There has been plenty of studies on this. Generally, men with higher IQ exhibited monogamus tendencies. The same trend was not found to be true of women with high IQ. Below average IQ is dumpster diving. I knew a girl that had an objectively low IQ (around 90) and she was pretty fucking dumb.

It already has colored the perception extensively. Look anywhere where this issue is being discussed (even Reddit) and you'll see at least one or two people point out that study. They fail to mention, probably because they are ignorant, that other studies have been done comparing the amount of men to women that play video games for at least 20 hours a week. The ratio was 7:1 in favor of men.

So it's happening already... I kind've knew shit would hit the fan someday. The day I saw in my college newspaper that Resident Evil 5, a game that takes place in Africa, was racist because you shoot some black people (in Africa), I knew a SJW crusade was coming. That was about 6 years ago. Now shit is getting pretty out of control...Calls to write more female leads, even at the expense of the storyline (any strong female representation is good representation). I honestly felt like the gaming in…

But notice how no points are being discussed. The label of something as "anti-feminist" is a censorship tactic to silence anything seen as dissent. These people don't want a discussion.

The first time I played Resident Evil, I chose Jill I actually did the same exact thing, and I was pretty young when I first played the RE series. I never even thought about female vs. male characters because it made no difference to me (and probably not to anyone else either). Bayonetta was also a great game (female lead). Plenty of examples of well done female characters in the distant past that did not come out as a result of SJW pressure. But now you can absolutely tell when a female charact…

It is sad. It would suck to be a male video game journalist these days because saying the wrong thing could cost you your job. SJWs have set up this huge witch hunt to lynch dissenters from their pro-"feminist" agenda and it has gained serious traction within the gaming world. At this point, there probably isn't much going back. Fortunately, money matters more than politics. Game developers know what their primary demographic is. Men play video games disproportionately more than women, so games …

Exactly. I casually play games, but at least I'm not a retard like the SJWs that can't understand men are the primary demographic for video games. It's because men play console/PC games (not mobile games) more often and when comparing the amount of men that play video games for at least 20 hours per week compared to women, the ratio is 7:1. It's a no-brainer that games will therefore be catered to a male audience. Just goes to show that any male space must be infiltrated and dismantled in the na…

It's seriously dumb. People will point out that there are just as many female "gamers" as there are male gamers, except that the types of games men and women tend to play are enormously different. Not to mention that male gamers that were reported to play video games at least 20 hours per week was found to be 7:1 compared to women. That obviously means that men are the primary demographic for AAA titles, so obviously developers and companies that are running a business and trying to sell a produ…

100% this. I strongly suspect these types of marriages fail in the end. Girl settles down for some beta bux that she isn't really physically attracted to (because he can't compare to the stallion cock she could pull when she was younger and at her prime). She doesn't feel like she needs to take care of her husband (sexually, emotionally, or whatever). On the surface these types of arrangements look fucking amazing. Look at the good "nice" guy who got the attractive girl in the end! See, working …

This. Human beings are social by nature. Although I'm more introverted, I've had times in my life where I didn't encourage myself to meet new people and a crushing loneliness takes over when you do that for a long enough time. You feel less motivated to pursue the hobbies/interests you want. Less motivated/confident to pick up women. Less motivated to do work. Friends are an indispensable part of life.

I don't think it's rape in this case and I don't think the law would see it that way either, unless she was forced to have sex. We don't know all the details, but I'm sure there are many cases where the girl has said, "no, no, no, no, ugh ok fine." That's not rape. It makes the guy a pushy asshole and probably makes for some shitty sex, but it doesn't make the guy a rapist.

You make several inferences in your other comments that men of short stature are unable to pull quality pussy. Therefore, if you have shorter male friends that pull quality pussy, your argument that short men don't/can't pull quality pussy doesn't make any sense. You just agreed with what I said towards the end of your post on that it's much easier being tall. Of course it's easier if you are tall. But it's not impossible if you're not. I don't usually go to bars or do cold approaches. Almost always meet women in classes, through friends, or Tinder. You're probably right about the bar scene. I wouldn't pull a super hot chick without being at least close to 6'. Good facial aesthetics are pretty important, though. Yeah, I may only be 5'9'', which honestly isn't that bad since most men are 5'9''-5'11''. I just had a girl in one of my classes email me to tell me I look like some famous actor. Also worked at Abercrombie in the past …

Exactly. People completely doubt what solid frame can do. Can't change my height, although I can't really complain about being average height. Thank fucking god I have a decent face though. Stopped giving a fuck a long time ago and just did whatever made me happy. That's the only advice I can give to anyone else. Lift, eat right, feel fulfilled, and do what makes you happy. Don't put up with anyone's bullshit and don't put pussy on a pedestal. The rest truly comes naturally.

I don't really have to defend myself. You sound like you have some weird hang ups about height, so I just feel sorry for you bro. Keep telling yourself I'm just pulling whales and 5s if it helps you sleep at night. Not saying I'm bagging 10s though. Usually 7-8 range and a rare 9.

Women are great at rattling off this bullshit, but generally it's the frame women attracted too. I imagine it doesn't really become an issue until you're shorter than the girl. Source 5'9'' guy that has no trouble pulling girls that "usually go for tall guys." Women don't know what they want.

I read that the national organizations just close that local chapter. Not sure if this is just a move to get fraternities off campus, or one for the sake of "equality." The idea of requiring women in fraternities is preposterous. What of sororities? This shit is just dumb, a political move no doubt generated from rape culture hysteria.

I agree that there could be some positive qualities for being inherently sensitive, but I disagree with the notion to "train" future generations of men to become sensitive. Also, in the page you provided being emotionally reactive is one of the characteristics of a highly sensitive person, as well as greater sensitivity to stimuli (large crowds scare me!), or over aroused easily. Sounds like a man-child to me. Sure, those people should work hard to compensate for those negative aspects, but agai…

Which is just going to send more women to depression meds. Looking at data on hookup culture, most college students report that they don't actually enjoy it (small minority do). Probably makes sense from an evolutionary point of view. Humans may not naturally be fully monogamous, but we do pair bond. Being pumped and dumped by alpha males (the feminist wet dream) goes against millions of years of evolution as a pair bonding species.

I'm not religious, so I tend to avoid traditional western women. It seems women with "traditional" values in the west are almost always super religious.

In my experience women of traditional cultural backgrounds are easier to "tame" than women in the west. Often in countries with more traditional values, alpha widows are a scarcity. I generally believe the majority of women that ride the CC are heavily psychologically damaged from it. CC riding women in cultures with traditional values are not as common, although they do exist and you obviously don't LTR them. As always, use discretion when looking for a woman, whether that be in the West or in …

This shit ain't rocket science. No matter where you go in the world, you will always find women like what you describe. I think when it comes down to the debate between foreign women from traditional societies to Western women, the bell curve distribution of women holding and practicing traditional values is a lot closer toward modest values. Thus on average you can find a woman with a more traditional background than you would in the West. But remember, it's an average. For every 10 sluts in Am…

Eh, not sure about that one considering I'm not a nerdy white guy (but am white) that can only get my hands on an asian girl. This is actually my first time plating an asian. Not saying she's a 10, but I'd say at least a 7. Usually you can judge a girl's SMV, partly by how many orbiters she has. This girl has asian and white guys going after her, so I'm assuming I'm a good judge of attractiveness at least in this case. Not to mention she has mentioned dating tall chinese men with good salaries i…

The ugly ones who can't find asian men. This is probably true in China, but plenty of attractive Asian girls born and raised in America are culturally white (if born in an area that is a mostly white community). I think culture has a stronger influence on dating preferences and what's available (SMV wise). It isn't anecdotal evidence that Okcupid trends show that asian/indian men aren't as valued in America. But look at your average asian/indian guy in America. Their SMV is fairly low compared t…

I've seen some 5'10'' with 5'11''. It is variable. It could just be that there just aren't that many shorter men where I am in the Midwest. I just don't really see anyone that is below 5'8'' that often.

I think this is true in areas where there aren't a lot of tall women. The Midwest has taller women and some taller men. I have yet to see a tall woman paired with a short man here.

The most important thing you have to remember with asian women is AWALT. Ones from China? AWALT. Ones from Japan? AWALT. In my experience, the difference between these places and others is that the majority of girls (except the ones at the top of the totem pole) don't get flattered with attention like in America. Society is already fairly Red Pill. The Japanese girl I talk to that I met awhile back when I visited Japan told me 25 years old is too old for a woman, but not for a man. Man is first …

The backlash of this is that women that produce bigger kids will produce bigger women. In the Midwest, there are a good handful of girls that are 5'11'', some that are 6'-6'1''. Problem is, these girls still want men that are 4''-5'' taller than them. They can live with cats.

That's why there is such a great need for stronger male role models. I bet the guys that throw our gender under the bus never stood a chance when they were raised by their feminist mothers. Case in point, my father never gave my brother and I solid advice about how to deal with women despite the fact that he was red pill. My mother taught my brother and I not to be assholes and we got eaten alive for a long time before figuring it out.

I've learned to just never do anything that is considered "nice" to a plate. The landscape changes a bit if you're years into an LTR. Then its appropriate to purchase flowers, for example. I don't do shit for any of my plates. I don't pay for their meals, I don't give them gifts, and if they're not ok with any of that I'm upfront about it and tell them they can hit the road. They never leave.

Yep, and I would bet this is why some women almost always invariably cheat on their spouses. Very few men have the SMV or endurance to marry an attractive modern western woman. More likely than not, you will get worn down/used up, and sent to the curb. Society will praise her for her independence and simultaneously shame you for "not doing enough" to keep her interested. This article says it all, with its "give 80% and expect 20% in return" attitude. This article would be more appropriately name…

100% agreed. Finding a compatible partner for an LTR is pretty hard. Case in point, I've only been with a few women in my life that I could consider LTR material, the rest of them I would never get into a relationship with. At minimum, there is a year or two screening period to see what these women are truly like. Now imagine being 35 and feeling that pang of desperation. Seriously.... I just bought this new car. It has everything, except the tires are flat, the air conditioner doesn't work and you have to jiggle the key to get the engine to start. A few neurological flaws could easily mean you have to support your defunct child well into their 20s, or possibly for the rest of your life. It's actually selfish to have a child at that age, considering the risks that may directly affect the innocent child biologically and socially.

Yeah, but the number of fools is going way down. See, for example, the recent article posted here a week or two back that basically said the number of women interested in marriage has gone up for the past 30 years, but it has gone way down for guys. Men are wising up.

Sure, Chris Pratt is still hot to women and gets lots of attention, but he's not as hot. I don't know about this one because Chris Pratt isn't even huge muscular wise. I think what happened here is disillusionment. Women adored Pratt's happy go lucky personality and chubby loser body. It feeds into the BB mentality, with Pratt exhibiting an endearing aloof personality that translated well to the "stick-around" non-intimidating type of guy. To a lot of women, that body type coupled with that pers…

I think in this case the answer is very clear. If you look at the reasons the girlfriend gave to the guy it was because she suffered from self-esteem issues and sought validation from men. With a partner count like 60-70, that is a lot of years grappling with low self esteem and seeking remediation of her problems in unhealthy and self-destructive ways. It isn't that she's a bad person, it's just that she is an unpredictable one. Or rather, she is predictable from the right perspective. Say thin…

Yeah...it's crazy. I knew cheating was bad, but I didn't think it was this bad. Just think if 50% are comfortable admitting they cheated in a relationship it gives credence to the argument that there are few or no socially perceived repercussions to this behavior. Women assume it's ok and normal to cheat and aren't shamed for it by their friends, family, or society. Man, shit like this makes you almost want to go MGTOW. I don't think it's that these women are having all the sex they want that's the problem. What gets me is how casual and mainstream the idea of cheating and being unfaithful to a boyfriend or husband is becoming. Like the value of a relationship/commitment has become completely worthless to an increasing number of women. To have such low regard for a person you're romantically involved with as to cheat speaks volumes about their character. This data essentially says if you get into a relationship…

This is the AF/BB dichotomy. Some women won't chase AF, but that is probably more a consequence of circumstance. At an early age, these women weren't that attractive and didn't garner the much desired attention that attractive men gave to attractive girls, so they learned to develop a personality. Some younger unattractive women turned out to be attractive women as they aged 18-24, but the mental conditioning had already set into place, which makes them more reluctant to chase AF than your typic…

It's definitely a huge circle jerk. Take, for example, the girl in the comments section that thought 50-100 was average. Hahahaha, you can't make that shit up! Women are women, but you're naive to think that all cultures have produced the same feminized state as the west. Some asian societies have greater emphasis on traditional values and it has been that way for generations. Thus, the average asian girl in a more traditional society is going to be different than your American asian that rides the cock carousel. I hit top percentile on the math portion of the GRE, but didn't give a shit about the English component. A marriage not working doesn't mean anything for producing offspring. You don't even need marriage to accomplish that. But if you value the concept of raising your offspring in a stable environment, the probability of a high divorce rate (and hence a custody battle) will greatly hinder that. Moreover, divorce, custody, and much more of the shit associated with separation is going to leak into your personal life whether you want it to or not, affecting your social life and job performance. No nee…

You said yourself that even women with high partner counts can bear children for you. How is it a detriment then if a women has had a high partner count? The data posted above speaks for itself, does it not? Women with 16 non-marital sexual partners and above are significantly more likely to have a less stable marriage. I don't know about you, but I don't want to increase the likelihood of divorce and get a raw deal on custody. I just want a stable household where I can see my kids and grow up w…

I think the context is important to. The data above does not distinguish between sex that is casual and in a relationship. I think women who relate sex = love and only have sex in a committed relationship, even if they had 1 or 2 sexual partners, is an excellent candidate for wife material.

I wouldn't put much stock into a SAT or GRE score. It's easy to prepare for and it doesn't test something that is inherently difficult. I mean honestly, basic algebra, some trigonometry, and simple questions about percentages that a high school student is trained for. The english part of the exam? Basic reading comprehension and some drills in, "Hey, did you memorize these words that you will never use in your life again?' Does it match well with the article? The girl I'm seeing right now has had 3 sexual partners (all relationships). She easily fits the first category, it's scary. I almost feel guilty about having that much power in the relationship. I'm responsible for absolutely everything and whatever I ask for, she gives to me (money, trust, etc). That guy is spot on about those trusting/naive partners. Sex is very much associated with love.

Perhaps. Her husband could be a "beta bux." Riding the carousel long enough would make any woman selfish. Imagine you have a girl that slept through her 20s and wasn't in any long-term relationships. Suddenly she wants to "settle down." That type of person is going to make for a fucking shitty wife because of the complete lack of experience in a committed relationship. 6000 calories is batshit crazy. Here's what you need to do: Calculate your resting metabolic rate. For your height and weight, you will burn roughly 1842 calories just by sitting on your ass all day. If your job is physically demanding, you might burn an extra 1000 calories. That's basically the equivalent of going on a 10-12 mile run. You need a surplus of calories to build muscle, so I would recommend eating between 3500-3700 calories to start out. I'd say, pick 3700 calories and work out. Wei…

I'm also 5'9'' and it has never brought me down. We're basically average height, nothing to be ashamed about that. 5'9'' in the dating world is enormously different than 5'3''. Will some women go for a taller man? Yep. But there are plenty that won't take issue with being 5'9''. Remember, only ~15% of American men are above 6'. You're not short.

This is also true of Japan as well. You can easily find 8s and 9s in Japan that have had less than 5 sexual partners. Hook-up culture just doesn't exist there like it does in the West. I also went to Japan and had the same experience. If I were to sum it up in a few sentences, it's like the old post comparing dating profiles from Asian countries vs. westernized countries. That's a bit surprising. I've lived in Boston and D.C. and I'd say some girls are slightly fatter in Madison, but it isn't overwhelming since it's a pretty young and active part of Wisconsin. Outside of Madison it's a disaster. Lots of fried food here and a huge drinking/bar culture.

Gekkozorz speaks the truth. There's a fair amount of fatties in Madison, but it isn't all that bad because it's a relatively young and active place. If you go outside of Madison? A smaller population that hates men less than 6' tall (literally 85% of the American male population), and another that hates men less than 5'8''. It's a shame you have that attitude. Says you're 6'5'' in your comments. That's nearly the entire world population right there that you don't take "seriously." Fortunately for the rest of us average height plebeians that live in the modern age, intelligence and past accomplishments are greater metrics of worth than simply your height. Height doesn't help you with much if you're dumb as a brick.
/r/TheRedPill20/07/14 09:04 PM
2

It depends on what you define as "average." Objectively, the average height for a man in America is 5'10''. Perhaps in terms of dating, the average height for a man is 6' (who knows). If you comb through some studies that have been done in relation to what women find attractive, women tend to prefer a 6-8'' height differential, find lean muscular men the most attractive (but you don't really get points off for being very muscular), and find men around the average height (5'10'') and above the mo…
/r/TheRedPill20/07/14 08:29 PM

Eh, who knows. I still think there are lots of girls that would love 6'6.5''. Definitely better than being shorter (like 5'6''). I've read that 6-8'' height differential is preferred. So if a girl is 5'4'', 5'10''-6' would be her ideal match. But what women say they want is different than what they actually do. If you can pull solid game at any reasonable height, you'll be attractive to her.
/r/TheRedPill20/07/14 08:13 PM
25

Being attractive is the most relevant parameter here. Not being tall is a disadvantage, yes. I would argue that 5'8'' and 5'9'' isn't "short" (5'10'' is average). Likewise 5'11'' and 6'0'' isn't exactly what people consider "tall." I'm 5'9''. Never had a problem using Tinder or Okcupid. If your face is aesthetically unattractive, you're going to have a rough time no matter what your height is (moreso if you're average-short height range).

Yeah, when I saw the part about tennis I was like, "This dude is definitely scrawny." Asian men tend to be shorter on average (I think probably around 5'7''). At 5'7''-5'8'', you can put on some nice mass and still be taller than the average girl (5'4''). Definitely can do well for yourself as an asian guy. To me, this guy also sounded a bit meek. Definitely nothing to write home about. Average at best in my book. She may have been more attractive when she was younger, but now she rates at a 5 or a 6 (and it can only go downhill from there). Yet she still deserves a top 10% male cuz hypergamy. A lot of these women would be so much happier if they were open to dating the pool of men that rated on the same scale. Maybe she could get away with dating a 6 or 7 male, but she is entitled to that 8-10 alpha bad boy that has money, looks, and is …

Be careful. You have to consume a surplus of calories to build muscle (and it takes a long time for muscle to grow larger, i.e. months). You could just be defining the muscle you have and exposing it as you reduce fat.

I don't think you have to be an asshole (i.e. an outright dick). The moment you realize you need to be harsh to reign your LTR back in is the moment you should realize you slipped frame over time. If you maintain quality frame, there's no need to be a dick. Quality frame, in my mind, is like being a good boss. You're confident, charismatic, have wit and charm and people see you as a natural leader. You don't have to be an asshole to get your employees to be productive, show up on time, etc becau…

I can't be the only one that looks at the founder of that kick starter and sees a fat mess. How can you be proud of that? "Men should be accepting of womens' bodies and be loved for who they are! A fat man? EW, GROSS." Even if I were having a Sahara Desert of a dry spell, I still wouldn't be thirsty enough to tap that fat pile of mess. I work hard for my physique, every single day. I expect the same of a partner.

White knights that chime in like that are the type of guys that never see any action. I'm convinced their sexual strategy is to be the nice guy beta orbiter/emotional tampon just hoping that one day their friend will stop fucking all those assholes and truly see what a special little snowflake he is! Next time that happens, just ignore him. I guarantee he doesn't get laid, so his opinion is essentially worthless. A guide to how not to pick up women.

I do agree with you on some level. I think the bald man does sound somewhat intelligent. However, you can hear the desperation in his voice, trying to defend his actions after two Russians have already fucked him over. Did you catch the bit where he paid for their lung surgery and had to sell his house, boat, car, etc just to pay the bills? Then he was thrown the divorce papers just weeks later. Beta bux, foreign exchange edition. The first guy definitely had good frame. I can tell he isn't goin…

With the exception of the first guy, the other two clearly don't take care of themselves. This is about as far from RP as it gets. These men feel entitled to a hot dame half their age without putting in the hard work. Don't want an overweight wife? Don't be overweight yourself. I think some foreign women can be just as shallow as American women, evidenced by the fact that the turtle man got duped twice already by the Russian bombshells. Physical attraction is still important, and I think the las…

100% with you on this one. Bigger than you seem is even common among guys as well. I'm just 5' 9'' and the second time I met this guy who became one of my friends later on mentioned that he thought I was the same height as him the first time we had met. That guy was over 6'. Not sure how he made that mistake. I've had quite a bit of success with online dating in the past with my height and had 40-50 positive ratings in the span of a month and several plates. I wouldn't dismiss yourself outright …

I was recently thinking of joining an ultimate frisbee league for the summer with some friends. Co-ed teams are mandatory, and must have 4 guys and 3 girls (at the very least) on the field at a time. What is with this shit?

I think it's important to point out that you can exude assertiveness, confidence, and dominance in more subtle ways at the workplace and with friends. Being anti-social at the job and more aggressive doesn't automatically command respect. Imagine yourself as a confident man with abundance mentality. You don't have a problem in the world. You joke around with colleagues, you smile, and you give off the impression of being in control (well groomed, and dress well). Reading context is important and…

Asian countries are a beautiful thing. Recently went to the Asia and the girls are practically throwing themselves at you in bars. The moment I walked into a bar, cute as fuck asian girl I just met is groping my arms, touching my face, and grabbing my ass. Not a single fatty asian in sight during my entire stay. Plus, the country was full blown redpill, "the man is first" attitude. What a goldmine.

I would argue that it is the pervasive, "don't be so hard on yourself!" mentality that seems to be more common in today's society or a lack of direction/inspiration that stronger parents can impart on their children. My mother, for example, loved to baby me when I was growing up. But I feel a majority of that was counterbalanced by my stricter father that forced me into competitive sports. If I failed, it was because I wasn't practicing hard/long enough. I can't imagine what type of pussy I woul…

True that. But this dude needs to face the reality that this (possibly) attractive girl was at one point physically attracted to him. Here's what many betas don't understand. If you're physically attractive to an 8 or 9, you're probably physically attractive to a lot of women. It sounds like this guy suffers from poor game and cannot maintain frame for the life of him. So no doubt, this girl is the most special hamster of them all just for paying attention to him.

Sure, but don't take my word for it. As for the rankings, it's simply fact that UofW is highly competitive in science (US News and World Report). See for yourself: http://grad-schools.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-graduate-schools/top-science-schools/university-of-wisconsin-madison-240444 What I'm saying is that I doubt this garbage "feminist biology" post-doc program is affiliated in any way with the scientific programs here. It is likely a humanities program.

National rankings beg to differ. Top 10 rankings in a few scientific programs (2nd in biochemistry) and top 20 in many more. I doubt any scientists here endorse this crap. This sounds like a social department program and is very likely not taken seriously by anyone in an actual science.

Holy. shit. I thought this was a joke when I read this article. This is the type of material you would read on The Onion. This is probably the vaguest thing I've ever read because even after reading the article, I don't really understand what "feminist biology" even is. Investigating the evolution of the pelvic region of human ancestors to understand how child rearing may have progressed over time? That's science, and that's fine. I don't understand why feminism needs to be brought into it. Elim…

In my experience, building bigger muscles and a cut physique helps you get noticed. Do you have a nice pair of biceps and an outline of a good set of pecs under your shirt? Women are going to notice that. It's not a replacement for wit or game, but it gives you an advantage. Have you seen long distance runners? Sure they're lean, but they don't have much muscle on them and so they don't really stand out in a crowd. You could be in the best cardio fitness of your life, but if you don't complement…

Do you genuinely feel that men want to find themselves in a cuckold situation? I wouldn't doubt this mindset develops from years of sexual neglect from their partner/self-loathing/lack of self-respect to be unable to leave a toxic relationship (needs not met, but too beta to leave or stand up for oneself) until it manifests into this abortion of a fetish. Of course, these men are consciously choosing to allow their partners to get fucked and putting a stamp of authenticity on it by calling it "i…

Yeah...this is a bit of an extreme view to take. It sounds like this guy suffers from an enormously inflated ego that is severely disproportionate to his accomplishments. So instead, he beats harder on his chest to be heard. It is rather unsavory and out of character to attack a pretty accomplished person unprovoked.

Good relationship advice in general is that you should confront and resolve problems that have put you in an unhealthy state of mind. Fix whatever it is in your life (if you can) that is making you have suicidal thoughts. Get better/more friends (friends that will listen to you). Focus on being more independent, taking your frustrations out on productive hobbies. Find direction and ambition in your life. Don't rely on women, rely on yourself. That's why I believe maintaining frame in a LTR isn't…

That's if there's an abundance of tall males in the crowd. Being 6'2'' and above is not rare, but it's uncommon enough that someone 5'8'' is pretty much going to blend into a crowd of average height. Girls aren't walking around with rulers in their purses just to make sure you measure up. With that said, being on the shorter side is a disadvantage, but as someone else mentioned, it's not a disability.
/r/TheRedPill06/04/14 08:15 PM

It says he's 5'8'' if you look at his comment history. But he also forgot to mention that he's a big whiny baby, which is why he doesn't see any action.

This guy is 5'8''. Height matters, but I doubt being 4'' above the average girl puts him at the exaggerated disadvantage he claims to be. Just look at his comments. All you see is a "can't do" attitude which suggests a great deal of insecurity. I guarantee that's all that's holding OP back, unless he looks like Quasimodo.
/r/TheRedPill06/04/14 08:01 PM

Trust me bro, height is not a prerequisite. I know for some women it is claimed to be a requirement, but generally it isn't a problem unless you are tragically short (which you would then just have to work harder to stand out). I'm only 5'9'' (still below average) and have had plenty of success. Stop being a whiny bitch about it and work with what you have. That height insecurity that you wear on your sleeve will be all women see when you go out to a bar. Own it.
/r/TheRedPill06/04/14 07:36 PM

I think it's important to be as objective as possible about whether height plays the most important role. A lot of studies indicate that women find men that are taller more attractive. Some studies suggest a preference for height, but for the most part women find a man that is average-above average height attractive. From my own experience being slightly below average height (5'9''), I've never had any problems whatsoever. I have a lean/muscular build and a masculine facial structure, which I fe…

Masters programs generally don't provide you with a stipend. Stanford, Harvard, etc. STEM masters programs require you to pay. Ph.D programs in STEM usually do give you a stipend.
/r/TheRedPill04/04/14 09:50 PM

Yeah, I'm just referring to Ph.D programs. The requirements as a grad assistant vary widely by department and depend on the program. Generally, stipends are fairly competitive and TA requirements are shoehorned into the stipend (you don't get additional money from being a TA, as far as I'm aware). My stipend covers pretty much everything. But I'm also in a good program and on a fellowship.

Just be careful. I'm also a graduate student (at a top 5). The reason why your friend landed a 90k job is because he worked for it. I'm sure you won't have a problem keeping up with your work. My advice would be not to get caught up with some dumb strange while you're trying to get a career off the ground. Keep some on the side, but don't commit.

A lot of STEM programs provide a stipend for students. If you're a graduate student in science/engineering, more than likely, you're being paid to be there.

Didn't you mention that you've spent the last 6 months bulking? Shedding body fat % requires just as much dedication as the weight training. If you have a different body-type, you might have to work harder but it is doable. I'm assuming you're eating a ton of calories, as is typical when you bulk. Where are those calories coming from? If you're eating crap, you're going to look like crap. The best advice I've seen is getting your protein sources from lean meats (chicken breast, for example) and …

That's why I mentioned flexible. I think it's important (men and women) to have a 5-year plan in mind. Some form of self-improvement that has value and enriches her life. Hopefully you find this in your partner and the reason why it's a LTR in the first place is because this woman has demonstrated, by actions and not words, that she is self-motivated and ambitious in achieving what's important to her. A woman that easily cracks under pressure can't be that well put together in the first place. I…

It's ultimately a fault with the parenting. At some point in time, this girl learned to game the system and eventually pushed back on parents that either didn't give a shit or were weak willed and gave into her every whim. Think of daddy's girl sort of mentality. If a daughter sees the main male role model in her life as a pushover, she's going to figure out rather quickly that she can dangle other men like marionettes too. That is a surefire way to raise a slut.

I think there are important exceptions to American women. I definitely get the impression that a lot of American women aren't worth the time to develop a LTR with. From mine and friends' experiences, there are plenty of examples and reasons not to be in a LTR. However, in terms of relationships, I've had the most success with women that are independent, goal-oriented, and have a (flexible) life-plan. The type that doesn't need validation from men, or attention-seeking/promoting behaviors. These …
