So I go grocery shopping, stock up on the essentials (salads, watermelon, bananas, etc) These are your essentials? Watermelon and salads? Sounds like you didnt get educated at all and completely fucked up your first try of veganism. Where is rice, beans, potatos? It Sounds like you didnt count your calories and nutrients and ate like 500kcal a Day. Whole foods plant based vegan diet is the healthiest diet there is, but you need to get a grasp on what you are exactly doing first.

Im glad that you said it because I am also sure that she has some disorder.
