Look up to the higher powers as your only role model and then channel it through yourself to become your own role model. Don't be agreeable or nice, be kind and confidant. Establish goals, and laugh off slights. Dole out respect where it is earned, starting with you. Lift weights and don't take any shit. Build a foundation and realize that modern life is a mess, but your internal life doesn't have to be.

Synonyms lol. I think the ability to distinguish the look as well as understanding how these aren't synonyms is just what separates women from men, or high IE from low. I buy into the academic social science capabilities of a Berkeley publication, anyway. Good to look into focusing on this skill. Btw I got a 18/20, but after I got the first one wrong I understood how it was more like a standardized test. I do think I fall more into the "needs to boost his approach numbers" side of RP, but I appr…

You're mad at yourself. Anger and desire are the same thing in ancient thinking. Why aren't you also mad at gay men for being effeminite, or poor people for being poor? These people are not your competition, but you see something of yourself in others that you hate. Grow up.

I’m less disgusted and more of just shrugging. The guy is just a weakling, why do we care about the weakness of our competition? Only if you see his weakness in yourself.

Rock climbing and team sports worked for me. Also hanging out with the sales and consulting teams who actually go drinking and not acting like a social weenie and making excuses. Invite yourself out.

Who knows, but this seems like it could be a bunch of potential blind spots that can only be hashed out by more experience... fretting over a rejection isn’t going to help, but stepping up your game and dominant control over situations will. It’s true; maybe you weren’t dominant enough for her to feel the sexual escalation strategy you attempted.

Give yourself an existential break. You’re bored and under-stimulated. Not hopeless. Young. Getting a hobby or working on yourself could be a challenging and engaging way to open up the possibilities of your future. Relax and “do work, son”. What about education?

I’m not going to pat this guy on the back. The exchange sounds like a pair of bickering siblings. A real alpha wouldn’t throw little jabs like he did. Ignoring her insecurities and taking the lead with enjoying yourself is more likely to gain her respect.

Maybe just the US health system and 3rd world health systems. You can read up about how well maintained these German/Swiss/Austrian brothels are.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
