I just assumed that it is a correct usage of "we", because, while kissing someone is my action, making out with someone is an action which requires (at least) 2 people - me and the one I am making out with. The same at "we proceed to have sex with B" - here I mean, I can't really have sex by myself, so I used plural, and at the end of the sentence I added who was the other person (elaborated the "we"), mentioning her with (by?)
