Why not get some home equipment like dumbbells? It's quite expensive to purchase weights where I live, while calisthenics equipment is cheap, and easy to add improvised weights. As an adult, absolute frame can lead to problems.. narcissism, sociopathic behaviors etc., so it is necessary to adapt. If you are successful at this adaptation, your frame remains strong and true to who you are but you adapt to allow other people and things into it. If you fail, your frame dissolves and melts into the…

OYS #2A 29, engaged for 13 months. Readings Currently reading The Imitation of Christ Fitness 89kg/20% BF.It's quite strange that I'm happy with this weight, because I was at 95kg like a month ago. Work got crazy on the last three months, a lot of people either being fired or on vacation. I basically spent the last days working on average 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. It feel quite weird that I just finished this project and since last week I can work "only" 12 hours a day, thank God!On the las…

So what? Just share the gospel wisely no matter what. We are not called to be politicians, but to give up from this world for God's world.

I have trouble believing you were ever a Chad. I wasn't, I just lived a normal secular life, and in a normal secular life sex isn't scarce if you are good looking, have money and don't talk like a monkey. But you are right, I wasn't a Chad. And the painfully obvious reason you “have no clue” how to make God the centre of your life is because you lack PURPOSE. Daily prayer is great but remember it’s a passive enterprise. What are you doing with your daily activities ? Your father is at work till …

Not that you should go the deep RP route where it just turns into manipulation, but really put your thoughts on God and just be yourself. Being all nice, the "good Christian guy" means that you place yourself in the you think you're not good enough category and what you mean isn't about being a good Christian, but you really mean that you're playing "Mr. Nice Guy." A good Christian tries his best to keep the commandments. Yeah, I don't think we can ever put woman ahead of our duties with God, th…

I don't think I would ever use a hook up app to meet high value christian woman. Also I live in a big city, it's just that people in here are really secular (most profess as catholic, but they don't really go to church at all) but it is still a good city to meet pretty woman and maybe bring them to Christ. But I got to say, those girls barely understand why or how I wait until marriage. So I'm left with few evangelical girls that mostly already know my ex-girlfriend. But I have faith that God wi…

Yeah, thank God we didn't married. But it's so frustrating to think that I may spend another whole year or more in singleness, and I won't have the assurance of finding the right woman. While I'm young and pretty sure that with patience I will find her, I don't know if I should go dating other girls or just focus on my missions and only date nice looking girls that are really into me (which is rare, since there isn't that many single nice looking christian girls around here). Guess I have to rea…

Hey Chuck, You're The PrizeTM, you just need to start acting like it. Let her chase YOU. Right now it's obvious who is doing the chasing. The sad thing is she broke up with me two days ago. Man, I felt like trash on those last 48 hours. She stated that she does not like me in any way, that she could try to wait for this feeling to change, but we came to the conclusion that we were both suffering with this feeling. On this last week I stood for days without talking with her, hoping that she would…

I have not prioritized prayer, reading, or scripture memorization as much as I know I ought. Discipleship is going well, albeit slower than my impatient self would prefer. No excuse here, I need to step it up as a focus. I wasn't prioritising those things either, because the end result wasn't visible at any time soon. Are you working 7 days a week? If not, you can cook a bunch of food on Saturday or Sunday and container it up for the week. This will help with calorie tracking as well. Crock pot meals that you prepare, freeze, and then drop in the crock pot in the morning before you leave can also be a good option. Sure, I will try to do so, the issue is that Sunday is my only free day and, I spend like 8 hours ata the church because I usually perform as a musician at the worships. But I decided that I wont pl…
