I can only repeat what I read in another thread on this topic: alleged rapists should always be kept anonymous until the charges can be confirmed. That's the least they could do to protect people from rape allegations.

There's always the possibility that your partner has HIV and it just wasn't found out yet; so everyone who has sex with an untested partner knowingly takes this risk (I'm not saying that they are equally to blame - it's just kind of a dumb move to have unprotected casual sex in any case).
