Time management's a bitch. Being money poor and body poor is bad as well. Ancient Greeks had a saying: Νους υγειής εν σωματί υγιεί (Healthy mind in healthy body). There is no reason you can't tick all 4 boxes. Time is the main resource here cause you need time to make money, to culture yourself and to get joocy. You just need to decide how to spend it according to your goals. You also make the mistake of thinking that all this stuff is mutually exclusive. You can make money and travel, you can l…

This is solid. I want to add to that by including meditation and good sleep. Meditate It is vitally important to get a grasp of your thoughts. Most people in your position are plagued by a constant barrage of unruly thoughts. There's plenty of stuff online, /r/meditate as well as free apps on all platforms. This will help you think more clearly. Sleep Sleep. Is. Vital. Get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Anything you do won't stick of your mind and body doesn't get the rest it needs. The body ne…

How does nature change it's course? A river eats away at the mountain a bit at a time. There are no magic shortcuts. You have to work. Lift, eat, read, sleep, meditate. The changes will come if you prepare the ground for them. A better body will attract more women and make you more confident so you hit on more women without breaking a sweat. They are just people after all. A better, well rested and focused mind will not be phased by shit tests and will keep frame easier. These improvements are n…

It all boils down to the fact that we are men and they are women. That is our nature. The specifics of it are well documented on the sidebar. If you are shy there's no easy way rectifying that. You have to push through it and ignore what your conditioning tells you. Go to a bar, talk to a woman, fuck up, rinse and repeat. Do this until you are comfortable. The only thing that may help you is this: The universe does not care about you. You, in the grand scheme of things, are all but the tiniest o…

You could read about stoicism. /r/stoicism is a good resource with their recommended reading material (enchiridion by Epictitus and meditations by Marcus Aurelius are an excellent starting point). Trp sidebar has material on it too. Taking 5-10 minutes to meditate when you are feeling overwhelmed helps too.

Start with guided meditations. Read on the subject, plenty of stuff online. Meditating is not just sitting on your ass for a set amount of time doing nothing. Stop, breathe & think is a good free little app that I began meditating with. A decent list of short meditations for a plethora of situations. Use it while training with unguided meditations.

Lift heavy, eat meat, read the sidebar/recommended books and get good sleep. Rome was not built in a single day and neither will you. These may not seem like much but they are the foundation of what TRP is. She is meaningless in the long run just one woman that you crossed paths with. She. Doesn't. Matter. Not her not her friends not her social life. Nada. Think long-term. In 5 years you can get shredded, tie up your looks, slay pussy left and right, have a solid degree, high paying job and she …

I would delete them. Don't get hung up on any one broad. Use that horniness to fuel you to fuck someone new. Don't go no fap though. Masturbate to keep the pipes clean and to keep you sane. How long you go without is your choice. Just not with the pictures of your ex. Abundance mentality applies everywhere. Edit: Don't share the pics with anyone. That will probably get you in trouble as they can easily be traced back to you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
