This has been one of my favorite resources.

This is an amazing way to consider maintaining frame. Holy shit. I tell you what

For any LTR, I'd say! I'm not hitched but I've been living with the same woman for two years soon, that book was very beneficial.

Hell yeah! Seeing ones woman in the kitchen more often is a lovely tangible result. I can smell pork chops as I type.

Cthulu-cum-guzzling. This is a new word for the day, thank you. EDIT: oh it's your user name. That makes way more sense

I too can relate to this feeling. For me it's just the reality of learning these concepts. Nobody said it wasn't a bitter pill!

If she's like this with one guy, she's like that with every guy.. not worth the time

Put the suspenders away, those are for serious pant suspension.

Dollars, Man. Can you quantify the benefit you have gained from her? Did she cook you food? Did she clean or actually do anything for you other than help you realize you've been taken advantage of? Go out and get laid elsewhere.

Just stop dude. You're wasting time on her that you could use to improve yourself or to get with other women. Actually take her off the pedestal and start ignoring her. What value has she added to your life? Sounds like not very much.

That's good to know. Surprised I didn't see that. Thank you sir!

Just read the rcws, wa uses a 'reasonable person' doctrine to determine if use of deadly force was justified. Not living in WA is very unlikely for me... maybe if I lose my family and career, I'll go homestead in Alaska.

I don't think Wa has stand your ground laws... That's what keeps me from getting a ccw license and handgun. If I'm wrong, please let me know!

But, for those men who have marriage/family in mind, # of concurrent plates might not be their goal. I do understand that marriage is a big no no for most users here; but for some of us, TRP is about cementing our hold on our LTR.

Look at his user name... seems like a troll account.

That plan sounds just like the last few steps of the MAP from MMSL. Definitely take action to better yourself, and just ignore her when she starts acting abusive. Do like Kevin Spacey in American Beauty and start working out instead of letting her dish her shit out on to you. I wish you luck man.

Those two books should be all he needs, hopefully soon he'll get his head out of the sand! I read both of them earlier this year and am much happier in my LTR as a result.

You won't see a lot of potential self improvement that's possible through exercising.

Not that close? You're more his friend than he is yours? He had his chance. I rarely see anybody I was friends with in high school anymore, 7 years later. I wish I had the red pill back then. Trust your loins.

Not every subscriber espouses rampant misogyny. Hating women != seeing the genders for what they really are and attempting to use that to guide your life decisions. For instance, my journey in swallowing trp has been about solidifying my ltr, and to prevent myself from falling into old beta habits.

Only this. Don't let her cuckold you man!

Lawyer up and hope that he can get the increase denied in court? I have a feeling that's a slim shot. :(

Can't remember the exact quote, but I think it's something like 'for every attractive woman there's a man who is happy to no longer be putting up with her bullshit. '

Check out the married man sex life blog by athol kay. His book was a good read. I'm not married but it's helped my ltr, and has helped me better understand what I want/need and how to articulate that to my woman.

She's irrational to think she has high value just because of her job and"looks". Raising another man's children is a game most of us don't want to play. That makes her value go down from everyone else's perspective but her own.

Find time for yourself, get out that guitar and have fun; most importantly. Maybe your kid would like to listen to you play? That could be a way to both give yourself more confidence and to take care of your offspring. Unless you only like shredding metal, which might not be too suitable for youngins.

Invite her, but make it clear you expect to be having sex. "No guest bed, and I've been planning to have company that night, maybe I won't have to go find a one night stand after all. ". Keep it playful and in your frame. Could be one way to play it

The correct dynamic for every man in this sub reddit is such. Why are you posting here?

She hasn't been so obedient/good to him so far, what hurt could it cause to change their dynamic so he has authority in his own household? If she can't comply, the curb is where she'll end up

But not being honest you just waste more of his life; and stunt more opportunities for him to find a good woman who gives a fuck about him. I don't think you care as much as you say you do. EDIT: If anything, telling him about your infidelities will strengthen the resolve he will feel in the future when choosing a partner. You hear a woman say she once cheated; and you can easily say "This person isn't good for anything but sex"

What makes you think being a complete hamster bitch is acceptable? Confess your wrong doings AND move on... Give him a chance to find someone who REALLY gives a fuck about him. If you cared you would encourage him to re-alpha and be the man you need him to be. You don't care, so you go and get cock elsewhere...

You should really be honest with the guy about all of this...
