Here's the thing I think a female only crowd music festival could be an interesting experience for women. The same way a male crowd only festival could be really fun for men. It looks like a Photoshopped image. Look closely around the letters and the like and retweets. Whoever made this did not use the same colour for the boxes around the letters so you can obviously see the grey around the letters.

Yes and No. No because the actual study he's referring to is by the FBI which say 2-8% are false accusations. Yes because false accusation are only provably false, a much higher 40ish percent of cases are unsubstantiated, where there is not enough evidence to convict but there isn't evidence that she lies either. So a more accurate statement would be ~%42 - ~%48 are either false or might be false.

Yes, the 2-10 study is covering only false allegations so I found a comprehensive study which used that study but also states the amount of cases that were unsubstantiated, unlabaled, resulted in conviction etc.

That false accusation number is by the FBI. A college used the FBI data along with 136 rape cases in the college over 15 years to arrive at 5-6% for false accusations. So I will use 6% as my number. The issue isn't with the data itself but with definitions. Just because 6% of rapes are false accusations doesn't make 94% real.
