3	Are young men failing at dating because they aren't dedicating enough time and effort to it? Somewhat yes, somewhat no. It is harder for men because getting a job. Holding on to a job, saving money is much more difficult than for previous generations. Also social structure of society has changed. Many men and most women of this generation see marriage and partnership as a choice so that is a factor too.
