The issue is because women generally have time out of the workforce to have kids, maternity leave and the like, they have less ni contributions and their pensions are far less than men’s usually. If we’re going to call for equality in the age of retirement then the government should also ensure there’s parity in the pensions. For example my mother worked for har entire life and yearly wage is about £100 less than my dads, she had 3 periods of maternity leave and yet her pension is 1/3 of my fath…

How about she gets a job and funds herself like a respectable person instead of boasting about what her baby daddy doesn’t earn. Nothing better than having your independence and not having to ask or rely on anyone for anything

I didn’t see the pp’s statement as being transphobic. Pp didn’t deny that trans people aren’t the gender they have transitioned to. They simply stated that everyone has the same rights to free agency in deciding whom they have a sexual relationship with. When someone has made the choice to change the gender assigned to them at birth does that choice automatically trump the rights of others to not be attracted to them? Calling someone transphobic for having an ingrained preference about the genit…

Should read peadophile caught in the act of abusing student she’d groomed via her position of trust. I am at a loss to explain why the media continues to minimise female sexual predation of minors as flings or romps as if the kids were able to consent.

Don’t be so facetious. Would you leave them to starve or die of hunger in some refugee camp?

I have no need to lie and I certainly don’t abuse anybody- Jewish or otherwise. You’re obviously either a troll, in which case get back under your bridge. Or you’re wilfully misunderstanding a valid example of what can occur due to religious discrimination, in which case you can’t be helped.

Do you understand that you have absolutely no basis upon which to make this assumption. How is telling people not to repeat the mistakes of the past (I.e the holocaust) anti Semitic? There was no abuse of Jews, dead or alive in my post. Btw- my surname in real life is Abraham. Give you any clues as to my religion?

I’m not saying she should be let back. I’m saying that there should be some provisions made for the children who have been dragged out to Syria from the uk by their parents with no choice because they’re children. They are victims in this as well.

I do read yes. There are no guarantees but simply saying kill them all is a simplistic solution that will definitely create problems. Have a look at your kids and imagine if they were punished for your bad decisions. I’d prefer to show compassion and attempt to re-educate rather than further alienate is my point.

If it prevents another 10 years of terror attacks then absolutely the government should do it. It’s cheaper to fund care placements and education than military campaigns both in terms of money and lives lost.

I’m not saying that they should get a pass. They should absolutely be kept out. Their kids should be taken in and protected though. They shouldn’t suffer because their parents are bastards.

And in 15 years when they are still bombing concerts and radicalising your kids over the internet? Easy to say kill them but it doesn’t solve the root cause. I’m all for punishing the guilty but condemning children because they were born into the wrong religion smacks of nazi-ism. The world has been down that route before and it should be a stain on all of our consciences. Be better than that.

I think the government are making a huge mistake with this ruling. It’s not even r/pussypassdenied as the mother isn’t being punished, the kids are. I think the government is setting itself up for a whole generation of disenfranchised youths who grow up as refugees, have a grudge against the west and have been brainwashed by radical Islam, instead of showing compassion and offering safety to the kids and teaching them about inclusivity and why freedom is important. I’m all for the parents being …

I’m a feminist. I also have common sense and realise I don’t get a free ride because I’m missing balls. Actually is that feminist or is that just being normal? Fuck knows, anyway this subs stuck with me unless I get banned from here too. Then I’ll have to stoop to mumsnet.

The issue is also that they’re looking at including miscarriage in the legislation. Miscarriage affects 1 in 4 pregnancies and isn’t something the woman has control over. Just putting that out there

My father always taught me that if I’m stupid enough to hit a man first then expect to be hit back twice as hard. He also taught me that if a man ever hit me first then I should hit him hard enough back to knock him out with the heaviest thing I have to hand. Haven’t needed either piece of advice because I don’t think having a vagina entitles me to act like a cunt.

This isn’t feminism. This is someone trying to provoke a negative response so that they can claim discrimination.
