I dont really have any advice. If the stature of limitations is still up you can pursue a case but you'd probably loose. The best advice I at least can give you is seek comfort from friends and family (and people online) to help with the mental load. You could also try getting into contact with a lawyer (even online) and get them to help you out.

I don't think that was necessarily due to a lack of women (unless we men just start beating each other with rocks in a scenario like this, but I'm sure we're better than that) men have evolved to be leaders in situations like this. Men would go out, kill a mammoth, fight other tribes etc. Women wouldn't need that same leadership. Someone would probably call me sexist over this but it's true.

No but those women will have to learn about their sons and husband's brutal deaths and live with rat for the rest of their lives, and need to tell it to their children too if they have them. Then yes its her choice. She chose to have sex. My idea of how abortions should be handled is that it shouldn't be a firm of birth control. It should be for rape or when protection fails and that should be early on. If the woman has the express intent of getting pregnant then she shouldn't be able to get an abortion.

But there's also the undeniable fact that they have to carry the fetus. Pregnancy and child birth is long and painful and basically renders the woman unable to do most of the things she enjoys doing, while also having the possibility of killing her.
