Try to find oil based perfumes instead of alcohol based, it'll say it on the bottle somewhere or the salesperson will know. They last much, much longer. Also, learn how to put cologne on properly. I do three spritzes: 1.) one across the chest, and 2.) one on my right wrist, which you then press (not rub) on the sweat glands on your neck (just the outside of your blood vessels, there is one at the base of your neck and just under the jawline) then press it under your ear and in your opposite arms…

I know that this doesn't relate to the question but I still don't know what "HB" means, as in "HB9." Could anyone explain it to me?

Well alcohol is also a drug, so I believe that is the one that he is referring to. However, when I used to smoke pot all the time in college, you could definitely just walk up to someone with a joint and start talking to them. Also, girls looking to get high will very often walk up to you if you are smoking.

The image is supposed to show that Feminists want "Equal Rights" as in equality in all of the "perks" like pay and such. MHRA's on the other hand want true equality, equal rights, but also equal responsibility for actions and don't want women to get special treatment for no reason, (i.e Pampering because women deserve it for "being women"). The grit is that feminists don't actually want equality, just the perks.
