Just like with feminism but for women, it began as a men’s rights interest group, but devolved into a misogynistic cesspool… Human nature, even more so now that most people evolve within internet echochambers, tends towards tribalism. Reasonable people need to pick out the good and the bad from both movements.
Whether the claimant too had engaged in sexist behaviour should not play any role in whether the respondent engaged in sexist behaviour. The latter could have counter-sued.
Tbh it’s up to the police department’s discretion. The issue is that police ressources are limited, so they need to be selective. If it were up to me, any assault case would be investigated.
Women have more reproductive rights than men, literally. If a woman gets pregnant, she can decide if she wants to be a mother. Men have to accept the consequences. Except in Poland, a few US States, and non Western countries
