend it to your benefit; don't be a slave to it.

Truth is, many of the now-250k members of this community want a movement, which they can join and march behind and claim ownership over without actually accepting any responsibility. Hell, the women get their movements, right? Being a man means being alone. Creating the world you would like to live in, not joining someone else's and pointing out everything that's wrong with it. The knowledge shared by TRP is meant as a tool for men to build their lives, NOT a platform upon which to demand societ…

Yes, actually, there are plenty of companies online offering instant weight-loss/muscle-growth/t-boosting pills that provide all the benefits of weight lifting right from the comfort of your couch. I'd also recommend the portable microwave oven and mini-freezer to store your hot pockets and corn dogs.

We are emotional beings. Displaying complete discipline and control over your "emotional mind" is certainly ideal, but also quite demanding on our psyche. It's a muscle that needs to be built slowly over time. For those at the beginning stages of "discipline development", it may be helpful to practice harnessing the power of your emotional mind, instead of shutting it out completely. Many negative emotions share similar parts of the brain, but have very different effects on your actions. Learn t…

Grow some balls. You know why she wanted nothing to do with you. You know why she went and fucked some Chads. You know why your actions are pointless and self-destructive. That's what TRP is for: to understand the "whys". Now stop being a pussy and do something about it. You can read every piece of RP literature there is, but if you don't change your actions you're doomed to a life of repeating the same mistakes, which is unacceptable by anyone's standards.

You're buying into the industry. It's made out to be complicated and confusing, with contradictory information, on purpose: to get you to buy their guides/products. Lifting and getting in shape is hard, but not complicated. 1.) Focus most of your energy/gym time on the staple compound lifts (back squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, barbell row). As a beginner, you should emphasize form and consistent weight progression (start light, use proper form with every rep of every set, and add …

Make up your mind, is this a field report or a diary entry? This sub is meant to be a resource, not a circlejerk. State your case, the strategies and theories you applied, and the outcome, and be done with it. You're (sub)consciously seeking external validation and it shows.

It's been my personal observation that the majority of new-age Star Wars fans are female (or young, feminine, BP men), while nearly all of the male, die-hard, classic Star Wars fans I know absolutely hate the new movies because they "just don't feel right". There was a wit and a charm to the original series, largely presented through symbolism and subliminal messaging, that is not only absent in the post-Disney films, but has been seemingly attacked, shot, and buried like a dangerous, pro-mascul…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
