Was this in California? Cause I've been to a few fast food restaurants lately that have had similar situations and even the opposite, a men's room and another unmarked room. There was a recent law change in Cali where all single use restrooms have to be all inclusive genderless restrooms. Most places are too lazy to change their door signs.
