Agreed. I look at someone like Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime and think "Damn, I want to look like that" and start working towards it. Many other men do too. Many probably don't give a shit, but that's their right. Those primal urges just really lay dormant because they never really have to be activated in the modern day with all our laws, technology, and relative abundance of goods. I'm assuming that at least at some point in your life you were afraid of the dark, right? There's one of the most basic primal instincts right there, because back in the day, dark = bad for humans. Those primal instincts are very much still there, you wouldn't be here if your ancestors failed to act on them.
