It's literally a point that you can concede that does not matter at all, yet you latch onto it. I can avoid having the pro god people bring up god at all by letting them have the premise from the beginning. Some people chose to go to Satan, and did evil. Thus the fall. The child is innocent and the blame lies squarely on the person doing the evil. Not God, because God's existence is unlikely.
