2	Adobe female exclusively scholarship is discriminatory The field of film editing is interesting. Historically it’s a field dominated by women. A lot of that changed when things transitioned to digital but women do still have pretty good representation in the industry compared to other fields because of that history. Calling it toxic masculinity describes it better because people actually believe that some of these toxic traits or behaviors are masculine and actually associate such behavior and expectations with masculinity. Gender roles are all social constructions and this just calls out the toxic kind of construction.
