Hey i know it’s a long shot but does your area have something like legal aid? Or even a duty lawyer at the courthouse? Also might be worthwile looking into some type of therapy?

Please look for a therapist, you need to get some help. I can’t even begin to imagine what you have gone through, things eill get better you just need to do what you can to move on and get better. Also you may be able to find some subsidised or free therapy

I guarantee things will get better when you aren’t dependent on a substance, but yes I do understand how hard it is to quit. Just think to yourself do you want to quit and your brain is playing tricks to keep the substance in your body or do you really want to keep smoking

Not too late trust me. Exactly how long I was smoking for, I mean it’s great I’ll admit that but just be aware it’s not as safe as everyone says and it does have some negative side effects. It also destroys your testosterone

I don’t know if men have it worse in middle eastern countries. Uae Saudi Arabia and such are quite developed with pretty good standards of living, but women definitely are treated badly there.

I’ve recently quit smoking. Not trying to encourage you to quit, just want to lay out some facts for you about my experience. I couldn’t sleep for a week after quitting, because extremely angry and felt like life was shit for about a month. If you wanna quit do it before it becomes really hard.
