No it is not weird to do strength workouts. I'm a personal trainer and all I ever use to train female clients is strength training and in my opinion it makes them progress better. But I also notice that the girl who strength train keep at it longer, and seem to be more confident.

I can't help you with the bedroom, given I don't have those parts. As for your body. Do as the bros and go to the gym. Gaining muscle helps keep the weight off given how muscle requires more calories to maintain. Don't worry about looking like a miss olympia body builder, that takes years and many different types of meds to obtain. The simple act of working out also lowers stress and making those personal records makes you more confident as a person and not just your body

Men are supposed to feel all the emotions. They are not supposed to let them interfere the daily goings. There is a time and a place for everything.
