Alot of truth right here. I turned my back on society back in 2009, got some land, a house.... and have been to hell and back. It's been great though. I'm free, and I was forced to learn lots of skills which have now made me self reliant. I'm about to go Galt and sell off all my shit...prob cash out with a few hundred thousand, with which I'm buying a larger motorcycle I can live off of. Then I'm going on a tour of the usa via motorcycle. Where I go and where I choose to stay....who knows.

You are in a state of decay or a state of growth. If you lift heavy with the 4 main compound lifts you will grow and stay strong. ​ I had same back issues from sitting alot and once I started the lifts and worked through the pain all the back pain is now gone. ​ I'm 37 and am working towards a 350lb deadlift and a 135lb standing barbell press. Having that level of strength makes it harder to kill you.
