You're right. If I had more self-respect, I would've just walked after finding out in September. Instead, I tried controlling her.

Luckily, it was just a simile. I am paranoid about her cheating because I see how she could've because it's what I did. Psychological projection and my accusations from it may be hurting her more than the truth of it tbh. As far as not wanting to hurt her goes, so much for that. My fear of losing her is probably the real reason I kept it to myself.

These past 4 months, I have been like Russell Crowe on "A Beautiful Mind." Far from it, though, this shit sucks. There wouldn't be a next relationship. A dozen plates who never could win me over, maybe. I'd get my fix of validation with plenty of respect and be a king atop his mountain of gold with no desire to spend it or enjoy it. Jfc, am I headed down the mgtow path? I gotta get away and find purpose but have too many responsibilities.

That pretty much sums it up. Look what I did, mommy, respect me, or I could do it again! I just hate the fact that she won't respect me until I stop caring about her and treat her like she's nothing to me. Since she clearly means everything.

Damnit, all the harsh truths this place has is a real thigh slapper. I got it! If I have another affair, I'll forget about the guilt from the first one and my projection of my wife for as long as I keep it going. Gotta keep on the grind.

Hey as an autistic guy with a high iq, I fully agree. I'd pull everyone's headjack out and give Smith Morpheus if I could just enjoy that steak again if I could.

No idea why this is a 911 post.. Honestly, despite my multiple sidebar readings, it hasn't helped with my guilt from the affair. Everything just seems like a distraction for me.

Your commenting comes off as with an air of unfounded superiority. Defending is an action. Good isn't always right, though. Moralizing as described by Oxford Languages "the action of commenting on issues of right and wrong, typically with an unfounded air of superiority." This led to me spending too much time considering the concept of good and right. Perhaps the approach of good manners in this situation would lead to OPs success and then be considered right. Maybe it leads to OP talking himsel…

Your pink avatar is enraging my inner omega. I'll use it to fuel my next hunt, which is solo since the alpha chased me out the pack.

You're defending an omega, does that make you less of a beta?

It took me 3 months to accept that it isn't even conscious, so all the resentment and anger was like yelling at the sky for raining. Still pisses me off but I stopped being angry at her and got mad at the weights and have learned to enjoy the competition of it all.

Wait a minute so me buying and spraying random perfume on my left shoulder after I go sit in the walmart parking lot for an hr wondering if she's thinking about me. Then coming home and using a notification app to send me notifications every 3 mins while I put my phone screen side down near her are bad for attraction?

My phone is locked with location off and will remain that way. Wife rips it outta my hands sometimes and I chase her through the house and always wrestle it back with my overpowering strength. She acts mad but giggles and I go about my day lmao.

I used to feel like my life would be over if my wife died or left. Now I like to imagine how I'd go on forgein women's magic carpet rides. It is fun to think of love as being special or more than just chemicals but nah I can't.

I remember 4 yrs back when my wife caught scent about my side. She went through the bank statement and saw a coffee purchase. Then looked up the address for it and followed my google location to an apartment a few blocks from the coffeehouse. She texted me while I'm at work blowing my shit up. All I had to say was "What's so wrong about buying coffee?". She never replied and when I got home she was such a sweetheart and more feminine than I've ever known. It was easy to be indifferent since I th…

While she was choking it, it quacked a lot before it went limp. It was hard while watching it happen and I couldn't bear to pet it anymore afterwards. I'll bury it in my wife's backyard so she remembers him.

Been accused of cheating. That's good I gave more than enough comfort That's bad got the best of her because I would agree and amplify or just laugh at her about it That's great it was too much for her to handle That's incorrect annoying or mean in her words That's good I feel like you are back on that red pill stuff again That's bad, fight club has a rule although I would rather you not That's bad Ive held off on initiating That's bad not very attracted to me See all of the above somebody in my…

One night, my parents were fighting in the station wagon and my dad hits the brakes. Slams the shifter in park, gets out and walks off into the night. It was about 5 miles from home and before cell phones. Didn't see him until the next afternoon, but my mom was all over him afterwards.

Speaking of deserving. My wife had a guy friend who straight up told her she wasn't his type and wasn't attracted to her for sex or relationship etc. She continued to hang out with him for 6 months and gave him bjs every time. I remember thinking how I gave her the world and felt so deserving of them and he didn't do anything for her yet I'd have to argue and pull teeth to get one. Well, it turns out he did do something.

I was living a complacent fairy tale love life until my wife's hypergamy latched onto my throat. Now that I see the game for what it is I can sit back and laugh at everyone. The sad and anger phase was rough and I felt like my whole world was shattered but now I've never been so free and looking back I was a bitch.

That's true, and had my wife been driving, which she used to when I was a drunk captain, I'd probably be dead.

Last weekend I was driving my family to a shopping mall for a fun filled time of shopping and a street carnival. Was on a 2 lane road going 65 mph and an oncoming car swerved over into our lane taking up 3/4 of it about 100m ahead. Wife started screaming and clenched my arm. I didn't even move my hand from the top of the steering wheel. I literally said "this motherfucker wanna play chicken huh". By the time i finished saying it I had moved over to the line and still hadn't braked. They never co…

I learned this with my wife lately. Went through the peak of my anger phase, and it was plain as day that women want men more who don't want them back. She'd spout off that i love you bs line 20x a day trying to get me to say it back. Meanwhile I would leave her or read or say "get over here and show me then" etc. Before this I was always the one to say it to get her to respond. Thinking back, makes me cringe.

Joyner Lucas "What's that?" "Just 'cause I fuck, don't mean she mine I tossed that bitch with a two-hand pass" whole song is great though.
