Testicular cancer screening by professionals probably is a poor cost-benefit thing. Self assessment is quite easily done and probably more accurate anyway. The yields in term of lives saved would be very low at very great cost. (testicular cancer is not very common, and often quite survivable. And don’t tell me that “if even one life could be saved”…..we could save 40,000 lives per year by getting rid of automobiles).
