That's what I'm thinking... "Might not be fun for you..."

Yes, I understand what depreciation is and isn't. Thanks for your input. I'll go see a guy but thought this would be a good first step.

First paragraph- are you saying if I buy another house and rent that? I can probably get that 50% over but I'd need a HELOC to get the down payment and that doesn't feel good to me. Wrong? Second- net income/ liabilities would be much better, I'd live rent free and probably extra. Would it be wise to put more than 25% down to lower my monthly cost, or... Third- use the left over cash for the other investments? Are you talking stock market? Bonds?

Are you saying I can adjust the taxes taken from my paycheck and take home more money, then use the depreciation to take care of my year end taxes? Renting my house isn't an option because rental prices are so high here I couldn't make enough money off this house. If I rented another place, I would just about break even. Unless I live in a van down by the river...

You think if you move to a new city you would automatically find a purpose for your life? I'd say find your purpose, then hit a new city. It'll be hard enough to move, let alone not knowing what to do when you get there. Where are you now, btw?

Never. You fucking work directly with her. How do you expect this to work out? Never, dummy.

AWALT. Why get upset at a woman who flakes if you know that's how they are? It's on you not to be upset. Would you be upset if a wolf ate one of your sheep? No. It's what wolves do. It's on you to do what you can to keep your sheep safe. Will some still get eaten by wolves? Yes.

I made a post on ask trp about wanting better quality posts and a suggestion I got was to just write my own. He may have been sarcastic but he was right. So I made this post. My goal with it is to show things I did that can help others.

I got a trial packet (powder) from Hi-Health to test it. Mixed in 8oz water and drank some in between sets. From what I understand the BCAAs bypass the liver and go straight to your blood stream. This way your muscles are being filled with the stuff during your recovery periods. They help keep muscles from feeling fatigued, you are able to go longer and stronger. The packet said many people take a dose regardless of what you're doing for the day, that it helps promote fat loss but I forgot the r…

What Aaren said. Check out Strong lifts 5x5, super easy to understand, has an app to help you track, motivates you to lift heavier and heavier, has video guides, etc... Lifting heavy and eating clean will kill belly fat more than running or "targeted" exercises.

I was using a trainer before also. Didn't give me the results I wanted either. I'd recommend at least reading over the 5x5 website for more info. The workouts are "compound", meaning you work multiple muscles at once. Lifting heavy and using multiple muscle groups at once is the way to go. Also saved a lot of money by cutting out the trainer
/r/askTRP15/06/17 04:09 PM
2

Have you looked into strong lifts 5x5? I've been doing it a month and have seen huge increases in my strength. I look better, stand taller, have more muscles, lowering body fat... It's been great Also, remember failure is part off the game, rest a day or two and go at it again.

Jesus Christ. You are the supreme alpha male! All women will bow down to suck your dick when you look their way. The rest of us have no hope next to a hottie like you!! You are the most confident, charismatic mother fucker of all time and you never fail at anything! Your options are limitless because of these things!! Did that fix your problems?

All I can say is keep it up. You made an amazing decision that will improve your life and your whole world. Sounds like you were a heavy drinker so over 2 days cold turkey is something you should be proud of.

This is a hypothetical question. You really need to think about this for your own good. Why would an anonymous internet person's opinion of you be more important than your own opinion of yourself?

First comment here but this is a good way to journal and hear from others so I'll keep it up. I'm reading a book called You Are a Badass (it's written by a woman and I don't usually like their style but this one speaks to me). This is being super helpful in my mentality. I've made the decision to have faith in a higher power because of the book. God isn't an old white man in a bath robe, or maybe he is. It might be a taco that poops ice cream for all I know. What I do know is that instead of eve…

This happens to me too. I'm no pro but I'm getting better. Much of what is making me better is things I do when I'm NOT approaching. Such as- visualize the interaction to completion, assume the close, meditate. When you are interacting- push your own boundaries and see what you can get away with*. You could probably do a lot more than what you're doing now and you don't even know it. Try new things and calibrate from there. Don't be stupid and try to grab their butt or something. Just do more th…

You're very right. No, I'm not going those things. I also don't do things to invite them to. But at the same time I'm not looking to get in good with the same guys that have been doing the same shit for the last decade. Glory said it down there; build my life and people will follow. Thanks

I'm full time but I start at the but crack of dawn. I do meal prep on weekends. I am doing The Strong lifts 5*5. (Not arguing, just providing info) The martial arts is something I really enjoy, maybe I'll just hang around the school and focus on my fitness.

Meditations is like a bible to me. But I'd recommend some Nietzsche to balance it out. Beyond Good and Evil breaks down a lot of how stoicism (and other philosophies) is still influenced by the writer's caste and views of the world; thus not exactly following the logos, but one's interpretation of it.

I agree with your definition of the asshole. This post reminds me of a video by a lady called Feminism and the Disposable Man. It's worth a watch. One of her points was, a ship is sinking and the "good man" must give his spot on the life raft to a woman to save her life. But his life probably has (and should, to our standards) more value to society. So what is he saving? Why must he give up the seat? That's my seat on the life raft.

You're on the right track, identifying that you're thinking or feeling something before you act on it. I'd suggest the app Headspace to get a better understanding. Practice meditation/mindfulness

Fake it until you make it. Don't go to the party as your usual introverted self. Go into that party as ThatWaslzzy, the Alpha Male. However, now you will get shit tests from girls as well as sub alpha guys who are naturally outgoing but still feel threatened by another top dog. Remember: agree and amplify, eye contact, introduce yourself to everyone, introduce everyone as your friend Edit: HAVE FUN. This is as simple as pushing your own self limiting boundaries. Bonus points if you get a number …

Warning: this advice is only for those with at least SOME self esteem. I've read that if you want to stop a bad habit you'll want to make the effects of the habit ruin your life. Dude, I bet that girl woulda sucked you off on the spot and if you played it right her friend would have joined. But now she'll never even give you a chubby. Think about that all day long. You'll never get to touch her, see her naked, fuck her. Why? Because you pussed out. Think about this all day long. Remind yourself …

I plan to get a consultation for myself, I was trying to ask about the way it's viewed here (which is why there is limited info). Thanks for being real-even if I reach peak ME, I might not get the girls, but I'll feel better about myself anyway.

Thanks. Honestly a couple months of pain and milkshakes seems a reasonable sacrifice for my self esteem. Do you know how she felt after the operation? A big fear I have is the stigma, do you notice a change in behavior with people who knew her before and after? Can you look at her without thinking about it?

What helped for me was a change of mindset. Instead of telling myself "omg I'm getting laid!" I tell myself "i'm gonna fuck this girl silly." Being anxious about it is a downward spiral

I'm a sponge soaking up everything that I can. I'm new and honestly appreciate the thoughts. Maybe they're not all going to work but it's worth a try. This was my biggest learning experience from the last one, good initial interaction but my nerves and lack of a plan made me bail after getting the digits. And no response from her. In the future I'll be ready for making plans right then our even an instant date. Gracias compadre

I remember reading a statistic that on average, a man will cold approach 4 to 5 women in his life; and usually if it works it ends up as marriage because guys just don't put themselves out there. And people in general don't enjoy telling others "no". This helps me understand that a girl will give her number but not follow up. I'll keep that all in mind as I'm gaming. Keep going out, keep opening, keep getting numbers, keep getting better, start sleeping with them

Good point on the percentages, that sort of explanation makes a lot of sense in my brain. It's like attrition in a call center- always hiring because some don't cut it and some don't like it. No point in losing sleep over it.

Rejection is better than regret- I forgot if this was from Pook or from Models but it's so true. I'm not discouraged overall because I'm very new to the game and know the future looks good, but I do feel a slight "defeat" when I don't get a text back. I'm trying to learn lessons from each interaction and in a way this helps with my abundance mentality. One girl didn't respond so better go find another. Also seems I've got to get more numbers more often to have greater success (this was so obviou…

Good points. I know the info is limited but I appreciate your response. They're all day game. I do talk about random stuff as I'm not sure how to build attraction. I'm going to have to work on that. Anything specific I could read or any examples of what works best for you?

Yesterday my friend (in an LTR) told me he woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep; I told him I hadn't had that problem since last time I was in a relationship. I said it on on reflex but then realized it's true. Take that for what it's worth.
