Ya. 1RM at 5'5" 140 lbs are: Squat: 315 lbs. Bench(paused): 215 lbs. Deadlift: 375 lbs.

It's not advice, it's genetics. Who cares if you can bench three times your bodyweight if you're 5'5", 140 lbs? Girls certainly don't. But girls will get aroused by a 6'4", 220 lbs beast, even if he can't even bench his own bodyweight.

This is a horribly depressing and I'd argue slave-oriented way of viewing the world. If you're basically just only gaining validation through other men then you're not really a leader. I can't see that being a mindset that a leader would have. It's not the only reason but it's a source of motivation. I have much more respect for the athlete that trains because he wants to test his own limits and become his maximum physical self for its own sake than if he were training to become "one of the bros…

Former is more accurate, though if I really wanted to lift for women I'd do bodybuilding not powerlifting.

I don't know, I just started drinking yesterday. Never drank before, even when I went to clubs and bars with friends. I first tried spiced rum at 40%, 100mL which had me wobbling. Then I tried gin at the same quantity which got me super drunk. Alcohol smells like nail Polish BTW.

Nope, nowhere near average. I'm 5'5", 140 lbs. I'm a minority where I live. I don't have any debt though (credit or school loans) so I'm good there. I made $8,160 this year from my internship. Throughout the year I work part time at a liquor store which amounts to $16,640, so around 24,000 per year as a University student. I'm still a virgin at 20 with no sex partners. So no I'm not average.

Well I just fapped and yeah I do it sober. Tried fapping while drunk last night and my mind was blown.

Women care more about you looking strong than being strong. You can look strong by just being tall and broad shouldered.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/17 07:59 PM

A desire to be as masculine as possible within the context of their culture perhaps? I'm not denying that the drive for sex is very strong, but a lot of it has to do with social conditioning.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/17 07:56 PM

I don't really know tbh. AFAIK, the Victorian ideal was that women were only allowed one partner throughout their whole life, meanwhile men were allowed wives, mistresses and such. Women were expected to choose male partners out of rationality, not out of desire like men.

Problem is that because sexually desired men are high value, it creates a positive feedback loop so they become even more powerful and high value. On the other hand, men who aren't sexually desired lose value and that creates a negative feedback loop and they become socially worthless. Other cultures were smart to attribute high value to things that you can achieve, not things that you were born with.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/17 06:58 PM
2

Not really. It's just that men are socially conditioned to view sex as a need. Men were always viewed as the more chaste and rational gender (while women were viewed as promiscuous and impulsive), this only started to change during the Victorian Era.

I know Muslim guys who are more "ghetto" and getting girls is still a huge thing. Those aren't real Muslims. They're fags with no identity so they had mix and match several.

Many men don't care about the woman, we just want a trophy around a to show off to our friends. Having a hot girlfriend is like telling your guy friends that you bench twice your bodyweight.

At the same time, no 5'2" balding Indian with a receding jawline has gotten a woman to bed solely through his energy and vibe. Girls are creeped out and insulted by someone they consider unattractive trying to flirt with them. You still need to engage a woman regardless of how you look, but to be a slayer you need to be physically attractive in one way or another.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/17 04:00 AM
2

Over 5'11" Really handsome face (includes good hairline) Jacked Pick two and everything that you said applies. You don't need any of these to get a girlfriend, but you do need at least two in order to become a slayer.

I'd only change my interest in a girl if she were a criminal or she was obnoxious while talking with her. But nowhere near as picky as I imagine most women are.

One thing that I've seen as a woman is that women can be into a person, and then turn that interest on a dime in order to protect themselves when they see yellow or red flags. The person who was a solid sexual/romantic prospect becomes a risk. That's where a lot of the "friend-zone" conversations come from - a woman initially shows interest in a guy, then pulls back because she determines that the guy isn't right for her for whatever reason. This is why I don't even want to bother. I don't like …

Yes, absolutely. Women are passive flirters. Some examples: eye contact, sitting close to a man, just trying to be in his general presence. Basically women flirt by trying to get a man to notice her, because women will very rarely initiate a conversation with a guy, regardless of how attractive they find him. Women want plausible deniability. And then even once they start actively talking, women are much more coy and subtle. They often expect men to carry the conversation. This is way too much w…

What I notice is that even women who flirt still want you to be taking the initiative, the lost they will do is guide you towards that. I work part time at a liquor store and every once in a while a couple of slightly buzzed girl friends come in. Sometimes one of the girls will just keep asking me, " Do I know you from somewhere? I swear I've seen you somewhere." The first time that happened I kept assuring her that I don't recall until her friend says, "She wants your number." Obviously I can't…

This is a tinder experiment that demonstrates you don't need to have any game if you're attractive enough. Actually, you can even put down in your bio that you were a child molester and still get matches and replies as long as you're hot. So how is game any relevant? Why would you encourage guys to practice their game when truly all they need to do is focus on being as attractive as possible?

No, if men are not sexually frustrated, then no ideologies can really persist because ideologies rely on the devoutly following men to gain traction. No man is going to follow any belief system if he's getting all his needs met. Do you really think the hippies of the 1969 Summer of Love would have been willing to fight and die for anything? Highly doubt it. Their sexual needs are met. Ideologies need to be able to convince low value men to join their cause, because low value men are the ones res…

Attractive to a certain person, or just stereotypically attractive? Just a certain person. Do you have literal gynophobia? Probably not since I grew up with two sisters who I love very much. My question is, how can they consider themselves to be any real movement with real issues if they are holding girls out as bait and reward? If men are very high quality they could benefit just as much, but you're right. Most open relationshits pretty much consist of one woman who fucks many dudes and returns to the loving arms of the cuck who only provides emotional love. It's like being in the friendzone but worse. From what I know of open relationshits, the girls will get incredibly insecure if they suspect that their boyfriend can actually find women to have sex with.

Ultimately I recognize that I'm the only one that is able to solve my inceldom, by becoming as attractive as possible. I'm actually quite motivated to leave inceldom. I've already worked hard on my body for the past year, the next thing I need to do is to develop a niche where I can get some status (I've thought of getting more professional at kickboxing) and drug myself with xanax so that I can talk to women without the belief that I'm genetically unfit for them creating anxiety for me. A lot of us are trying to help ourselves the best way we can, but need an outlet for venting like these subreddits so that we don't bother anyone we know in real life. This thread has a bunch of quotes. You don't need to break your girlfriend or wife. You need to talk to them. If they're doing something that hurts you, you need to tell them. And not "I wish you would quit that." Tell them "This hurts me when you do that." If they care about you, they'll take action to prevent causing you pain.
