Friends A and B spread rumors that she was a slut before her and I were dating. Why are you so sure they were only rumors?

I'm a few years older but had similar issues in my late 20s. Your game/sexual skills don't improve at a linear rate, like anything else they're subject to diminishing returns. That means you can "catch up" very quickly. Also, guys who have been in LTRs for years generally have shitty game because they've just been in an easy routine and haven't had to refine anything. I've noticed late 20s guys who break up with a college LTR generally do poorly because they're in the real world now and out of t…

If this guy spent a fraction of the time he wastes ruminating about this stuff on self-improvement instead, he would be much better off.

Most of them don't look good, or great. This was one of the biggest disincentives for me. They've become so good at artificially boosting their SMV it's disturbing.

That said, going through the experience of "the wall" must be pretty bad. Roughly the equivalent of being a wealthy man, used to a life of comfort, slowly losing most of his money in the stock market. Women in the Anglosphere are the most privileged people in history, they have every opportunity to leverage their beauty when they're young and they choose to ride the carousel instead. It's hard for me to muster any sympathy, just as it's hard for me to feel bad for a man who wins the lottery then…

Women are the primary recipients of taxpayer funds so the best way to hurt feminism is to reduce your payments to the government. Try to get paid under the table and do business in cash as much as possible.

What bothers me is not how easy they have it, but how they lecture everyone else about how hard they have it. If you're a white woman in the Anglosphere you are literally one of the most privileged people in human history.

I partially agree, it is kind of a dick move, but on the other hand she's 36 and has never been in a relationship longer than a few months. Which means she's been on the carousel for over 20 years. That makes it tough to feel bad for her. Plus her fertility window is likely closed or nearly closed so it's unlikely she'll get pregnant easily anyway and even if she does the likelihood of birth defects skyrockets. Not sure this is necessarily someone who needs to be reproducing, it's probably bette…

I was in a similar situation in my late 20s and was also worried that it was too late for me to start. Then I started thinking about how I've got about 50 more years on this rock and nothing to lose so may as well put in effort and see what happens. I got plastic surgery, started lifting and working toward becoming a CPA. Now I'm 31 and almost done with CPA exams, am much better looking and more confident. I had similar concerns about it being "too late" but looking back now I realize how horrib…

I've stopped hanging out with a couple guys because I'm just bored of their constant whining about Trump. I don't like him either, but when I ask them if they want to lift with me or something they always decline and sit around playing video games and whining about Trump instead.

there isn't, but pretty women do have to deal with a ton of shit in real life including stalkers and creeps They also get everything handed to them on a silver platter without ever having to lift a finger. Even having to deal with the occasional creep, they're the most privileged group of people in human history. I have to deal with creeps too (aggressive fat women) but I get nothing handed to me.

5'6? More like 6'0, at least in the Anglosphere where standards for men have been inflated to a ridiculous level. You could always move to a country where the men are shorter. Average male height in the Phillipines is 5'4.

Women claim it's "creepy" when guys who didn't get much attention in their 20s start getting more attention in their 30s and dating younger women. But they don't think there's anything "creepy" about riding the carousel until they're 35 then lying about their pasts and tricking beta males into marriage. No double standard there...

My midlife crisis at 40 was the best to happen to me, now at 45 I have all the sex when and how I want not because I need to.. because I choose to. Have you noticed declining sex drive being an issue now that you're 45 as opposed to 25? It seems like taking this route requires all this work for decades to get diminishing returns while Chad never has to endure painful dry spells; he just shows up and gets prime women while his sex drive is highest. I used to think MGTOW was ridiculous but I'm sta…

This sounds like wishful thinking unless you are already a high-status male to begin with, in which case you would already be having a lot of sex in your 20s. Where are all these 40+ guys banging 20 year old women? I see bragging about it on here all the time but I've never actually witnessed it. And even if this is true, it's pretty depressing that anyone who isn't Chad has to endure a painful dry spell for 25 years and wait until their T-levels (and therefore sex drive) have plummeted before t…

The evolutionary psychology answer is that women aren't BAD at explaining what they're really attracted to. It's that there's no point in evolving a dual-mating strategy over thousands of years (AFBB) and then revealing the strategy to their adversaries (beta males) which would allow them to circumvent it. It would be like a general sending his secret battle plan to the enemy general. So instead they lie and claim to be attracted to hard working nice guys. But anyone who's willing to face the ha…

I think it's dangerous to assume she's being honest about having her tubes tied. I once had a girl tell me she had an IUD and we didn't need to use condoms but I continued to use them. A few months later she had gotten impregnated by another guy. Women can't be trusted.

I know many women who refuse to date men under 6 feet tall or who have average sized penises. Maybe they aren't sane.
/r/TheRedPill29/11/16 08:17 AM

Life isn't fair. That includes sexual selection. Control the factors you can. Isn't that the point of his post? There are some factors we have no control over, and those are the ones increasingly being selected for by women. Can't really change your height or penis size.
/r/TheRedPill29/11/16 06:19 AM
3

I think one of the points of this post is that features that can't be improved are now being selected for more and more by females. IE: height.
/r/TheRedPill29/11/16 02:39 AM
1

If we're only talking about SMV purposes and not long-term health or anything like that, I think it depends on where you live. Are you in the Anglosphere? If so, then yes, I think you do have to lift regularly to meet the minimum SMV threshold necessary to consistently attract anything over a 5, due to the skewed sexual marketplace because of feminism, obesity, etc. If you live in South America, Asia or Eastern Europe, probably not.

The most depressed men I know are the ones who are married (divorced) with kids.
/r/askTRP24/11/16 06:39 PM

Yeah but didn't the dual mating technique evolve as women's strategy to reconcile the fact that the "good genes" male was not always the same as the "good resources" male? So if you have good genes or can use your money to fake it, wouldn't you check both boxes? Obviously if you're short and fat it's not going to help.

Ok, so it sounds like you're not really doing much. Why don't you take a break from Reddit for a while and focus on lifting or something productive. This makes total sense to me. After generations of this it makes sense that the women who were best able to branch-swing without remorse fared better and passed those genes along. I also think that since women generally have a much easier time finding mates than men, they are naturally faster to get over any particular man since he is more easily replaceable.
/r/askTRP15/11/16 05:27 AM

That may be because male SMV peaks later than female.

I profile extensively. If I get a bad feeling about someone I go to great lengths to avoid them. I've actually sprinted away from groups of people who were clearly approaching me with bad intentions. I carry a knife. If someone approaches and threatens me like that, especially if I'm in a vulnerable position like sitting at a table, I will stab them repeatedly without warning. That goes double if they have friends waiting to jump in like in the video. I also make a strong effort to avoid these situations in the first place. Like the movie Groundhog Day. Tomorrow you try something else because consequences don't carry over from today. For attractive women that is reality. Until they hit the wall. Then they scream and cry about how unfair and misogynist everyone is.

What was bullshit was I had to demonstrate that I had a partner and bring her to the appointment, and she (not even my wife, just a gf) had to fucking consent as well. WTF?! why are we against women being promiscious when us men want to do the same? Because I didn't get to be promiscuous in college so why should I commit to a woman who did? Why should I pay extra for used goods? It's completely unfair.

Most girls nowadays have been through lotsa dick, loved it, continue it, and see nothing wrong with it. What is wrong with it? It's not wrong that they ride the carousel, it's wrong when they're past their primes and try to lock down guys who didn't get to have the wild and fun sex lives in their 20s. Why should I pay more for used up goods when Chad got them for free when they were young and fresh?

When you set up to pull, grab the bar so it "hangs" in the crook of your fingers, instead of grabbing with your palm and then wrapping your fingers around it. The bar is going to end up in the crook of your fingers anyway, but if you start with it there in the first place your skin won't bunch up as much when you pull. Also, lose the gloves and start using chalk instead. Calluses are unavoidable but by gripping the bar the way I described, you can at least avoid tearing one which will make you h…

If you're not interested in marriage/children why bother moving out of your parents' house? You don't need your own house unless you're starting a family, and there's no reason to make some landlord rich when you can just help your parents out with that money instead. If I had a family to live with I would definitely move back in with them, and I'm 30. Paying rent sucks and dealing with roommates is a pain in the ass.

Women don't think less of us because we have had sex with lots of women, so I think its a double standard that we should shame them for having their fun too. It's not a double standard because it's EASY for women to have sex with a lot of men. All they have to do is spread their legs.

Not as bad as some of the stories on here, but a guy from my gym got divorced after only being married about a year and a half (she cheated on him with her boss). Regarding surgery, if you take away the gland, gyno won't come back but your nipples will look inverted (look up post surgery pictures to get an idea). Also, bodyweight is more appropiate for a figther (I also train martial arts) because it has much less muscle isolation, which is worse if you want maximum gains but great to have functional muscles. Lifting is a continuous struggle and an every evolving challenge. I'd say that it takes five years to achieve a true 'spartan' physique. And many more after that to maintain and perfect it. Good point. I think a lot of people think they will just lift for a couple years to get X body type and that's it. It doesn't work that way. This is a lifelong pursuit.

If it's about genes, your genes are diluted into irrelevancy within a couple generations so that doesn't matter either. It just seems like a weird and short sighted reason to have kids.

Was this supposed to make me feel bad for her? She's past her prime, goes on Tinder and gets 100+ matches her first day, rejects multiple guys who are way better than her... same old story... I guess German women are pretty similar to American women. Only thing missing was her demanding a guy at least 8" taller than her.

This is the only good thing about social media. I'm 30 and the guys who bullied me when we were teenagers are fat, broke losers who never left the shitty little town where we went to high school. They've aged terribly and many are married to women even fatter than they are. Last time I went back, I ran into one guy who used to torment me, working as a cashier at the grocery store. He didn't even recognize me. I have to admit I still sometimes look them up on facebook to gloat.

Thanks man, it is cool to hear people near my age doing this stuff. I try to stay positive but it's easy to get frustrated. I hope you're right about the younger women. I'm on dating sites and it seems like most of the attractive women in their 20s have the age limit set to guys only a few years older, so that's discouraging.

simple advice, leave the states Where do you recommend? I've heard great things about the women in South American countries. I also like East Asian women. Unfortunately it seems like it would be pretty hard to find a job in both places if you're a foreigner. Maybe I'm wrong though.

the bounce back has been amazing and it only gets better from here Can you give more info on how it's been amazing? Are you getting the hot women in their 20s? I'm worried once I finally "get there" it'll be too late and I'll be stuck with the fat single mothers looking for a beta bucks. Thanks for the response, good info here. More and more people are waiting past their 30s to get married and lots of guys are giving up on that idea altogether. You aren't alone, the extended adolescence story is most definitely real. People no longer get married at 25 like they used to, instead, they spend more time finding themselves and getting involved with the parties. Get the whole marriage thing out of your head for now. You can absolutely do those things without feeling like an imposter. Nothing of those things are 20s-only. That's something you're likely to do your entire life if you want. That's just living. Not all those things. For example, I've always wanted to go to an EDM music festival. May sound stupid, but it always looked so fun to me. Now I feel too old because most people into that stuff are in their 20s. I also feel like I'm too old for clubs now. Never really got to experience going out somewhere…

What did you envision doing in your 30s? If you don't have kids or a marriage you are free to do quite a bit. You'll have money. So traveling and going on adventures are an option - no? I guess I have this idea that I can somehow "make up" for the things I never got to do. Your peers will be doing other stuff that you'll not do - which means you're going to continue to miss out on things. Do you mean getting married and having kids? I've never wanted to do that, so I won't feel like I'm missing out on anything. And you'll never be in your 20s again, so you're only going to pretend in a way. This is what I'm worried about. Unless your injury is completely debilitating you should be able to train around it. When I broke my foot I focused on upper body lifts until I was able to squat and deadlift again. Guys who drop out of the SMP embody the idea that some guys really are a lost cause. Exactly. Lifting is great, but it's only one piece of the puzzle.

I'm wondering the same thing. I wanted to go to the RoK meetup in my city because I thought that might be a good way to meet guys my age who are actually doing things other than working and playing video games, but of course SJWs had to ruin that. It would be great to see more posts on how guys who missed out on a lot in their youth can get past it and salvage what they can in their late 20s-30s+. Instead of just being told to lift.

Where do you live? Maybe it really is a location issue.

Wait, aren't you the OP? Weird. Anyway: Major city in the Northeast. I'm on Tinder, OKC and POF. Haven't had much luck. I've been on over 125 dates. You can read about my experiences in my post history.

I live just outside a major city. I rarely see attractive women older than mid-20s. It seems like American women start packing on the pounds like crazy after 25. I take night classes, but most of the girls in my classes are fat. Most of the girl in my office are fat as well. The rare thin ones got snatched up in their early 20s and are married. Plus I don't want to shit where I eat anyway. I total over 1400 in the "big 3". I am significantly more muscular than the vast majority of men I meet out…

This guy posting the same thing over and over is kind of annoying. But he has a point. I'm starting to think it's a myth too. I never see or hear about this anywhere except TRP and certain other manosphere sites. Every guy I know who is out of college, including myself, is getting fatties and single mothers in their 30s, IF THEY'RE LUCKY. Most are incel. Many seem to have just given up completely. And even with them dropping out of the competition, it doesn't seem to be getting any easier for th…

SJWs would argue that you agree to the social contract by remaining in the jurisdiction. So my response to them is that women agree to rape culture by remaining in countries that impose it. Then sit back and watch their heads explode.

I wouldn't call the police. Because I didn't see anything. They would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that that isn't true. Which is practically impossible.

I always laugh when people pontificate about the "social contract". Social contracts are for people who live in stable, homogeneous societies where people actually look out for each other. Not the dystopian nightmare we have now where no one trusts each other and unless you're Chad you're viewed as nothing more than a worker drone. This is just another way to shame men into giving up their resources. No one in society ever lifted a finger to help me when I needed it. Women have treated me like s…

My strategy: minimalism, do business in cash/barter as much as possible, use grey/black markets as much as possible. Basically shrinking my "on the books" economic activity to lower taxes as much as possible. Also, I'm not creating any new taxpayers (childfree). I know I can't completely eliminate the parasite, but I can do as much as I can to starve it as much as possible. Hopefully more men unplug and start doing the same.

I'm in a very similar situation (check my post history). It's been a serious problem for me for years now. The only explanation I can think of is there is just such a shortage of attractive women due to the obesity epidemic etc that the few remaining ones have artificially high standards. If you figure out how to fix this problem please let me know.

I make a conscious effort to treat high SMV women exactly the same as low SMV women.

I have heard that too. From women who were 5'0 even :( But I only go after women who are 5'6 and below because I don't like tall women.

Some of these dates did end "successfully". That's where the 46 notches came from. But a high percentage of the notches were disgusting.

I'm 5'11 and I squat 500 lbs, bench 325, and deadlift 540. So I am already significantly more muscular than the vast majority of men. Do I have to start juicing in order to get thin women? Is this what it's come to?

This makes sense but how much more do I have to improve my SMV before I can attract women who don't outweigh me? On paper my SMV is already higher than the vast majority of men. Is the sexual marketplace just skewed beyond all hope at this point?

Ok... I'm not sure what you're trying to say here. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other? The way I'm doing it now just seems so inefficient.

I guess this is my main problem. I know that I have very low self esteem but I'm not sure how to increase it without having more success with women. But I can't be successful with women unless my self esteem is higher. It feels like a paradox.

Yeah that's what I've been doing lately because I'm seriously disgusted with myself about the poor quality of the women I've fucked. But if I'm failing with the low-average SMV girls how can I have any hope with the better looking ones?

I'm 29, white, 5'11 (I tell girls I'm 6'0), average looking face, total almost 1400 in the "big 3" (squat/bench/dead). I have a shitty low level accounting job but on dates I spin it to try to make it sound more exciting. My notch count is 44 but most of these have been low SMV, I have a really hard time keeping hot girls around. I don't know what I'm doing to drive them away, that's why I'm here. I understand some level of failure is normal, I'm not asking for girls to be handed to me on a plat…

This is a great program. It took me to a 1365 total and still going strong. It's a nice change of pace from sets of 5. I personally prefer a little more squatting volume, so I throw in some extra sets of front and safety bar squats.

Any tips on how to stop comparing myself to others? I'm having a really hard time with that, even when I consciously tell myself not to do it. I live in an area where many young people are very well educated and have good jobs, and I just don't feel competitive. A lot of the girls I meet have advanced degrees and high paying occupations, and I barely finished my bachelors and make shit money. I've already stopped using all forms of social media, and have cut down on porn as well. But that feels …

I regularly see guys much bigger than me with high SMV women. You'd have to get to pro bodybuilder levels before being "too big" is even an issue.

I understand it's not supposed to be easy, but I feel like I should be getting better results after this much time, and it's incredibly frustrating to watch other guys who seem to do it so effortlessly while I bang my head against the wall.

Thanks for that advice, I'm actually checking out an MMA gym next week, looking forward to it and may help me make some friends. I do a lot of weight training now but it's not a social activity and I always train alone. I'm also thinking about going back to school and getting a more useful degree. The thought of sitting in classes with a bunch of much younger people is a little intimidating though. I feel very insecure about how far behind in life I am.

The thing is though, I've been on so many dates now I feel like I'm pretty good at not allowing those things to show. The dates always seem to go great, and then I never hear from the girl again. Is it possible I'm not covering it up as well as I think I am? And if so, how do I fix that?

I hope you're being sarcastic. I'm planning on pushing it up to 1700 over the next couple years.
