| 3 | Home refinance questionI have been in mortgages for 22 years, and not once have they ever done an assumption. You may want to ask about an adjustable rate mortgage. The bank I work at does ten year Arms. The initial rates will be a little lower. You can always refinance it later before it adjusts.
