The people in power. The coaches and the activities planners. Telling a girl she cant play hockey because she cant form her own team is a shitty excuse to be lazy. You cant get mad at somebody for want to do something they like. For you to think anybody should just give up because they don't have their own place, team, whatever universally goes against a humans need to better themselves. You cant stop change, so might as well find ways to make it work.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH How noble of you to take the virtious stance of standing up to my rudeness while you call me pathetic. Hypcrocite much. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH At least I don't hide who I am behind the internet. I could fucking care less what Marcus Aurelius thinks, He's no messiah of Stoicism and I choose not to idolize individual like you clearly seem to love Ben Shapiro. Cant even bring up a …

Buddy, this isnt a win or lose scenerio, The only people who lose are those that don't learn anything. You are acting very dismissively. You bring no actual facts to the table. I could easily show you multiple video of Ben shapiro acting like a angry child. can you show me a video where he sticks to the point and backs it with a study? Seriously, I have yet to see this and I have seen various videos of Ben Shapiro from conservative friends that just like you try to " emperor's new clothes"" me i…

Its really funny you use the exact same attacks Ben Shapiro does. You didnt once talk about his argument structure( or lack of ). instead you dismissed my point by attacking my character then acted defensively by virtue signalling about me being rude. You argue exactly like Ben Shaprio. All Bark no bite. All emotion not logic. You insulted yourself by comparing yourself to Shapiro. The dude is a man-child that has televised temper tantrums and has only had a place because his groups softball him…

Then you are a sorry excuse for a person. Ben Shapiro argues like a first year debate club student that just learn how to negate everything. Look up Socratic argument and see how its supposed to be done.

Thats fair but people are mostly akwards and weird. Nobody really knows their emotions and people make knee jerk reactions all the time. I cant tell you how many times i assumed somebody was a dick because they assumed I was and blamo we are now locked into a Asshole competition. This is just me so feel free to tell me I am blowing smoke up your ass but When I can see the persons assumption and play against it it always gives me the edge and makes the other person way more likable haha. I dont think those were your only two decisions you could have made. I was bullied in elementary, middle and high school because I had huge ears. Thankfully I grew into them. What stopped it was building a community of people I helped. Now when I was bullied others came in and protected me. I didn't even have to do anything. By the end of high school even won Mister * my highschool name* because of my kindness and willingness to build. I even joined the wrestling team so I could help other kids …

Dude i understand the hell out of that. I dont even go on facebook anymore because of some of the shit i see on there that just straight hates on men. It IS demoralizing. I said violence not hate. Also feminism is not one large group its more a cell operation where each county and state have different values to their feminism. for you to talk about feminism in such general terms is to say that all apples are the same. One instance is not a pattern. One group is not all groups. You need to bring in stats or personal story. thats what point I am trying to make. You bring in examples of exceptions and act like they are the rule.

I stopped multiple male rapes from happening. 2 thus far I have helped innumerable men on this subreddit by listening and being supportive. I have helped a friend file a domestic violence case against his ex wife and was his support through it all. I created a mens group at my job that allows a safe place for men to talk opening about their problems. I engage feminist civility and have turned many of them against the movement through compassion and common sense. I am more than willing to let peo…

I guess my question is how has it effected you specifically. I believe and try to follow stoicism and one of the main things Marcus aurelius spoke was that we should only worry about the things we can change in our own lives. learn to use your anger in better ways. Being a troll online is on a waste of your time. you are only shooting yourself in the foot. there are a lot of good podcasts on gender issues that helped me understand a lot. There are some really good books on this stuff. When you realize that its all culture and not the actions of individuals we stop being so mad at people and start trying to change the culture for the better.

EXACTLY this is a marketing problem not a gender issue. If nobody wanted to go then why was it even changed? Asking for common sense and using stoic method is making me a shill..... Hrmmmm. You desperately want me to be a bad person to validate you. I never trust a person that thinks they have a right to label others. most people barely know themselves so how could they ever know a stranger. I guess my question is how does any of this effect your life specifically. I am a stoic and one of the main lessons is don't care about shit you cant change. When my friend was abused by his girlfriend I helped him and found a way to report the girl. That seems to be happening a lot with moose lodges here in America as well. My grand dad is a freemason and is a shriner and he said even the shriners have been getting complaints that there are no women. My grandpa also made a valid point though that most of the groups are full old men that complain about the youth today so they don't welcome in younger men and thus are a dying breed. a list of the men's issues that have been harmed by feminist campaigns Thank you for this. that is a good list. I have to ask though how many things on this list affect modern day men and you specifically. Feminists will use stories from the past to hate on men now all the time. How can you see no profit for a women's event if there never was one? I am not saying that there are women that life to destroy safe areas for men but this one instance seem more like a bunch of men throwing their arms up in the air and putting their tails between their legs. That kinda makes sense except for the part where once the 4th step happens why cant the old Homogenous group start a new. Thats been the whole of human history. a group grows big, a dissenting group breaks off and starts some where else. How does an article on India's chastity culture and the story of a man in south africa being killed by a mob because have to do with feminism. Again you keep linking false accusation to feminism with articles that dont link them. The south Africa story even says that rape is a big problem in that area so the mob attacked not out of a belief in believe women but a belief because of the culture. People who have to say they are winning are covering for their bullshit. If you had a solid point you just would have said it. Besides Emmett Till name a recent male that was lynched because of feminists? so are you saying point A is racism, thats why we got KKK and NAZI's. And B is Sexism with feminism. right? You are saying that since sexism is worse racism can be ignored? or are you saying that both are the same? I am saying that both are problems but they are very different and effect differ…

They wanted to make money so its their job. Thats how capitalism works. you didn't need some " fuck the women" you needed better marketing. 3 events in a year is not gonna lead to burnout. especially since it technically only be two since each group would be excluded from one. I know its easy to get frustrated about shit like this but I don't believe in a no win scenario. Then men that throw their hands up and the air and blame all women are only shooting themselves in the foot. How many men did…

When they start insulting you. you win. It means I got you mad and you are no longer thinking clearly. Well you never were thinking clearly lets be honest. "A is worse so b doesn't matter" only works in short term. This isn't a timed matter so both A and B can be addressed. you are using your intelligence to make excuses not to find truths.

i am not saying to believe anything on here. You are the one trying to sling a narrative around as likely. I am only saying to be skeptical of all sides and to not assume blame on any groups unless you can prove it. Escalation is bad so don't engage in it. Either I am being mad at a feminist or I am allowing a piece of propaganda to influence my emotion. So I choose to not choose a side in the case and to not allow myself to be influenced. Its sad you think you can guilt trip and gate keep here.

The more likely theory is you and I dont know anything and shouldnt be forming any opinions based on hearsay and belief. The only answer that can be said is " I dont know". IMO I think its about mitigating false allegations. If there is that added barrier of time and process before you can villianize somebody maybe accusers will be less likely to use the justice system as their violence by proxy. The anonymity until convicted is great but they may be trying to compromise.

A trained professional can give you tools and tricks to observe yourself and find your triggers and hang ups. Evolution is effected by longer term roles on genders in society. In ram species that see horns as a sign of good genes that species grows larger horns because of selective breeding and genetic trait favoring. It's fair to say we have evolved in similar ways. This is why the female prison system is so empty because women get every single change possible to not be in prison while men get the book thrown at them.

The point you seem to miss is the truth is what matters, not your perspective or how you assume people will take the information. If you are so smart and understand the difference I am sure others will too. If its a US citizen that's being raped it should be included no matter where they are. FULL STOP. You are trying to manipulate the truth and hide behind the excuse thats its for the greater good and that the average person won't know the difference. I think that is a pessimistic, arrogant, an…

I understand how averages work. Your reasoning however is misguided. No good comes from withholding information. You can have two statistics one with and one with out prison rape, Hell I would prefer it that was since it would very much highlight how the prison system is corrupt by showing the 2 number beside each other. Relying only on the stats of the public is a disservice to the truth. We should not be making choices for other on what they should know and instead give them the information an…

Prisons are in reality. Humans are humans no matter where or what room they are placed in. Your reasoning might sound like it makes sense but take your opinion to its logical conclusion and it is nothing but dismissal of victims. Its weird that when we talk about male rape victims a lot of people want to round down on the cases that are more gray but want to round up when its the same situation with a female victim. We go from " believe all women" to " well lets look at the definition" for men. …

Nailed it. Its very hard to know the small subtle nuances of a gender unless you experience it first hand. Even the best books and psychologists will never hold a candle to the fluency created by living it. One of the first steps of propaganda is dehumanizing the enemy so its easier to hate and kill them. I think the persons transitioning in the article realized just how much society has dehumanized the male gender and how much he fell for and validated it but its something you can't really read…

The point is the race wasn't doomed, when numbers started to decline the lack of traditional learned behavior is what caused the lack of offspring to reach maturity. The females were raised on multiple generation of bad learned behaviors so even when the situation was improved by lower population numbers, they still abandoned their kids because they never learned from their parents and ancestors what a good parent is. That's fine if it is a personal choice. The moment you give it a name and acronym and join groups of people to share in your disdain in society you get something far less innocent. If it was just a bunch of people saying " no thanks" and minding their own damn business I would be their biggest supporter. but its not, its a bunch of idiots gloating that they are better off because they choose to restrict their lives. Did you not read any of these threads? its people talking about their family and friends being unsupportable. I don't see any comments from people on the actual forum being rude or demeaning. it seems like /r/loseit gets the idea that the only way to change somebody is through positive reinforcement and role modeling. Why post stuff that shows you are lying? You don't care because you don't even know how to back up your own argument.

The weight of an individual shouldn't effect how you treat them period. Just treat them like an indivdual and treat them how you would like to be treated. Its simple. Or you know you could not have an opinion at all. Treat individuals like the individuals they are. Not lumping all of one group of people into saying they are all the same and all disgusting. Duh. I am not arguing that being fat is healthy I am arguing that you don't have to be a dick to people to get them to lose weight. Disgust happens because somebody doesn't have a fluency to an idea, person or community so the shock of the exposure elicits a fight or flight response and in turn creates a emotion of disgust. You absolutely can reduce feelings of disgust through exposure and repetition. Don't blame others for your emotion and reactions. You don't get to be the bully and the victim at the same time. Bringing religion to the red pill is a big issue. The Bible says you can't mix fabrics or eat bacon, or tear your clothes, or get remarried after a divorce or have premarital sex. The best advise I was ever given is to not assume anything of a person based on what they look like. Every person's potential and ability is on a case by case basis. Our brains seek patterns and in doing so we take the actions of individuals and assume all similar individuals do the same. whenever I hear somebody say " All men are" or " All women are like" I absolutely know they are wrong.

Holding people to the standards of being a decent human isn't patronizing. We are all members of a society and as members of the society we need to know when a certain level of alcohol inhibits our interaction with this society. Its the responsible thing to do.

I hear stories of 15 year old buys having to register as a sexual predator because they text naked pictures of themselves to friends, unknown to them that these pictures are considered child pornography yet now that its a 10 year old girl who didn't simply take a picture but physically harmed another person, now people are saying " too far". I agree that it does seem a bit harsh but the system cannot show leniency in matters of sexual assault or rape. If we want things to be different we have to…

Everybody has a story of their life in their head, a narrative that is romanticized and exaggerated to make ones life have more meaning or a sense of purpose. When a women hears doctor they might not necessarily see dollar signs but they will definitely start forming a narrative in their heads of falling in love with a doctor and all the life benefits of having a doctor husband. I have a similar view of people, I think part of TRP process is "degendering" everyone you meet, though rather than see them as a wall to climg, I tend to see them more as something interesting to be dismantled. Well said. you are assuming a whole lot here so i will explain What I'm after (or curious about) is perspective based on other subscribers' experience, not a "what does a textbook alpha do". I never said that what I do is textbook alpha. What I am saying is you have to be in a perpetual state of improvement as a human being; always hungry for the challenge. Anything other than that is a distraction. The implied message of your comment is that I see committed relationships as a threat. This is not the case.…
/r/TheRedPill28/07/13 10:23 PM

I think the main thing you are lacking is curiosity. You are too content with your life so you are choosing not to extend yourself past what you are comfortable with. Go out there and feel some awkward silence, get yourself outside of your comfort zone. You wanna be alpha, you have to be okay with being uncomfortable.

Rule of thumb, Always tip. The amount of how much you tip is where the quality of service is put into factor. Not wanting to give a server three dollars tip as a way to teach them a lesson says more about once stinginess than their ability to judge food service individuals. If you have an issue with food then talk to a manager about the food quality, most of what waitstaff gets blamed for is kitchen's fault anyways. ( food cold, too much, not enough etc).

no, you made a general statement and I refuted the statement with an example. The best part about sweeping generalizations is even absurd examples still disprove the statement. saying Girls are weaker than guys. doesn't factor in differences on an individual or even regional level making your statement flawed. All you had to do was preface it with "on average".
/r/MensRights12/06/13 06:41 AM

See you added 'usually' which makes your statement agreeable. Methaxetamine didn't, and thats the major difference. You are taking into compensation the individual while Methaxetamine states a unprovable theory as if it is tested fact.

you seem to be missing the point. you make a blanket statement Girls are physically weaker than guys I proved that wrong, and common sense dictates that any statement that generalizes is incorrect. How is that a sexist remark, if anything its generalizing and we all know that always leads to false conclusion.

Why can't people get it through their thick skulls that using gender to group behavior is BS. People are individuals and their decisions may factor in gender but family and society are just as big a player in ones mentality. Everytime somebody says "men are like this, women are like that" it my litmus test to see how ignorant they are.

I know, but if you assume something and a cop proves that it was different from what you said your story now loses creditably. A lot of people in victim roles feel weakened by saying I don't know and in return hurt themselves because the police find holes in the story. My ex-gf was raped and she swore it was a friend until he had an alibi, it was twice as hard for her and them to find the real person since the cops were now annoyed with her.

All you can do is give all this information to the police. try to remember as much as you can and whatever you do don't state any assumptions, only what you absolutely know. too many people are in in jail because somebody assumed they were the criminal. this may be tricky but I would call the guy and record the conversation asking him what the hell happened and why he thought it was okay.

From what I remember it doesn't matter the name called only that it caused defamation of character. Most slander laws were translated from old dueling laws where people could challenge you do a gun duel if you tarnished their image. I think especially since she isn't a neo nazi that is proof the intent was malicious making the name calling very much slander.

you need to be a little more empathic my friend. I think you are basing most of this guy decisions on what you would do instead of trying to understand the situation or why it got this way. there are a million way to get to the same outcome, we cannot assume. edit: why down vote Occupythekitchen. or he was trained from a very young age to NEVER hit a woman. My mom grilled that into me, no matter what. When I was in middle school I had one girl that suckers punched me twice because she wanted to be thug and i was the biggest kid at the bus stop. the third time i hit her back and i got two days suspension. she got a lecture. this shit happens in subtle way all throughout mens lives, and it becomes ingrained in their psyche.

Never even thought about that angle in regards to the white knights. if anything that makes them the most chauvinistic of them all, because they hide their control by calling villainy on others. Where is that quote from by the by?

I never understood calling a man a pansy for being abused by his wife, especially by the picture the man looks like he could easily fight back and win. His control and want for non-violence resolution makes him more of a man then any of those name caller will ever be.

This doesn't make any damn sense. People praise Batman and Ironman for their clever use of technology and gadgets for crime fighting yet a dude with pepper spray is a wimp? sounds like a bunch of block heads, until I can punch a person from 10 feet away, blinding them, I'll keep the pepper spray.

You can't change adults but you can affect the generation after them. Its Machiavellian thought that to change the world you only have to change the minds of the youth, which is why they are so coveted by agents of indoctrination. why do you think parents find people to blame and keep their kids away from? So they can control them and force their fears and goals onto them. I can change the world and so can you if you try. Lead by example, be a good person, see through the bullshit that is fear m…

Thou hast generalized too much. Its impossible for you to know what happened in every era if not even historians know. Its called the dark ages not because of the black plague but because we know so little about that time. Your disregard for human life disturbs me.

I think we are saying the same thing you are just way better at it haha. i will take back what i said about rapists only looking for the drunkenness or restricted clothes, they could be a que for profiling rapists looking for the person that looks the easiest to rape. wearing a miniskirt is a right but wearing a miniskirt in a terrible neighborhood at 3am is just bad decision making.
/r/MensRights04/08/12 07:27 PM

I tell women friends this all the time. Wearing a mini skirt doesn't mean you're getting raped but it does profile you as a target to rapists. The same way mugger look for people on their phones or with their headphones listening to music, rapists are looking for drunk chicks in restricting clothes. its not the woman's fault, but its not helping her odds either.

I think this is a strategy. All you have to do if you don't like a sub-reddit is bombard it, posting increasing less important then eventually trivial links. its casebook Huxley, when you don't want people to know the truth simply create a dozen simpler "truths"

A MRA will look at this and say that with the advent of a no- fault divorce and more economic stability in women, women don't feel as obligated to be married anymore. A feminist would look at this and say, good for these women leaving oppressive relationships

This happened to my brother. his wife cheated on him for two years and even with the proof of adultery the judge still gave her my nephew and set him to pay a lot in child support. it wasn't after she started demanding more did the judge realize her true colors and gave him enough custody of his son that his child support was greatly reduced.
