If people are not familiar with this, the guy was ranked something like 460th in men's NCAA swimming. He came out as trans and ended up first in women's NCAA swimming. There was a very awkward moment when she is standing by herself and the three other girls are standing together by themselves about six feet over (they were supposed to be on the podium), that is cropped out of the photo.
