It's not the father's job to teach your children to get into trouble at school for fighting. That's just daft. Being nice isn't something that's preached either. Simply speaking to the teachers and the school and expecting them to do something about it is reasonable. Stop making out like women are unreasonable in their approach.

They're good at consistency when they want to be good at consistency. That's the tell. Parenthood is hard. It's often boring, it's frustrating, it's never ending and you're doing at a financial, emotional and often physical loss. This isn't me just putting a downer on parenthood, but it is the reality of it. It's also massively multifaceted. You can be a "good" father but show your children terrible terrible ideas about relationships, money etc and not being a good role model. Does this mean the…

Men have been harassing women for such a long time that women don't know when a man likes them or not. Women have been asking men for hundreds of years to leave us alone. So yes, you're right. Leave us alone and we'll make it known, like we already do.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/26 08:46 AM
1

Yes! I've had lots of conversations with the men I'm having sex with about what we can both be doing better, what can be done differently and what each of us would enjoy, including new positions, experiences etc.

I think this kind of guy didn't actually make any new friends, just kept the ones from school.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/26 06:25 AM
1

Aaand, here's the real question. Wouldn't it have been easier to just write this?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/26 02:09 PM
1

What was the point of asking if you don't want the answer?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/26 02:06 PM
1

There isn't a rule, that's the point.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/26 01:28 PM

Are you kidding? Being older is the best part of being a woman!
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/26 07:36 AM

It's interesting that men will complain about women treating dating like an interview, then complain that they aren't.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 07:05 PM
1

I agree, there isn't. Treating people as wrong for not doing what you think they should do is wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 07:03 PM
1

Again, it's not a competition. There isn't a wrong, there's just people being people.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 06:15 PM
1

It doesn't matter about principles. No, my understanding of people understands how it happens. It's still up to the person to make the decision.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 03:56 PM
1

Doesn't matter who does it. A relationship is not a competition of willpower.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 03:55 PM
1

It will always affect people, it's a major component of people's mental health. Principles change even more than happiness and are often noticeably more easily rearranged. Understanding how people work and removing responsibility from them are two different things.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 03:16 PM
1

Yep, and that's when women leave because it's better than staying with someone who has stopped caring. That's already a change.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 03:10 PM
1

No. How happy someone is has rarely any effect on how other people value you. It has a massive effect on how people value you because it has a huge effect on how you interact with them. I disagree. People with weak will and weak principles are more likely to break them. Happiness is not a factor. Happiness is usually the factor that decides the will and principles. Like it or not, happiness and self esteem is people's driving force for their beliefs, their behaviour and their interactions with o…

2

Not really. Yes really. They are blamed for picking the wrong father. There's no right father in this case. Does not exist. You've already said it's not up to men to be adults. You've proven it exists. For daring to pick the wrong father Again, there's no right father.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 12:57 PM
2

Well, a parent has to be of a generally adult disposition. Abut it's only expected for women, and then they're blamed for not staying with the person who's just another child to care about. The attitude of expecting women to be the only adults in the world is why so many children are being brought up by single mothers. Who are then again getting the brunt of anger for daring to be the parent who stayed.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 12:18 PM
1

I don't know if they are worth more than that. They are worth what they can get. The only measure of worth is what you can get in the market. And this value raises and drops according to how happy a person is with themselves. This sentence makes no sense to me. Did you mean indicator instead of motivator? Did you mean if instead of "of" It was very badly written. I was trying (and failing) to say that people who are unhappy are more likely to break with their principles, as well as being more li…

3

So you're saying you don't see the connection between men and parenthood? That's interesting.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 12:04 PM
2

I believe I should teach my children how to stay in a relationship instead of breaking up. Breaking up is easy. Anyone can do it. I absolutely agree. I just think it's better to teach my kids how to be in a relationship they want to be in rather than any old person will do. They're worth more than that, and I'd like them to understand that. It is daft. Happiness is not a goal. It is a side effect of living in accordance to your principles. I agree, and unfortunately unhappiness is a big motivato…

2

.....then why are you bothered about women being parents when you don't care about men even being adults?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 11:55 AM
3

You didn't answer my question. I asked if men ever become adults.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 11:43 AM
2

Why just if you have children? What about your job, should you change your job if you're unhappy there? Should you be moving house just because you need an extra bedroom? What about home extensions? Based on this logic, leaving any relationship, job or any form of change is wrong because being unhappy is daft.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 11:42 AM
9

The other solution is to expect men to be adults at some point. Do men ever become adults?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 11:28 AM
2

Healthy is fine, unhappy is not. Would you stay in a relationship that you don't want?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 11:27 AM
6

Everyone by nature is unproductive when unhappy. I'm expected to teach my children to be productive members of a society, that means teaching them to work towards their own happiness and changing things that don't work for them is a part of that.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 11:26 AM

Bad husband doesn't mean bad father. Yes it does. It categorically does mean exactly this. A parent's role is also to set an example of how to treat others, lovers included.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 11:14 AM
6

So... Arranged marriages? Because men are incapable of being decent?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 11:11 AM
4

That's because single dads often hand the childcare onto women 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 11:09 AM
5

Of course they will see conflict, being in a happy relationship doesn't mean no arguments ever. It just means they'll learn how relationships are run with compromise, care and communication.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 11:08 AM
3

It is. You are now a parent. Your happiness is no longer a priority I disagree. As parents we have a duty to provide life examples for our children, and to show them that people cannot function properly when unhappy, and that it's up to each person to enable their happiness and productivity. In short, we need to be showing our kids that we're also humans and that when we're happy we can care for others better. Sticking it out for the kids just makes for more miserable kids and adults and continu…

So you acknowledge that a man can't - or won't - provide the foundation to enable her to give birth?

What does"victim of themselves" mean?

This.... doesn't seem to be true.

Is there anything that a man can give to remotely match the level of time, effort and resources it takes a woman to gestate and give birth?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 06:28 AM

Really?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/25 09:55 AM

I mean, technically not all men are on there either. So that 1/5 goes down too. Indeed it does. Apparently 70% of men are on there, so it's 1/3 of women are on and 7/10 of men. Where ARE you going where such statistics can be collected? Outside, shockingly enough. Perhaps we shouldn't be relying on statistics for our love lives? Which is ironic given what I wrote about 😂. But tbh I went online and.....fuck that shit. No fucking chance, I'd rather be single. A lot of women agree.

https://theconversation.com/happy-wives-happy-social-lives-men-are-more-emotionally-disconnected-than-women-what-can-be-done-about-it-239194 Is there actual proof that this is true? And I'm not just talking about self-reports. There's quite a bit out there, in multiple places and written in multiple ways. They really didn't just create it for themselves. They would have been demonized no matter what they did. No, they definitely created that one themselves. Plenty of men are happily going their …

And yet when you look on dating apps, only a third of women are actually on there. So what you know based on dating apps data is that 1/3 of the female population like 1/5 of the male population. Stop looking for female behavioural patterns where we aren't going.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/25 08:36 AM

Oh, I think we know that's not true don't we?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/25 08:33 AM
4

If you don't want to give helpful advice, that's fine as well. It's not helpful, that's the whole point of the OP. Again, most men are giving advice based on what is the best solution to the problem given. Again, no they aren't - they're giving advice to a question that hasn't been asked.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/25 07:30 AM
7

This is absolutely true. The part that's missing is that the set is different for different women, so most women will find a different selection of men attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/25 08:22 PM
8

I disagree. Women are expected to provide in services, children, and yes money as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/25 02:54 PM

Mate, if you're not going to make any actual points, or back anything up with sources why am I going to believe you? No I am not your research assistant . It should not take a whole lot of thought to figure it out. You have heard of the saying the power behind the throne? Wikipedia isn’t exactly research. It’s a starting point. Perhaps Perhaps go live in the Middle East? Why do you keep adding this in the middle of a rant? It's very odd.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 07:30 PM

I would leave. He of course wouldn't need an explanation as to why.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 02:54 PM

So, I had a look into the Hapsburgs. I found nothing about the women making the decisions in marriages, and certainly nothing about the middle east. Can you find me this source now?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 01:45 PM

This is weird. Why is it so complicated? Women like who they like, men like who they like. 🤷‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 12:42 PM
6

I didn't say it's realistic, I said it's what should be done. Just like the idea of women outside, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/24 02:19 PM
5

This is just how drunk men behave. They are not there for the music. They are there to get laid. Then men should be banned from anywhere serving alcohol. They should be made to drink at home.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/24 01:20 PM
1

Because it's only ever used in defence of shitty behaviour.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/24 11:59 AM

I don't think of them 🤷‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 08:15 PM
2

Why did you ask the question if you weren't going to accept the answer?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 10:18 AM
1

You are trying to convince someone that you’re worth having around while simultaneously assessing the same for them And since you're both supposed to be "interviewing" each other, there's no differential in power involved. It's nothing like labour and capital.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 01:02 PM
1

Except that it's not actually a struggle, is it? If you're looking for someone to dominate, yes it absolutely is. But if you're looking for someone to actually share your life with in an equitable relationship? Nah.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 12:40 PM
1

Women don’t view these kinds of men as real humans Unfortunately, that really doesn't make any difference. Men who haven't had sex are still absolutely men. However, we still know plenty of men who will have sex with people he doesn't like in any fashion.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 12:25 PM
-4

So basically the whole thing is actually a power struggle for you. That explains everything.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 11:33 AM
1

It sounds like basically the problem is that the men described here don't consider women as human, rather as livestock 🤷‍♀️.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 11:16 AM
-2

Don't need to make anything up, it's written down.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 11:10 AM

And anyone who can't even be bothered to give personhood to said maidens shouldn't have "access" - which again, is removing said personhood.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 10:32 AM
5

It's telling that it's only the sex, not the person they want.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 10:26 AM
1

I think it's sad that so many men here thinking so little of women is the "male experience". Most men I've met actually quite like women.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 09:26 AM
10

Maybe the men who use the description "access to sex" instead of women aren't having sex for a very, very good reason.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 09:23 AM
4

Who were they sleeping with?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 09:22 AM
2

Yeah, they're usually the ones looking for the hook ups by the looks of things.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 01:47 PM
8

It's bizarre isn't it? I think it's insecurity. There seems to be a weird level of control within younger people, especially a particularly large number of Americans. I think women going out and enjoying themselves brings some kind of panic.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 01:43 PM
9

And yet people do like to go out in public and talk to other people with their friends. You don't go just to drink. I'm still friends with people I met at the pub/club 20 years ago. And honestly, all the home drinking in the world cannot bring the supportiveness like the other drunk girls in the club bathroom. It's incredible.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 01:41 PM
10

* Goes dancing (because she's looking for men to CHEAT with) Yeah pretty much. She's going out clubbing and drinking with her single female friends. I keep hearing this, and I don't understand it. Why would you assume that going out drinking and dancing means you're looking to cheat?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 01:23 PM
2

I love this answer.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 09:13 AM

No it isn't, it's suggesting that a person develop themselves. That's it. And honestly, some people are better without others. I know that's shitty, but that's what casual dating is about. If you can't handle a family etc then don't. Some people can't, including those with mental illness, spectrum conditions etc, there's too much change involved - and that's ok. It's ok to struggle with a lot of responsibility. Hell, I do! But if you're going to end up nuclear as a result then don't put yourself…

You literally just said there's a standard....
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 07:41 AM

Isn't it fascinating that it's considered men's "30's" and women are "old"? trapped into a relationship by some old woman who makes their life miserable. This rhetoric has to stop. Any man who is unhappy in his relationship is free to leave. No man is trapped, any more than any woman is. And I say that as a woman who was in a marriage that turned abusive when pregnant and the children were small. If even I can get out of there, a man can leave because he thinks 30 is old.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 07:40 AM
1

A 50 year old man is in his prime?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 07:16 AM
1

As a woman with a younger partner, I can disagree with this. It's really not seen as ok the other way around either.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 07:15 AM
1

If that man is in a position of authority, is in any way uncomfortable with the idea, or aware of any major power differential then yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 07:09 AM

Same.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 07:05 AM

Nope.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 07:05 AM

Why would anyone care about another person's choice of partner if it doesn't include them? I admit, I've never actually seen any of these women crying about things being unfair to them...

Given in the 90's there was still a great deal of stigma and shame surrounding gayness and lesbianism, mental illness and female singledom and the pressure to have children was enormous. Women didn’t overtly hate men as they do today. They could also still be raped by their husbands legally, so I'd really doubt that. They don’t want to deal with this kind of woman anymore, this insulting, controlling, hater. And nowadays they don't have to. In the 90's the stigma of being single would have pushe…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/24 11:28 PM

Yet happiness was much higher for women then, mental illness was lower back then, child abuse was much lower in those traditional marriages. Do you have a source to prove any of this?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/24 11:22 PM
1

Surely the biggest issue with this whole thing is the concept that women "let" you have sex? That's not humanly possible, and yet it's still the main attitude from men. I don't know about most women, but I know that what I want is a man who recognises that sex is something you do together to enjoy. That's it. It's not anything more or less. And honestly, this whole thing of using women as a form of competition to see who she will fuck sooner is rape culture in a nutshell, it's how you get young …

Ok. And?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/24 11:14 PM
0

I.....no.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 10:51 PM

It's a reasonable question.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 07:22 AM

the woman is doing something that makes her repulsive and disgusting for money What's repulsive about having sex with someone?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 09:42 PM
2

No, no they're not. That's the point. They don't have to pay more because nothing will happen anyway, since the attitude that sex workers deserve it is embedded into our culture. Being raped isn't something you get paid for....
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 01:42 PM
4

Because women are also people and don't want to fuck assholes who think they're better than the women they're fucking. It's really not that complicated.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 01:26 PM

That sex workers deserve to be battered and killed because they're performing a service that's commonly demanded?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 01:24 PM

Given how many sex workers are hurt and killed, the "degradation" is the least of their problems.... until of course you realise that the concept of sex workers "degrading" themselves means that people can hurt them with impunity, since apparently they're asking for it. But that's not quite what you mean, is it?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 01:03 PM

You can "blame" whoever you want, it doesn't make my comment any less true.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 12:58 PM
1

It's generational. Before the internet, you weren't literally walking around with porn in your pocket 24/7.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 10:21 PM
1

It's interesting that you still consider it immoral to perform sex acts consensually for cameras, but don't consider it immoral to verbally attack the very people who you are demanding it from.....
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 09:58 PM
5

Given the number of men who are happy to wank to porn, then degrading the women involved, there's a reason a lot of women have a no porn policy.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 08:33 PM

Why are you choosing to turn the television off after the 44 seconds instead of watching the whole game?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 08:14 PM

I spent 3 years lobbying to keep our local Male mental health ward open, when it came under threat. Even down to physically protesting the council on the ground. I was part of the petition process to increase paternity leave and to make parental leave universal. I've been advertising for our local men in sheds group for several years now.

/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 07:50 AM
3

Wow, you really don't like the question do you? Your paragraphs are getting smaller.....
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 07:37 AM

Why would it be derailing to ask a question that relates to the statement you made? Oh wait, it isn't. So once again - if men can competently vet women so well, why don't they?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 07:36 AM

Well, for me it's that way but obviously I've been kicked out of the hive mind 🤷‍♀️😭
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 07:32 AM
4

Ah, so there wasn't an assumption you just didn't like the question. Yeah, we're pretty much just winding into the whole "lazy Vs incompetent" question again, aren't we?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 07:31 AM

"In reality men are the ones in the position to competently vet women." Was this not what you wrote? I simply asked if it doesn't happen because men are lazy rather than incompetent. I can't believe it's taken you 2 whole comments to have it spelled out. You're smarter than that. It's 7am here. Is it late there?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 07:29 AM
2

Wow. He's a "dude who types paragraphs" isn't he? 😂 Word of the day toilet paper.....
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 07:26 AM
3

And which part did I assume? You haven't answered it. Are you a man? Are you asking questions in an "emotional" manner? Would this quote of yours question another man's masculinity if he said it?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 07:24 AM

"In reality men are the ones in the position to competently vet women." Was this not what you wrote? Who said I was snarking? I was absolutely serious and asking a question.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 07:23 AM
3

Where was the assumption?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 07:10 AM

Ah. So it's really laziness rather than incompetence?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 07:10 AM
5

That's pretty emotional language.....are you less of a man for using it?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 06:51 AM
1

You can't hire actual want. You can buy consent, sure. You can't 🤷‍♀️. And yes, tbh just wanting a relationship with anyone seems to be a pretty low standard. Or am I reading it wrong?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/24 07:09 PM
1

Actually wanting to have sex with that person.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/24 07:21 AM

Men do ....
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 01:31 PM

Huh, it's funny how it's always the "friends" isn't it? I'm not sure seeing a future is a high standard though...
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 08:38 AM
4

I think this one might be a "you" thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 06:32 AM

Men don't get shamed for having preferences, they get told they're assholes for how those preferences are broadcast.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 06:31 AM
0

Yeah, they're expecting to be walked through even reading it, let alone living it.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 05:38 PM
1

Yes, communication as in "Tell me what's wrong, but please tell me you can deal with it by yourself" So..... expect you to be an adult? Once again, exactly my point. Getting help and asking for support can only be achieved without consequences by women, if a man does that he is a child and doesn't deserve a grown woman (whatever that means). Asking for help when you need it instead of making others miserable is being an adult. This isn't rocket science. If you act like a twat, people aren't goin…
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 05:38 PM
1

But you don't actually know that's what it's like, just the stereotype?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 05:36 PM
3

But men in general are straightforward about a serious issue or when something is off. Have you ever been in a relationship with a man?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 04:42 PM
2

No, no it's not. It's terrifying that this needs spelling out.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 04:41 PM
-2

And yet, you didn't mention this eventuality in your post. You didn't get that by the whole concept of "communication"? exactly my point. Then don't be a child and a grown woman will want you. Expecting an adult to behave as such isn't even exceptional standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 04:41 PM
0

Because they need someone to tell them how to do It Just more emotional labour.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 04:39 PM
1

Who said it is? Surely not bottling it all up until people get hurt is a better way regardless of how you do that?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 04:38 PM
-2

When women tell men to be vulnerable, they only want to know that they have issues and they want men to deal with it alone. You mean the bit where I said to tell me what's wrong, and that if you need time to process it it's ok? The discussion between two adults that gives each party a bit of a satisfactory response, meaning that there won't be any big arguments later on? Helping to carry the emotional burden or helping to solve it isn't appealing This is called a relationship. The whole point of…
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 02:27 PM
1

No, I don't misunderstand. I understand that boys and men aren't having the importance of their feelings put on them. I also recognise that there needs to be a balance, which also means validating boys feelings more than currently, so they stop thinking they're unimportant when the opposite is true.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 01:39 PM
-1

Nobody is telling anyone to just "feel better or cheered up". We're saying find a better way to cope with feeling crappy.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 01:25 PM
12

I don't know about men telling men to be honest since I'm a woman but I always wanted my partners to be vulnerable and acknowledge when things aren't going well for them because a) for all the talk of "men are different", the emotions involved are really, really similar. People get hurt. They have a shit day at work and either want to be left alone to process it, or they want to do something else. And that's fine - but you have to verbalise that, tell me it's been shit and you're going to play g…

Okie dokie. Now what?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/24 07:36 PM

The industrial revolution. Stop being dense. I'm not being dense, I'm asking a pertinent question. The industrial revolution era is between about 1780's - the 1980's which is where we get to the information era (right now) Before the 1900's, life would have been like the hive city in 40K and that's if you're doing well. I'm really struggling to grasp what actual issues you have with the world now. I fully recognise that the world is vastly different, and no, some things didn't change for the bet…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/24 08:32 AM
1

Which industrial revolution? In which country? Yes, you do. You haven't actually said what the problems are - and I acknowledge there's always going to be some problems. People are dicks at times. But what's the terrible price that's been paid for a 8hour workday, for people of any colour and women to be recognised as humans and at least treated as such?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/24 10:34 AM
1

Which industrialised era? The 1800's? 1960's? 1980's? Which progress? Which society are you talking about? And honestly, what price has been paid?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/24 07:58 PM
1

Well, when are you talking about? Because I'm not talking about 200 years, I'm talking about within my grandparents generation. That's 50-60 years.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/24 09:08 AM
3

Really? Women can work and support themselves without having to get married to survive. Black people can walk into a library without being kicked out. They don't have separate water fountains. Children can't be battered at will, and men are actually accountable on occasion for their children.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 10:33 PM
3

What? None of that is what I'm talking about! I'm not talking about any form of materialism, or energy. Can you imagine someone being able to refuse you service based on the colour of your skin? Or your accent? Or knowing if you die before your wife that she's going to be bankrupt because women can't have pensions?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 10:28 PM
2

I don't think anyone can really grasp how much progress there's been. And nobody can grasp how far behind it was to begin with. The level of freedom now is extraordinary compared to what there was.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 07:46 PM
1

No, I think it's better because people these days are at least aware that other people exist. I don't think people these days (and I include people my age in this but to a certain extent) really have a clue how much power one group had over the rest of society.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 07:42 PM
6

Given what society used to actually be like, opposed to this weird rose tinted glasses that so many people who were never there seem to see, yes it does. It's so much nicer now. People forget how shit history really can be.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 04:52 PM
1

I think there's a massive, massive group of people who don't know what "submissive" means, or even what "traditional is" any more. And that's a good thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 04:11 PM

"In my opinion Men need to get a "opt out" option, how would this work? As a Man you are allowed to opt out for fatherhood if she doesnt want to abort the kid, no child support, you basically vanish from the life off the kid" This is how it already works, and always has. If you choose to have sex with a woman you don't trust, why are you having sex with a woman you think will do this? If you think she will "trap" you (you can't trap a man by having a baby) then either use a condom or the word "n…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/24 11:43 AM
1

Wow, it's impressive how much the societal messages sink in, isn't it? In fact it's infinitely more valuable for men to be able to have sex whenever they want than it is to be able to cry whenever they want. Isn't this just "let us rape you and things will be better"? Because that's a massage too.....or are men no better than animals?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/24 08:05 PM
1

Ok, I can get that. Isn't that the whole point though, that the messages you're taking in is what's causing this problem in the first place, putting sex as such a focal point that you can't acknowledge any other reason or issue within a relationship?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/24 07:01 PM
1

"I said less frequent sex is the main and most important risk you take by showing vulnerability as a man. Obviously there are other things but they aren't as important." So nothing is as important as how much sex you get in a relationship?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/24 06:42 PM
1

Except that's not what you've said...none of it is what you've said.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/24 05:07 PM
1

Is it the only reason and is it worth ruining a relationship for?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/24 04:48 PM
1

Really? Sex is the single most important part of your relationship? Are you sure that that attitude might be a bigger issue and that's why she's less interested?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/24 02:04 PM
2

But that still doesn't correlate with what's being said. Based on the thread here, you've absolutely no clue what's happened in the relationship or even if it's something else and absolutely no communication has happened - so you really don't know outside of any societal messages being sent. You've also based your entire answer on the fact that she didn't want to have sex as much, with no concept of any other intimacy that is there or not. Was there any communication at all? Was there anything o…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/24 01:15 PM
2

I'm not sure what you mean by negative freeroll?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/24 01:01 PM
4

But are you 100% certain that this is the case? Or is this perhaps social media and messages talking?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/24 10:03 AM
1

No, I didn't figure it out. I just don't disagree with them. I disagree with the reasoning, obviously but that's not my problem. I think it's a good solution for anyone who's not getting what they want out of dating - get away from it and sort yourself out 🤷‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/23 05:24 PM
-1

Then don't do anything and just keep complaining while refusing to do absolutely anything. That's what works.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/23 04:28 PM
1

But it's not about all men, it's about each one individually.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/23 04:18 PM
6

Not really. Stop complaining about dating and continuing to date!
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/23 04:18 PM
0

Then men need to stop sleeping with women 🤷‍♀️.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/23 03:47 PM
5

Then stop jumping through hoops and bending over backwards. And stop handing it to women. It's not rocket science, you just have to stop doing what you're doing.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/23 03:46 PM
3

You did, but nothing will make them understand what they don't want to understand. It's not about them and they can't grasp that.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/23 02:49 PM
0

This may come as a shock, but if a man says "I hate my wife" I'm going to assume he hates his wife. Yeah, we already know about the whole "masturbation ego boost" thing. This isn't complex psychology.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/23 08:56 AM
1

Except that it doesn't stop until your 50's...
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/23 03:25 PM
4

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/23 07:38 AM
10

I'm 41 and it's the best! There's absolutely no way I'd ever go back to being in my 20's.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/23 07:38 AM
4

The weirdest part of this isn't even that they're worried about some bizarre concept of parenthood, it's that it's ALL about how other men will see them.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/23 01:51 PM
1

What's a patriarchal trait?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/23 11:55 AM
8

What this means is that she found you attractive. That's not crazy.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/23 07:19 PM
3

I say partner because boyfriend sounds like it's for 20's and I'm 40's so...
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/23 04:55 PM
5

So they don't age better?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/23 06:39 AM
1

In what fashion?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/23 06:38 AM
5

Plenty yes, most no.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/23 06:04 AM
1

Really? Because most men I've met want kids. Women..a few less. Or almost like it's a person thing not a gender thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/23 10:44 PM
1

I agree, until things changed when agriculture became the way to live and work, and women became part of the husbandry industry just for men instead of farm animals. Things are now becoming more like it was before that.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/23 01:13 PM
12

.....what?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 11:18 AM
1

. If you were a woman on a farm you would be doing farm work like any other man. You may do less physically demanding tasks but you still provided to the capacity you could And all of this is based on having the choice. That's the whole point.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 05:20 PM
1

Women have gained the most important thing of all. We've got the choice. It's easy to ignore it when you've always had it.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 10:29 AM
2

It's part of the consideration. It's not the whole thing. If you're staying because of money then your relationship is over.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 09:43 PM
1

And it's a part of a marriage, not the sole motivation.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:09 PM
0

It's interesting that the concept you can have of marriage is money.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 07:49 PM
5

Marriage has other parts to it than sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 07:45 PM

This is assuming also that women are incapable of learning what would get them off before being with a man. Virgins masturbate.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 12:29 PM

Well, given the amount of men who hate women but are good looking at them, touching them and having sex with them I'd fully imagine that there's a venn diagram of men who hate OF models paying for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 10:44 AM

I was talking about the clients as much as the pimps.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 10:42 AM

what we want in life is a wife, not a whore. So... you'd buy a wife?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:55 AM

Yes, but out society doesn't portray it in that manner. Sex is like a woman's handbag, something a man can take from a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:54 AM

Men do, yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:52 AM

The level of violence against sex workers suggests this isn't always the case.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:50 AM

Because men believe women's bodies are public property, free for everyone to use.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/23 08:49 AM
2

If a man doesn't want to be friends, he's every right to not be friends. If he stops mid conversation he's being an asshole.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/23 03:43 PM
2

Nobody is forcing them.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/23 07:54 AM
1

And of course they do. They certainly get to find out who takes himself seriously, it's pretty obvious. You just pay attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/23 06:21 PM
1

I'm genuinely asking this because I hear it a lot, but can you please give me some examples? I honestly don't know what there is other than takes care of himself, I can have a good conversation with and who's company I enjoy.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/23 04:00 PM
1

I was asking if you'd put all the traits you've ever heard on one basket and decided that all women ask for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/23 03:45 PM
1

Are you pooling all the traits together?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/23 03:20 PM
9

Physically unattractive isn't the most unattractive thing. Taking himself too seriously and a lack of respect and kindness for others is far more unattractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/23 11:26 AM
1

So basically, you'd rather stay angry and miserable and dream with your dick then be emotionally healthy because it's hard and takes effort. Good to know 👍
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/23 06:54 PM
1

You mean the self esteem can, absolutely. Yeah, for therapy to work you have to want to get better.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/23 06:31 PM
8

Really? That's it? She pointed out that women are mean to men sometimes because they get frustrated with men's behaviour, then you prove her point? Not your best example I'm afraid.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/23 06:29 PM
1

I'm not turned off by Christian morals, I'm turned off by the horrific levels of misogyny and hypocrisy.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/23 02:16 PM
1

Most trafficked women are groomed apparently. Which I can get since they're usually not women, they're children.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/23 02:15 PM
11

Therapy is also female oriented getting laid is more corrective for a mans mental health than 1000 hours of therapy. Riiiiiight. If you believe that I have a bridge to sell you.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/23 08:17 AM
4

I don't hate men, and I don't think they're all predators. I think I have had enough experience to be aware that most men aren't bad, but the ones that are will be particularly bad, and that some men don't know the difference between banter and bullying. Just like women.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/23 07:46 AM
15

Have you got some quotes?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/23 07:44 AM
1

Bi and pansexuality are real, and there's nothing wrong with either of them.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/23 07:40 AM
5

There's a reason they don't want to fuck you.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/23 07:38 AM
1

but not as bad as accusing your partner of cheating It's the same thing as accusing them.of cheating. You already said it's your issue not theirs, so essentially lying and wrecking the relationship is worth doing because you won't look after your own mental health?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/23 03:59 PM
1

Ok, I understand all that. Wouldn't it be more productive to get to therapy to unpack it and possibly actually help yourself and your relationship than to waste your money wrecking said relationship?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/23 01:45 PM
1

Then why do you have children with someone?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/23 11:47 AM
1

It's weird this whole "cuck" obsession isn't it?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/23 10:37 AM
4

But again, why are you having kids with someone you don't trust?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/23 10:36 AM
2

If I was in a relationship and dealing with intrusive thoughts i would probably get it done in secret to quiten the voice in my head Then surely this means there's an inherent issue with the relationship already and it's worth listening to them and discussing it with your partner? Because this is the stuff that women are talking about when they're talking about a toxic masculinity....
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/23 10:34 AM
1

Then the other 95% can either improve or learn to be happier single.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/23 08:03 AM
6

Men are for some reason assumed to be psychos, murderers, and/or rapists, until such time that they prove they're not. This is because every woman has met the guy who tried to hurt/rape them. You talk about women picking better men? This is what it looks like. Like men being screened.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/23 06:33 AM
8

Women can't be consistent, men kill us when we are.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/23 06:28 AM
3

And if you can't work you can't afford a divorce.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 05:27 PM
1

Lol very true, but stupid people are still boring
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 05:27 PM
1

I don't. But stupid people are boring.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 02:20 PM
7

Probably but women are obviously happier without men than men are without men. So really, it doesn't matter if women are the problem 🤷‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 01:56 PM
1

Then surely it's not going to matter to women, or threaten them what men would prefer?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 01:54 PM
1

No, they're not. They're complaining that women aren't going out with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 11:28 AM
1

And in nature, a man kills any offspring that isn't his ....do men do this a lot?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 11:28 AM
1

Nah, it's understandable if he does that. If he cheats and blames it on that, then it's shitty behaviour.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 11:01 AM
3

Are they?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 09:43 AM
2

Just out of curiosity, why does it bother you so much? It seems to be a mostly man thing, and I'm trying to figure out why anyone even cares.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 06:50 AM
9

If it's that many women, doesn't it say that more likely men really aren't meeting the standards they think they are?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 06:48 AM
4

It meant women were trapped.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 06:29 AM
1

Then why aren't they?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/23 08:48 PM
1

Because wouldn't you want to be a woman if it's so much better?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/23 02:12 PM
1

Are you looking to transition?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/23 09:36 PM
1

What a weird thing to say...
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/23 09:35 PM
1

There's a difference between socially awkward and creepy. If you don't care about it you're in the second camp.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/23 09:32 PM
3

Unfortunately, a lot more than people would think. About 25-50%.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/23 08:32 PM
1

Can you please describe them? Physically? Which men are rapists? Have you got a list of men women should be avoiding please? Because it would be really helpful.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/23 08:30 PM
7

No demand, no supply. All men's fault on this one.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/23 04:06 PM
3

What if women stop ensuring their safety? What happens then, and is it women's fault?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/23 04:03 PM
1

Why is it not ok for women to ensure their own safety, while also telling women to ensure their own safety?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/23 04:02 PM
6

Most women absolutely expect things passively with no effort put forth from their end. They think the only thing they need to offer is their vagina and it has to be earned Then why are you dating them?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/10/23 02:54 PM
2

So what you're saying is that you've given two more excuses. Congratulations.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 09:33 AM
10

Let's not find another excuse for domestic abuse. There's already enough to use.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 09:16 AM
4

It's because the demand - specifically the Men - are seen as victims, who are all alone because of cruel women and their standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 09:40 PM
4

The guys themselves don't care but a lot of others do, and it's equal too. My partner was 25 and I was 36 when I got together with my partner and I got a lot of shit for it.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 01:30 PM
2

Nah, women like sex and men like attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 09:31 AM
1

Really? That's it? A "male perspective"? Jesus, mum's mate's husband can do that! Grandad can do that. What about being a proper role model in the home? Raising his child equally? Showing how to be part of an actively equal and functional household? How to be part of an equal partnership and romantic relationship? Are men doing these?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/23 12:06 PM
23

And as soon as the risk of him attempting to cave my head in (which has happened) or followed (which has happened), or screamed at by someone much larger than me (which has happened) or he's tried to carry me off somewhere anyway (which has happened) drops, I'll be more direct. Teach men to take rejection and I'll be more direct about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/23 08:14 AM
1

No, women's standards aren't actually that high. A very small percentage of women have standards that high, and it's because they don't actually want a man but social pressure to want one is stupid and the only way to ward it off is to be looking for a perfect man who doesn't exist. The rest want a partner, but we aren't raising men as partners yet. 🤷‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/23 07:38 AM
25

Nah, the type of men in the manosphere want "legacies", not children. Kids are hard work.

It's not enough for a man to simply be there. That's bullshit. Either a man fucking parents or he's gone. Be useful or fuck off.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/23 06:37 AM

because young women like being called girls by both men and women Never met a woman over 18 who likes being called a girl.

And?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 12:26 PM

Why not?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 12:21 PM
0

Do you have kids?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 11:40 AM

So... normal women who want adult partners?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/23 08:18 AM
1

Honestly, if you do that you'll never do anything. You just have to learn to keep yourself safe and to ensure you don't trust men too much until you know them better 🤷‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 08:16 AM
1

But you haven't said anything? I have no issue with men going off to find a woman. I already said that. But it's not a real solution.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 07:54 AM
1

I have absolutely no idea. For there to be a solution there needs to be a problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 07:27 AM
1

Solution to what?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 05:43 AM
4

Except it's not actually a primal need for sex, is it? Sex is a want. Ejaculation is a primal need. Do you as a man need a woman? Would you die without one?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 01:35 PM
1

You're kind of making my point - a sex worker isn't exploiting a man's sex drive either.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 01:16 PM
2

how would you feel about your daughter/mother/sister doing that type of work" question usually throws ppl back into reality It depends if it's consensual and if it was a proper industry 🤷‍♀️. Given the society we live in, some people believe there's no woman who isn't a whore. Why not make something off that?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 12:10 PM
7

Anyone with a job involving exploiting men’s sex drives is a gold digger So ....all jobs? Any woman who’s ever made a man pay for anything is a gold digger lol So.... anyone? Is anyone not a gold digger?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 12:10 PM
4

Doesn't that mean anyone with a job is a gold digger?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 11:42 AM
1

But.....if you're doing it solely to get a woman, what's the point? Does it make a difference to your life for yourself too?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 07:39 AM
1

It's not a gotcha. There are no gotchas. I agree, men can't be alone so will go looking elsewhere. It seems to be a man thing, one as a woman I'll never understand 🤷‍♀️.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 06:49 AM
0

Well realistically, women and men have the same problem - men. If men are going to be toxic and lazy, then they'll have to stay on their own and bitching about women.em should absolutely fix their own problems, and if they don't then they should be punished. Weirdly, it seems what women actually choose is what men consider a punishment - to be alone. 🤷‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 07:43 AM
4

Well, realistically every person has to bring something to the table in a relationship. The reason that so many women are happier single is because unfortunately a lot of men actively hinder a woman's life when in a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 06:40 AM
0

I don't, I simply leave those men to their own devices. 🤷‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 05:51 AM

I'm not sure what you're trying to say, other than some vaguely threatening "taking their ball home" stuff. But I could be wrong about that, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 04:49 AM
10

Women aren't a prize in a competition. This attitude is why they're happier single.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 04:41 AM

Women have been doing it for thousands of years. You'll get over the pain of doing things for yourselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/23 07:22 PM

Except women have worked for all that. Perhaps it's time for men to do the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/23 04:40 PM
10

There's plenty of women who have children because they want to. There's really no need for you to care.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 08:18 PM

I'm guessing you either need to talk to people in general, or a GP.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 09:40 AM
2

I've dated women. I've got also discussed our sex life with the women I was dating without actually trying it on, and it works great. It's communication, purely put.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 09:24 AM
-1

It's not. I've also lost a lot of weight, I'm still considered overweight and yet I'm healthier than I've ever been. If you're going by the official channels it means every person who doesn't fit the exact same category is overweight (she's overweight) or obese. It doesn't take into account the outlying factors.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 09:20 AM

ED is a general sign, but you do have to know the life the guy leads, his health, his mental health etc... Men who openly objectify and have lost the ability to recognise fantasy from reality. Men who "appraise" women instead of admire.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 09:18 AM

It's more the methods of communication. People have dreadful communication skills. You can ask for consent in a way that makes it part of the fun, and give the other party a chance to say "I'd rather do this instead"...
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 09:16 AM

No female friends is a red flag for me.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 06:06 AM

You're not supposed to navigate it. As far as they're concerned, you can't win and whichever way something happens they get proof that all women are untrustworthy bitches and they're better off single.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 06:04 AM
-4

Because fat doesn't mean ugly.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 05:58 AM

There have been studies done where findings confirm women are the more attractive gender. There are of course exceptions, but most women are relatively pretty in some regard, while most men just aren’t. In a society that's been run by straight men for a milennia who will actively ensure other men don't feel attractive because no homo ....no, women aren't objectively more attractive, they've just been cultivated to ensure they are more attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 05:56 AM

She's 15lbs overweight. If she lost 40lbs she wouldn't have periods.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 05:54 AM

Yes it is. It's terrifying that this is now considered fat.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 05:52 AM

You don't understand there is a desire gap It doesn't matter. If men need women and women don't need men, why aren't men being worth women's time?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 11:01 PM
10

How about option 3? Grow the fuck up, stop trying to guilt women with emotional blackmail and live your life like an adult.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 11:00 PM
9

You mean like dating people they're attracted to?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 10:57 PM
1

Because it's relevant. Would you assume someone who stops people in the street to talk feels entitled to have someone's attention?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 04:31 PM
1

Once again, would you stop a complete stranger to talk to them because you want to?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 03:59 PM
1

That's exactly my point.....and yet women get loads for absolutely no reason. It's really not any form of affirmation. It's just that men feel entitled to contact women despite the fact they wouldn't do the same IRL.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 03:19 PM
1

No, personally I do not. Why not? When I do DM women, it’s usually women I have passing familiarity with. 99% of the time none of these women ever write to me first, ever. If I don’t make an effort to reach out to her, then I will never hear from her. Yes, even women who’ve I’ve dated have done this, and would usually be upset at me not “showing initiative” when they can just as easily reach out to me. And all of this is true and fine, but I'm talking about complete strangers who wouldn't do the…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 02:19 PM

Would you stop and talk to someone completely randomly in the street? Literally, just stop a complete stranger and talk to them?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 01:45 PM

That's because when women do comment, the men find the DM button. Like it or not, but male harrassment is the biggest problem going and it's kicking them back now.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 01:20 PM

And this is what women actually get. The men who reach out aren't doing so to be pleasant.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 01:03 PM

women on average get affirmation from both men and women. This is blatantly untrue. Being insulted online because you have a vagina isn't affirming.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 12:51 PM
4

Not murdering, raping or hurting in other forms really isn't anything to claim a person is "good" and we shouldn't be praising people for this. This is literally baseline decent behaviour, and men in particular seem to expect praise for this.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 12:37 PM
1

The only answer is to be an adult about not getting what you want.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 08:52 PM
1

Absolutely true as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 05:41 PM
2

Nah mate, straight women date men and then some decide that life is better without men in a romantic situation. It really is that straightforward. They don't have pets as partners. They don't have partners at all. I know it's a concept that many men struggle with, but it's true.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 02:55 PM
3

Then there's your traditionalism. Go tell the others.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 06:35 AM
7

And yet enough women choose it that it suggests women aren't actually as all that interested in that sexual validation, and and actually choose pets over men. They don't want the men, that's the bit you're upset about.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 06:32 AM
2

Of course, they aren't. Because most women will be in a relationship the moment they decide they want to stop being single. It would be a completely different story if the paradigm completely shifts and women now need to start chasing men if they want to have a relationship. If women wanted a relationship and had to bust their figurative balls to achieve that with someone and still had a low % of success in doing that regardless of their effort, then being single wouldn't be a valid and plausibl…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 03:35 PM
17

Doesn't matter the reason. The answer is no.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 01:28 PM
2

A big reason why singledom is considered a valid option for women is because it is seen as more of a choice/the fault of men that fail to see her value. Nope, men aren't actually a factor in it at all. When the tables are truly turned and women are made to feel inadequate, we see similar feelings of self-loathing, low self-esteem, and people pleasing behavior. This is absolutely true. It's because women are people, shockingly.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 12:06 PM

"victim blaming is wrong" proceeds to claim men are incapable of responsibility
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 10:39 AM
37

Well yes. That's how it works for women. They get the validation from their friends etc as well, it's why they get along much better than men when single, and why singledom is even considered a valid option by women for women. Men could definitely do with learning a bit on that front.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 10:27 AM
1

Not really, the men who want to choose porn can choose porn and also find a woman who has no issues with it. It's exactly the same all the way along the spectrum of sexuality, boundaries etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 10:25 AM
1

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 10:24 AM
1

It is not reasonable if it means “you should never use porn under any circumstances while in a relationship” which is what I’d say most PPD women are implying. I agree, it's not reasonable. Most people would generally agree that if you're choosing to watch porn instead of being intimate with your SO that is actively choosing to replace your relationship with porn. Obviously there's always circumstances etc because people are nuanced. There's a fair number of women who do, and their choice to bel…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 09:08 AM
1

I'll grant you there's a lot of neurotic people on here! But tbh the stuff I've seen regarding porn etc is fairly reasonable. It's generally been "don't choose it instead of your partner" which honestly seems to be good sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 08:28 AM
2

What, not ever?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 08:25 AM
2

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 08:06 AM
3

Well, I have. I know several women that have. It's not actually that uncommon, because - and this is a secret, don't tell anybody - looks around conspiratorially women like to do different stuff too, and most secure women are good with watching a bit of porn with their partners. Just our little secret, yeah?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 07:50 AM
4

Have you never done this? Just a bullet next to her clit during sex? It's great! My partner loves it.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 06:25 AM
5

You mean you are pretending it's another man's penis.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 06:24 AM
3

Does this mean any man who would need Viagra deserves to be alone?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 06:21 AM
3

Maybe it's because when men are happy they don't need to do more?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/23 12:19 PM
2

My partner used to be one. It's about 60/40. A woman doesn't pay for sex, she pays for sex she's actually going to find satisfying. Tinder doesn't do everything....
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/23 12:13 AM
2

They're also more likely to have a satisfying sexual experience than on tinder though....
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/23 12:12 AM
3

🙄🤦‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/23 12:06 AM
1

Why is ither men's opinion important?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/23 11:40 PM
1

You don't have to have respect for women because they're women you can respect someone because they're human. If you have different standards for men and women, that's not having respect for one as opposed to the other. If you believe there's different roles for one as opposed to another that aren't actually based on biology (I'm aware women aren't as strong etc) then that's not respect for one gender as people.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 04:36 PM
1

Except you're arguing that women shouldn't get it based on being human while men already have it....so how are women already as respected as men?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 03:27 PM
1

Really? I've heard "she's everything I want on paper but I just don't feel it".
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 03:27 PM
0

So you're essentially proving that women aren't respected as Human beings in their own right the way men are?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 12:03 PM
1

Nothing has been handed over because it's not men's to begin with. Women have always worked. How would you identify respect?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 11:51 AM
-1

Isn't it simply the same as when men do the same thing? Paper theory isn't always right.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 06:34 AM
1

Bingo!
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 06:32 AM
2

Feminism has been going for 30 years. Feminism has been going on for nearly 200 years. It started with the vote. Finances only became something because women were entirely dependent on men before then. It's not about social niceties, it's about basic respect as a human being. If you would automatically expect those niceties as a man but resent it in women then the basic respect for women as a human being, not even as a woman is not there. That's the bit that's missing from all of this.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 06:15 AM
7

It's impressive that you can stretch your mind in a way most people can't stretch their bodies.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/23 02:40 PM

There wasn't a demand until before then.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/23 12:06 PM

As far as I'm concerned, the campsite rule is number one. And unfortunately, in some situations the campsite rule is impossible to follow simply because some people aren't in the same place. Age is sometimes a factor in this.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/23 11:21 AM
1

Can you elaborate on how she's wrong? And can you pinpoint where I said all women are right and all men are wrong? And why what women do wrong is the subject you're talking about when the topic is men? Because I'm fairly sure I already said that women have a hand in society....
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/23 11:20 AM
1

Because they shouldn't need to defend it.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/23 11:17 AM

Culture. Wasn't a problem before Gillette made it a problem in the 20's.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/23 09:20 PM
1

Except she's not 100% wrong. She's absolutely right. And unfortunately, I agree that the majority of the issues are caused by men and women, but realistically men walking away from situations that they've had a hand in causing has been a factor in many, many societal problems and continues to be.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/23 07:59 AM
1

No it wasn't. When the menopause happens has nothing to do with whether people get themselves together or not....
/r/PurplePillDebate03/09/23 10:59 AM
1

Thing is, there hasn't been a screaming that women need raising completely, there's been an overhaul of the system and it's not always served anyone that well.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/09/23 10:54 AM
1

Except she's right. That's the problem. I fully agree that there needs to be a balance, but....those things are still true. It's not misandry to recognise that things still aren't equal as people are still people and teach their children tendencies and ideas that may not be the best.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/09/23 10:23 AM
11

Yikes. Although the third one I'd understand.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/09/23 10:17 AM
1

Isn't men's logic just men's emotion?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/09/23 10:15 AM
28

It means absolutely nothing. It's just something people who either don't like women or are too stupid to recognise what they're saying parrot.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/09/23 10:15 AM
1

Except it's not women doing that. Obviously it's something in the system somewhere, but realistically this was always the case. It's just noticed now.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/09/23 07:38 AM
1

No, since you're both doing what you want.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/09/23 07:35 AM
1

Why does it matter?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/09/23 07:30 AM
1

You haven't said what it is that women aren't doing for you and should.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/09/23 07:26 AM
1

No. We can all recognise puberty. We can't recognise the world our kids are going through puberty in is the point.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/23 03:00 PM
1

Yes, men and women are different. Why does that mean that there's not going to be any role models for a child in a house without one gender?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/23 02:59 PM
1

Can she directly relate to it with all the pressures of social media and the completely different standards happening now? How different their child's future is going to be?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/23 11:45 AM
1

The reality is that there isn't, because people aren't optimal.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/23 11:44 AM
1

Here's an even simpler question; can people who don't live in the house be a role model?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/23 11:43 AM

And yet the top men are obviously doing something right.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/23 07:13 AM

Diapers at 65? Do they have dementia?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/23 07:04 AM

Because she wants to have child with someone she already knows can hack it.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/23 06:58 AM

There's no optimal environment.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/23 06:56 AM

Can a parent who's 40 directly relate to what kids are going through in a completely different era of technology, or society made up of completely new pressures?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/23 06:55 AM

With a man, and a woman Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/23 06:53 AM

It's extraordinary how men can still manage to blame the people who stayed....
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/23 03:52 PM

Do they?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/23 10:27 PM

It's almost like people notice things about the people they're attracted to.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/23 10:19 PM
2

This isn't a secret.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/23 10:18 PM
10

Isn't this considered settling, and there's men all over here complaining about women settling....
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/23 10:17 PM
10

Right - but you don't actually have a woman'snlivedy experience and as such are in no position to claim it as fact?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/23 09:31 PM
13

Are you a woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/23 09:04 PM
12

What's wrong with being a bitch to someone who's not actually interested in hearing what you have to say?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/23 08:01 PM
10

What is the title of the post?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/23 07:55 PM
18

And yet it's what they want to do and as such is still extremely rude to demand they stop doing it and pay you attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/23 07:51 PM
13

No,. it's not. It's rude to expect people to drop what they are doing and pay attention to you because you like how they look.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/23 07:44 PM
1

Did you just compare a woman wanting a responsible adult with sexual harrassment? That's.....a stretch.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/23 06:46 PM
1

Plus fatherlessness only affects sons, not daughters. This is bullshit.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/23 03:47 PM

The thread said men would be more willing to have maintenance sex, not to please women. Not the same thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/23 03:04 PM
1

Except all of this is based on outside influences, eg performance anxiety. I did word it badly though, I should really have said that psychological issues are a much bigger issue than physical.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/23 02:56 PM
6

It's not actually difficult for a woman to get off based on physiology. Hell, we have a button designed for it! It's definitely more social messages than physical.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/23 12:39 PM
2

It's not about whether someone would, it's about whether they could.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/23 11:59 AM

Why does this mean that women have to lose their freedom?

Can you elaborate please?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/23 10:42 AM
3

So long as it's safe, legal and consensual then I really don't care.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/23 10:42 AM
1

No it's not, it's called practicality. I wish you luck in getting back sperm from the vagina.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/23 09:40 PM

Well, we don't actually need to have the conversation. It's only men seeing their asses that we are.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/23 09:36 PM

Don’t cum inside a women knowing full well once it’s in her body you don’t have a choice. How about But she does have the choice. You donated your sperm. It's not yours any longer.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/23 12:18 PM

Once a woman is pregnant she bears all the responsibility. All of it. Therefore, she gets the choice on what to do with that responsibility. Which is abortion or giving birth. Those are the choices. Once a cis man becomes pregnant, he bears that responsibility and he can also get that choice.

I don't understand the hate for aging. I'm 41, I'm fitter than I've been, I'm more confident than I've been and I'm happier too. I mean, I look in my late 30's so it's not like I'm particularly good looking etc but I'm ok with it and my partner does too. I simply think generally if you look after yourself then you'll look as you will 🤷‍♀️.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/23 02:16 PM
2

Really? I do. I'm a woman over 40.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/23 02:14 PM
2

This.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 09:39 PM

Most of us aren't going to bite if you approach but aren't an asshole, unless it's obvious that we don't want to be and you've ignored that. Although that comes under asshole, so .. don't be an asshole basically.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 02:46 PM

Talking to a man isn't flirting. Being friends isn't flirting. Telling someone they look nice isn't flirting.

You can always just keep it all in your safe deposit box that's sat under the Cerberus in the Swiss Alps.

There's no way on god's green earth that men aren't as emotional as women. And it's all based on their testosterone cycle, just like ours, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 07:21 AM
23

Yelling at a TV is an erratic emotional outburst.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 07:10 AM
3

There are usually some obvious red flags. What are these red flags, though? This was the question.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/23 05:57 PM
12

But that doesn't say what the red flags
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/23 12:53 PM
1

Maybe they don't and it's an insecurity things.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/23 09:59 AM
0

This is absolutely true.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/23 08:54 AM
1

I have.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/23 05:20 AM
1

Not in my experience, I'm platonically friends with a lot of men and no, we help each other out or buy something for each other without expectations etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/23 11:28 PM
1

Nope, sometimes our feelings can be deceiving. Which is unscientific.... If you're making supposedly life long vows to stay together, you shouldn't leave unless there is awful good reason. I find it hard to believe that 50% of marriages are severely abusive or have unrepentant cheating. It doesn't matter what you believe. This is also extremely unscientific and emotionally based. There's no logic to forcing people to be miserable for someone's beliefs.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 01:31 PM
1

Not at all. Of course it is. It's an emotional response. According to your own logic, emotional responses are unscientific. That's what we've been telling people for the last 50+ years and now 50% of marriages fail. That's because people can leave.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 11:58 AM
1

And yet you being upset about it is also rather unscientific. Dating isn't a science. People are all unscientific, after all we're all based on emotions.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:31 PM
0

Yes, I do know what you mean. I don't really see why it's a problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 09:22 PM
1

Really? Most women I know are perfectly happy.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 07:48 PM
1

It works for women...
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 07:39 PM
1

No, they just don't want to be with men they aren't attracted to and shouldn't be expected to. Would you expect to be forced to be with someone you don't find attractive?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 07:05 PM
1

Do you build houses, fix cars or grow food? Because I can do at least one of those things myself. If you expect women to choose you over being alone just in case the farmers revolt, you're living in a fantasy land. If you want that, buy a prostitute or a sugar baby.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:56 PM
1

Ok. And?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:19 PM
1

Then why is the problem with women?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 05:41 PM
1

You're absolutely correct on both points 💯
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 01:26 PM
1

LOL yeah I didn't want to put where because last time I did I was modded - and we wonder why people's sex education is so bad! I knew it went in the vas deference and my partner was looking into trialling it but I went the IUD route instead, mine is available. Men's Birth Control is woefully lacking I do agree. I'll definitely say that there's no good one for women but at least we're given the option.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 01:26 PM
0

Men have options already, they just don't have the exact options they want. If people as a whole don't want to put in the work then they won't get what they're after. It's really straightforward. If you spend all your time complaining about not being able to get a woman then complaining about the ones who do want you then you're going to stay either alone or miserable 🤷‍♀️. If you improve, the level of people you attract improves too.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 01:20 PM
1

That's a fair point. Isn't RISUG the injection? My partner was looking into it a couple of years ago. Apparently very effective, just... injection into a rough area.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 01:14 PM
0

If she's intolerable why are you complaining about not being able to get one?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 01:11 PM
1

In what manner?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 12:45 PM
1

Then how are so many average men in relationships?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 12:44 PM
1

So there's nothing actually wrong with you?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 12:44 PM
1

What does Ireland have anything to do with it? Sorry, that's facetious lol! What do you mean by ROI of men getting better?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 11:51 AM
1

Why don't you have any options?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 11:51 AM
3

You're right it's not. But be realistic. Would you personally date a woman who can't look after themselves in any form, whether it be physically, emotionally or any other form? Would you date a woman who expects you to be a parent instead of a partner?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 11:50 AM
2

Who said top man? I said better, not top. Go to therapy, go back to school, live a healthier life, work on healthier relationships with family and friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 11:49 AM
2

"No. I just need to be attracted to them and I'm attracted to at least 50% of the women I see where I live. After that I'd pick based on things that indicate we might be a good fit."
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 11:22 AM
8

The answer would be for men to get better.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 11:21 AM
5

Or perhaps you're not picky enough?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:58 AM
1

You don't, you said that you go on looks and distance.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:58 AM
10

Absolutely this. We're supposed to be equals, we can do our part too.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:04 AM
2

I have no interest in being entirely kept by a man. I never have. If men want to act like boys let them - just don't expect them to grow up while you're coddling them 🤷‍♀️.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:03 AM
6

They really don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 07:27 AM
2

I thought there's been a male BC that has the same side effects as women's?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:25 AM
6

This makes no sense whatsoever. Financial abortions aren't a matter of bodily autonomy. The whole reproduction thing is unfair on all sides. You literally can't change that.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:23 AM
2

Except you've written that you only go on looks and where they are...
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:10 AM
4

And what if 10% of the women where you live are attractive?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:09 AM
14

So what is the answer? To force women to go out with every man who finds her attractive so that his feelings won't be hurt? Because that's what this is really all about. Men's ego's.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:08 AM
0

Then marry one of the 2%.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 10:25 PM
1

What else is reddit for? Except you're claiming it as fact. That's extremely narcissistic. depends on which woman you're talking about. And it depends on which man spends a lot of his time thinking his opinion is fact, correct?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 02:55 PM
1

Well, they have as many choices as women. On the whole though I agree with you. Especially as a woman who was always able to enjoy sex without emotional connection.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 02:23 PM
1

Well, you know what they say - the truly stupid don't know they're stupid...
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 02:12 PM
3

A) doesn't matter how long it is, you're broadcasting your opinion constantly. Isn't it narcissistic to assume everyone must hear it? B) it doesn't take long to put some makeup on.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 01:47 PM
3

Well, you spend a rather large amount of time describing your preferences in detail, and how much you hate makeup, describing it as "narcissistic". Isn't posting incessantly about what you like or not narcissistic?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 01:33 PM
1

Most women choose a more expensive ring because of the age in which women couldn't escape an abusive man because she had no money. So - she had jewellery instead to sell. No money = no escape. Times change, traditions and people don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 01:25 PM
2

If a girl just wants to run around, have fun and play her options why are we hating on her for doing what every man out there is allowing her to do. I'll agree with all of it, but surely this is more likely "what every man out there is already choosing to do without this level of complaints or judgement"?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 01:23 PM
5

Isn't that rather narcissistic of you?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 01:18 PM
1

Human? You can choose to be human?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 01:02 PM
4

Best description I ever heard of tradition is that it's peer pressure from dead people. It's true. I fully understand why the whole "jewellery for women, especially the engagement ring" stuff came up - and I admit, when I left my ex husband I sold my engagement ring to feed the kids, which is kind of the point I suppose.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 01:02 PM
2

Then men shouldn't be buying them. If it's not enough then it's not the woman for him.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 12:59 PM
6

I already did, I was talking about the long term fixation that seems to creep in to every post you do.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 12:59 PM
1

Personally, my definition is "a person who identifies as male".
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 12:29 PM

Based on your observations, if a man drives a fiat 500 is he actually female?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 12:28 PM
8

Then don't pay, or don't date? What it this thing about makeup?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 12:26 PM
3

No thanks.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 12:25 PM
1

What engagement ring inequality?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 12:24 PM
1

Where did they say there's things women can do that men can't? The whole point was the opposite...
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 12:23 PM
5

There's no such thing as unfair or fair. Men can do all the things women can do there. There's no law against any of it. What you're actually saying is that you're upset that men are stupid enough to fall for ..... whatever it is that women seem to do this week - which according to this is put on clothes and go outside 🤷‍♀️. Apparently this is a controversial take?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 12:22 PM
-2

Men need to ejaculate. Are you claiming men can't help but rape and kill women?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/23 05:40 AM
4

I actually agree, it's natural. And let's face it men aren't the best at .....well, not much tbh certainly when it comes to sexuality. But men don't just find cheating sexually as intolerable, it's obviously a betrayal of the highest order. Which means that men can't separate sex from their emotions. Because anger is an emotion.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/23 05:39 AM
1

👏👏👏👏
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/23 04:31 PM
1

Except that having sex with you isn't proving her desire.....
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/23 12:58 PM
1

So.in short, you're paying for sex, just after the fact? Because it doesn't sound like you particularly like women....
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/23 11:51 AM
1

Ok, fair enough. I'm still a bit baffled though. Why would you want to have sex with women if you feel the need to test them first?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/23 11:10 AM
1

Ah, ok. So it's in the communication? Do you believe all women will only have sex with you if you spend a lot of money on them?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/23 11:03 AM
1

I've had a few rough sexual situations with men. I've had a few horrible situations that I've barely escaped. But I've overwhelmingly had positive, fun and consensual relationships, flings, and ONS with men. Basically, I've learned that you literally can't tell which one is going to be fun and which one is going to hurt you, so go into it prepared for the worst and to hope for the best.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/23 09:41 AM
1

Why? It a man will only spend money on a woman who's guaranteed to sleep with him, hasn't he decided she's a prostitute?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/23 09:38 AM
1

So....a man takes a woman for a walk then kills her? You're saying that's never happened?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/23 09:25 AM
1

Really? Prostitution and spending money on women for sex are mutually exclusive?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/23 08:36 AM
1

How often do you hear about prostitutes being killed?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/23 08:14 AM
1

And men will get less emotional LOL 🤣 men are far more emotional regarding sex and relationships than women are. Hurt people hurt people This is always true and always will be sadly. I don't tell my female friends they're playing games because we're all in relationships. Men? Oh, loads of them "play the game" and then complain about situation 🤷‍♀️. Most people are just after a bit of sympathy when they got hurt. There's nothing wrong with it, it's no different than looking for a hug after a skin…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/23 08:13 AM
1

I actually agree with you on the "don't spend a fortune on dates" as a standard. "Don't spend it until she has sex with you" isn't a standard, it's a John. Women already opt out, it's why so many men are complaining about the state of dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/23 08:09 AM
1

What? LOL, imagine thinking that's the outlier. Bless you 💞
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/23 08:07 AM

Only to kill them I'd imagine.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 08:32 PM

So.... basically treat her as a prostitute? That's a shoe in to work, well done 👏
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 08:20 PM
1

I suppose it depends on the results of the dates. Most women will be more sympathetic based on what happened and how hurt she got.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 08:16 PM

mean, if every guy followed OP's advice, women would be forced to adapt. You're really underestimating how many women would simply rather not date than have a man demanding sex as proof of something or other, better known as coercing.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 08:12 PM
1

It's still a lot of people. But the biggest thing here is that it depends on the age group you're talking about. Because expecting people not to age is just plain unrealistic.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 12:16 PM
1

That's over 3 million women. Also, as a woman with PCOS it doesn't but the side effects get worse as we age. It's a damn sight harder to keep the weight off as we age, which is normal anyway but it's drastically harder after 40.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:57 AM
1

PCOS comes along with high testosterone for women. High testosterone in women causes insulin resistance, which in turn causes both type 2 diabetes and a higher rate of fat collection particularly around the middle/abdomen. Basically, women with higher levels of testosterone are more prone to putting weight on especially in the wrong places.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:20 AM
3

What's the difference there?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 10:08 AM
0

Nah, men play the victim entirely as much, they just blame it on thinking with their dick and expect sympathy.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 09:32 AM
1

Have you got one of the new studies?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 07:52 AM
1

Or more likely, our insecurities.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 07:40 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
