Your foreskin however serves quite an important role: It's there to protect the glans from drying out and becoming desensitised. 1	The tables turn! It's damaging to eat and drink substances with high acidity (eg. Lemons and fizzy drinks) within 30-60 minutes of brushing your teeth regardless of before or after.
