Been home with the kids for two days.Oh i know. No offense taken. But yeah I’ve sacrificed—and I make peace with it. It’s a worthwhile sacrifice. | /r/MensRights | 14/03/19 11:11 PM
Been home with the kids for two days. It's not just these few days. My dad became a VP at a huge Chicago firm at about my current age. He is very successful but I barely saw him during the week during my adolescent years. I'm now a project manager at a small tenant-finish contractor. I make a modest salary but don't work more than 40 hours a week. I've chosen to make the sacrifice for my kids and my wife's career. I just see a lot of talk these days about women who sacrifice motherhood for their careers, but very little talk of men … | /r/MensRights | 14/03/19 10:21 PM
Been home with the kids for two days.No just 7 inches. Don't get me started on CO schools. I get it that it was a good idea to close yesterday but today could have just been a 10 AM start and it would have been just fine. They're kind of like a mafia--once one or two major districts close then they all do. I like Adam Carolla's quote: "Imagine any other industry where the employees say we're not going to work today, and the customers are also thrilled". | /r/MensRights | 14/03/19 10:16 PM

Been home with the kids for two days.Figure of speech. I love my kids but two days indoors with them is a LOT of work! I cannot wait to get back out into the field and scream at some subcontractors ;) | /r/MensRights | 14/03/19 10:11 PM

The economy is failing young menBut if grandmother was married to grandfather, and shared 50% of his income, does that mean she gets paid 65 cents to his 50 cents? | /r/MensRights | 08/03/19 09:47 PM
The economy is failing young menI don’t care what party a candidate is from. I want pragmatism over ideology. Sounds like this Yang guy is worth a look. | /r/MensRights | 08/03/19 09:45 PM
Women and Girls First .... the rest can wait in line, and it's such a long line.Because Twitter’s character limit has conditioned all of us to throw grammar to the wind. | /r/MensRights | 29/08/18 04:27 AM

My newborn son's genitals are to remain intact.Omg, that is terrible behavior at that hospital. This story makes me very grateful my son was born in Boulder, CO. Although I pretty much despise all other cultural aspects of that city, I’m actually grateful that the hospital staff was very supportive of our decision not to circumcise. | /r/MensRights | 30/07/18 12:50 PM
Meeting my 3yr old son for the first time.....anyone had a similar experience?A 3 year old absolutely has much cognitive function. You will be surprised at how much he knows. My advice, just talk to him and play with him. Let him show you what his favorite toys and books are, and act very interested in his interests. Even though you will start off as a total stranger, you’ll be surprised at how much he will want to show you about his life. | /r/MensRights | 30/07/18 12:46 PM
