You still feel that way if you’re legally required to a separation for a divorce in some states. Like you don’t have a choice that’s the process. What if the process takes years due to errors and mistakes on the paperwork the one wanting the divorce and filing isn’t allowed to pursue another relationship even though legally they have to be separated I think it’s six months in California.
