Where and how did you learn about style?I wear whatever the fuck I want I wear clothes because going around naked I would be punished by the law. I don't care what I wear, I don't have a personal style: I wear what's comfortable. I don't think that this is the best I can do when I spend so much time getting in better shape and I finally start seeing results. My goal is to increase my physical appearance even further and I think a good style can definitely help. | /r/askTRP | 15/02/17 07:46 AM
Why is it bad to tell her I love her? This chain looked a lot like a conversation Mr Miyagi from Karate Kid would have with his pupil. I liked its style. | /r/askTRP | 10/02/17 03:53 PM
What to do with old acquaintances that knew you before the change?I think it's fair to give them time, you are right, and so I will. If they don't accept this new version of me, I'll look for a new group. | /r/askTRP | 09/02/17 09:03 PM

What to do with old acquaintances that knew you before the change?and friends don't do that. This is probably what hurts the most right now. My friends are divided into 2 groups: one that keeps telling me how they preferred the old me (95%) and one that supports me and is doing something to change for the better too (5%). It hurts realising that most people you thought were your friends and only wanted the best for you actually prefer you as a skinny, shy and awkward dude. | /r/askTRP | 09/02/17 01:48 PM
"Extreme Ownership" Lessons from this amazing bookIt is always good to be confident. But do not get cocky or complacent. [...] You aren’t always right and you need to be able to admit that. This is great. Too often I see people act aggressive and cocky thinking they are just being confident. They are not. Beasts are aggressive when they are hurt or scared and we humans aren't different. If you feel the urge to assault others when you have a discussion you are just a scared animal, not a Man. | /r/TheRedPill | 06/02/17 09:27 PM
Have you ever noticed there is never a male 'fat acceptance' movement, because women and society do not care about you.A woman isn't judged on her success, a man is judged on both looks AND success. Yes, true. You are emphasising my point here I guess. I think the truth is that women care more about judgement on her looks. You are probably right. | /r/TheRedPill | 02/02/17 03:37 PM
Have you ever noticed there is never a male 'fat acceptance' movement, because women and society do not care about you.Probably it would've been better to spend a few more words in my original comment since it's causing a bit of controversy. Women are judged more heavily on looks than men People tend to be appreciated for a variety of qualities: social status, economical stability, etc in addition to looks and style. A men is judged equally on his looks and on his success, while a women is not. An handsome man that takes care of his house and does not work is a loser. A beautiful woman in his situation is an hot… | /r/TheRedPill | 02/02/17 01:43 PM
Have you ever noticed there is never a male 'fat acceptance' movement, because women and society do not care about you.Isn't universal suffrage ignorant acceptance? EDIT: Oh really, it seems like I have to. /s | /r/TheRedPill | 02/02/17 01:17 PM
Have you ever noticed there is never a male 'fat acceptance' movement, because women and society do not care about you.I meant "by society" and not only by men looking for a partner, my bad. | /r/TheRedPill | 02/02/17 01:15 PM
Have you ever noticed there is never a male 'fat acceptance' movement, because women and society do not care about you.Thank you. Women are judged more heavily on looks than men and, since (as usual) they want privileges without effort, they fight so that fat women (I emphasise women, not people) can have the privilege of getting attention from males without working on their bodies. Typical example of female behaviour, thanks again for highlighting it. | /r/TheRedPill | 02/02/17 11:04 AM
Beware the comments section, or why you should be well versed in the sidebar and core TRP materials BEFORE reading the posts/comments on TRP subs.As a newbie myself I usually look for Endorsed Contributors content and/or comments. Sincerely I can't really tell what's "right" and what's not yet, so I just read books and articles to learn as much as I can. I'll let others have discussions in the comment section and focus only on what's considered high quality by people that know more on the matter than me. | /r/TheRedPill | 30/01/17 11:16 PM
Winning Matters.Nobody really gives a fuck about your League rank in a western country unless you are a world player (top 200 of the whole playerbase or so). I've been (well, I am, even though I don't play anymore) in the top 0.05% and nobody cares. Not even girls who like League. | /r/TheRedPill | 26/01/17 12:21 PM
The only oneitis in your life should be lifting.I used to play videogames 3-4 hours a day. I went cold turkey and stopped playing completely and I replaced my obsession for games with lifting. It's been only 3 months since I started but I practiced every other day without ever missing a session and I'm seeing results. I was really skinny and I still am but IDGAF, I make progresses every week and I feel better. I feel good. I do it for myself. I must say that the confidence and T boost lifting gave me, coupled with martial arts, really had a h… | /r/TheRedPill | 24/01/17 10:42 PM
Why meditation is a badass discipline and a great path to happinessThe Atlantic Monthly recently reported on a study in which individuals would rather administer electric shocks to themselves than sit alone in a room with their thoughts. A man can be himself only so long as he is alone, and if he does not love solitude, he will not love freedom, for it is only when he is alone that he is really free. -Arthur Schopenhauer | /r/TheRedPill | 24/01/17 10:04 PM
no matter how they treat you, delete low quality people from your life (male or female)What kind of red-flags do you look for in case of friendships? | /r/TheRedPill | 22/01/17 09:45 AM
Why you shouldn't just "Lift, Lift and Lift" but also do some Streching.True. I absolutely agree and I'm glad OP mentioned stretching and cardio because they are really important to make full use of muscles you build with lifting. I personally practice aikido twice a week and workout the other days. I would say that aikido is not as physically intense as many others martial arts (ex: boxing of any kind, jujitsu, judo, etc.) but it's movements are great to become more flexible and to train coordination and control of your body. In addition to that, its techniques and… | /r/TheRedPill | 19/01/17 04:10 PM
