I’m a guy and I like a mix of heavy lifting and long distance cardio. I typically do about 5 days a week of both. Probably not long enough for either as I do about a half hour of each right now but need to do more. My diet is what I really need to work on though as I like my booze/beer and chips and dip.

It’s based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. So I don’t know how far out of state they go. It’s a great IPA for sure and a big point of its is it doesn’t have a strong bad aftertaste. Also helps it’s almost 8% alcohol lol. Nice! We just won our first game after a losing streak but I’m not much of a baseball fan lol.

Kinda in a weird spot right now entertainment wise. Not feeling gaming as much besides a little Zelda BOTW on Switch. Streaming wise I binged Lost last year which was amazing but can’t find anything to fill that void since. I will watch Stranger Things season 4 but I don’t think it will be as good as season 1 or 2. Can’t read more than a few pages of a book recently without losing interest. Mostly just been on YouTube and Reddit 🤷

40 minutes of weights and 20 minutes on the treadmill is my typical workout after work during the weekdays. On weekends my workouts tend to stretch an extra half hour as I have more time and energy. I do chest/shoulders/arms on one day and back on the other. I need to start doing leg day lol but I like running and that typically is my main thing. I would make sure you have a pull up bar, dip rack, a barbell for bench, squats, and deadlifts, and a treadmill if possible.

I would give all of that up except family. I don’t really have friends anymore, and even when I do see them it’s not fun or worthwhile.
