No - what I meant is that gained muscle - lost fat. I just got my scan actually. I am closer to 20% BF. Gotta get to work..

OYS # 2 ​ Fitness: Training 6 days a week - light cardio on day 7. I am doing 87%-90% of max for 2 reps and between 15 - 30 reps at 50% for hypertrophy on big lifts, 50-60 reps on accessories. scheduling DEXA scan this week to see where my BF% actually is.
