If a pub in Scotland has to change staff uniforms to avoid sexual assault from females which is considered socially acceptable, why should it not be considered socially acceptable for a man to lift up a womans skirt to see if she is wearing panties or not? 1	Is this promoting rape culture? We don't need to blame the rapist. He is sick and can not control himself. The law punishes those criminals. We do need to shame the victim to as it was her foolishness that put her in harms way. If u don't shame the victim for poor choices, she will make the same mistakes ad expect the sick criminals in the world to change so she can be safe. The world's not safe. 1	Made Men 2017: The First International Men’s Day Celebration for Black British Males! November 14 Support is where all males stand together. Diversity is when many colours and sexualities merge.
