Bigger leaner stronger says that when your on a cutting diet you eat 1.2Xbody weight in protein, 1Xbody weight in carbs, and .2Xbody weight in fat a day. Lifting routine varies. I lift heavy 3Xs a week and do HIIT cardio for 30 mins 3 times a week on my non-lifting days with one true off day. This way you keep muscle and burn fat only.

Stop telling her and start doing what you need to do to improve. Get a job #1. Start lifting while your looking for a job #2. Shut the fuck up #3. Don't take this the wrong way. We have all been there. I was in your same shoes a few months ago.

I use some clippers to trim my arm hair on a regular basis. I have recently started to use it on my chest stomach and legs. I am a very hairy guy and I think just a bit of hair growth looks better than long unruly hair overall. Plus it helps my new muscles stand out a bit more. I just got some teeth whitening trays and am excited to get that started today.

I kinda went/going through the same thing. Once I truly wronged my wife. When she brought it up I told her I wanted to talk to her about it later when the kids were in bed. When the time came I say her down and I said straight up that I was wrong and I was sorry that I did/said it and I apologize. I did this while looking in her eyes and I meant it. Later in the convo she brought it up again I just told her I felt bad about it. A few days later she brings it up again. I was doing my sit-ups and …

Almost exactly what I do. I also cook my chicken on the weekend and have it ready for me though out the week. I also snack on sunflower nuts (unsalted). Then I make my unsweetened tea the night before. It's all ready to go for in the morning. I'm a grab and go guy myself.

Thank your for the insight. I was hoping for feedback like this from someone who had tried it. Seems like I need to get out of it somehow. Any suggestions? I'm gonna look bad getting out of it I know but I need to come up with ideas. Maybe wait for ovulation and try to get out of it then. Idk if you read my post but we have already talked about it. I know I know bad move lol

Try to take it slow in your transition. I went to hard to fast and almost messed it all up. Don't make any decisions until you have really thought it out. Find a safe person to talk to about it all. Like everyone else says get to the gym and lift heavy. Pay attention to your wife. Study her. Learn what shit tests are. Watch how she reacts to your responses when you answer the shit test. Try to not take your anger out on her it really isn't her fault. A common rule around here is for progress you…

"The problem is that denying your wife sex isn't fair to her either." Ha she hasn't asked me for sex for a very long time so I doubt it's a case of being fair to her or not. I made a big mistake early on and went to hard to fast with her so I'm still reeling from that. I know it's gonna take a while to increase my smv so I know I don't have much for leverage in that aspect yet. I'm now trying to go along with the slow fade.

It's obvious you have read WISNIFG because your using BROKEN RECORD HERE. I agreed that I failed the shit test. The point I was trying to make was I didn't care if I failed it at that moment if I passed or failed anything.

I have yet to meet a man who isn't bothered in some way when his wife turns him down for sex on a consistent basis. Every guy here is bothered by it if they are turned down or they wouldn't have a reaction to it.

If she does cheat and I find out about it then the marriage is over, and I have set that firm boundary with her already, and I move on to the TRP. We were having sex once every 1-2 weeks maybe so I'm not missing out on much. I know you can't negotiate desire/attraction. And of course I'm working on my smv.

Way to fuck up a shit test. I knew it was a shit test and I didn't feel like listening to that one. Yes I could have sat there and listened to it but I just didn't have it in me that night. What I did isn't something I do every night. It only happened once. I am working on myself and I do feel kinda free from the sexual aspect of our relationship (I know it sounds fucked up) but coming from a "reforming nice guy" it really does. It also lets me see out relationship from a new perspective. Almost…

Yes to all except a life outside of our marriage that I'm working on also. Just started playing poker with some guys once a week and signed up for a night class once a week to learn a new skill where just men are involved.
/r/askMRP12/01/16 05:08 PM

The end goal is to break my habit of relying on her to meet my sexual needs. Yes I'm abstaining from porn also.
/r/askMRP12/01/16 05:06 PM

These are some of the reasons. The book nailed me for a true nice guy and had no power when it comes to sex (of course I'm working on myself). Trust me I want to be having sex with my wife but when I'm having sex once every week I'm not missing out on to much anyway.

I agree. 3-4 times a week would be awesome. More is always wanted of course but if I was getting quality sex 3-4 times a week would really make me feel great.

No. This is a world of abundance and there are plenty of other quality women out there who do not cheat. Get a lawyer and get the hell out man. Good luck.

Im new by maybe a few months and her is my advise. Break yourself in slowly. This journey that your on, that we are all on takes a long time to see results. I went to hard to fast and am still trying to calibrate myself, my frame and my "ship". Don't start so much at once. Pick a subject that's most important to you. If that's lifting then start there and I suggest that's where your start. I would start with dread until you have been getting into shape and having stuff to keep you busy like hobb…

My hands are naturally cold all the time especially in the winter. If I know I'm going to be getting some action I try my best to warm my fucking hands up so I can grab on her. My favorite is going to the bathroom and washing them with that foaming soap she likes under hot water. Fastest way I can warm them up. Women hate cold hands. If mine are to cold I either don't touch her and place them somewhere warm on my body or try to wash them real quick. Like I said if I know I'm going to be getting …

That was my problem for a while. I was resentful towards my wife for no fault of her own. It was my problem and I knew if and I couldn't help but be angry. I was for a while pushing to hard for change to fast. It's a marathon and I have to keep telling myself this. A marriage of almost 7 years can't be changed in 2-3 months. What she can handle and be receptive to in a year I can't try and I force now. Good comment jacktenofhearts.

Thanks for the advise. i wasn't bothered by it and I saw it as no big deal. When I say she was mad I mean she had red blotches on her face/neck. It's hard for me to be joking with her and have amused mastery when she is like that. The fact is know she wouldn't react well to joking around in that situation. I told her she was being silly and tried telling her to knock it off later on. We are at a stalemate about it now. im still new to red pill 2-3 months and am still reading all the time and I'v…

Thanks for this. I never said I'm a pro at being an captain yet. I was a Mr Nice Guy to a "t" and I'm trying to get over the years lost in the lies (myself and others) and figure all this shit out at the same time. I thought it was pretty silly the way she is reacting to it. She even said "how would you feel if I said something about (exs name here) and how we used to be?" I said "well that's your past and it happened before me so how do I get mad about it? I wasn't bragging about it, I was tell…

If you have been working your ass off I see nothing wrong with it. I have the same problem with my stomach and sides but not as bad. I'm 6'3 and 218 as of this morning. I do 100 sit-ups (varied) and 100 push-ups on my off days of working out. I doubt I will ever get rid of my spare tire around my waist but I'm fine with it. I doubt anyone has a leg to stand on when it comes to this situation if they disagree with you. Did you know Dwayne Johnson (the rock) had fat sucked out right below his peck…

Fasting from food I'm good with but fasting without water is just bad all the way around. If you lift and exercise on a regular basis your body need water all the time to heal your muscles. I think the whole no water for 24 hours is a bad idea. When I fast I drink a TON of water for the whole time I'm fasting.

Fucking awesome post. I needed to read this for a while and I'm glad I came across it. After being a Mr Nice Guy for years and finding mmsl after googling "how to make my wife have sex with me". I went through the rage faze and am now working on my frame (strength intelligence emotion). I've made some mistakes by not using stfu. I have been seeing our relationship get better and worse but I'm learning. Just yesterday I failed a shit test over some veggies I paid to much for at the store. But the…

I'm a newbie here but sounds like she needed to go and you helped her out. In times of a family death I think there should be a lot of comfort provided. It doesn't mean she should be able to walk all over you but you should be the one to comfort her.

No reward expected. Just my nice guy kicking in and not wanting to hear her bitch. She bitched anyway because one of the kids didn't clean the oven mat (had melted cheese from pizza on it). Then I failed her shit test when she said "you need to make the kid get outta bed and clean it." I feel like such a chump because not only did I do it I actually made more noise than normal going to get the kid. It's been a bad day ugh.

No agreement was made before hand but we often take turns cooking and cleaning and sometimes we will do both together. It just seemed odd she oils by say anything about it. I put all the food away so it wouldn't spoil and cleaned up some of the mess. She is about home so I'll find out what if anything she says about it.

Wow we are about in the same boat. I'm 36 she is 39. We have 5 kids total and I have been taking the red pill for a few months now. Wish I had your number so we can have a "No more mr nice guy!" Talks! Keep us posted on how this goes.

Um yeah I'm not gonna just take it. I do initiate sex physically too. If I demand sex and she lets me ands she is repulsed by it that will not get me anywhere.

Well I didn't directly say I'll do it if you have sex with me. She asked if the kids could borrow 20 and she said she would pay me back. I said "Are you gonna pay me back tonight? 😎" so I guess it implies sex but I didn't outright ask. Overall your right. I was worried I was being to blue with agreeing to the favors without saying something. Great advice about feeling it out on favors. If she can do it and it isn't really hard for her then I should say no right? But if she can do it but it's ver…

I was in a similar situation before. I saw first hand my buddy's wife messing around with another man. We were all very good friends (known him since 5th grade her from high school). All I could think about is if it would have been me instead of him I would want to know. One of two things happen here. 1) he sees the light and dumps her cheating ass and moves on and you are still friends with him and she hates your guts. 2) he believes her shit and she hates you and chances are he doesn't talk to…
