Thank you for this post! Means a lot for me. Well I'm trying to improve, especially last month when I stopped playing computer games (huge step for me, really) and gained time and energy for other things, mostly studying. I will take your advise. I know how confidence is important (that's why I hate this, that I have absolute no power here. I'm living my life, and then something just block me. I want to do something, and some mysterious power forces me to do something else). I'll try to find hob…

I actually came at the same conclusion like a week ago. And it works. Everytime since then, when im stressed, afraid, I force myself to think I will die. And then, I dont care about anything

Did you read any of Dale Carnegie books? I think that his book about stop worrying is really good even if it is not about seducing. Great story and thanks for books, I'll check them

I know a lot of good looking guys who aren't good with relations with women, and the opposite; your goodlooking doesnt mean that you will get girlfriend, but it make it much easier. The only thing you have to do is start approaching. I dont have now to write more, but I will follow your thread!
