No one is denying you have a shitty hand. Control what you can. Try some heel lift inserts before you go start breaking your bones.

As another tradesman I suggest you work your way up to not being the guy carrying pipe all day. In the meantime auto regulate your training based on your recovery capacity. No big deal if you drop your volume as long as you are doing the movements. If you only go two times in a week so be it. Better than the zero right now.

When a woman treats a man like this, he builds empires. When a man treats a woman like this, she goes and finds the emperor.

As long as you can grab her low back while in that position, Turkish Get Up her thighs, and proceed to body slam your cock into her, you're good to go.

Women have just as much desire for sex as men but only for the men with the best genes. The biological cost of sex is higher for women. Put yourself in the shoes of a woman for the last 100,000 years and imagine that every time you had sex you risked having a child grow inside you for 10 months and only since the invention of marriage 5,000 years ago was the man responsible for that child. Too many bastards = invention of marriage. Invention of birth control = rolling back human sexual dynamics …

If you sort a subreddit by top all time posts, and it's all memes, you've found a low quality community.

Thank you for helping sort my thoughts. I've got dates set up the next three days but two of them would compromise my gym time. Fuck. That.

You're absolutely right. This fat is my enemy.

I suppose it's so ingrained in our culture for men to sacrifice themselves. To know that it can't be appreciated by women is the most gut wretching part. To stand above our degenerate culture and be a true man and know that it's just for me is where I struggle. It makes me no better than the solipsistic woman who only cares for herself.

"My career enables a lot of social interaction with people my age, but the girls my age and in my career are not interested in me at all." Hypergamy Your status is not high enough for these women.

Focusing solely on looks and money is low hanging fruit for men whose mission is to pump and dump artificially infertile wombs. Status, inner game, and the ability to create is what separates the Chads from the Genghis Khans.

I would run a 5/3/1 cycle and do Deadlifts, Squats, Bench, and OHP on my first day off and take the following day off completely, except for mobility/stretching which happens every day. Do pullups and pushups via the grease the groove method during the week and you should be golden.

We have touched on the topics and I'm getting ready to have a discussion about the above mentioned things. My hope being that she realizes we are not good long term mates as well.

The Definitive Book of Body Language by Barbara Pease and Allan Pease Should be mandatory reading for men. Our words represent only a small percentage of what we are actually communicating.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
