I can only speak to the few examples I’ve seen the ones provided spanned over 14 months so I wouldn’t say it’s super common however I find it ridiculous compared to someone that may have a computer science degree. we are top 3 for diverse hiring in the country within our sector so that might factor in. I will note one of the positions I mentioned was also a transgender woman, not trying to be political but that does look really good on the books
