you need to hold click and press not interested on videos like this. it takes a while for the app to learn your preferences but the more you interact with videos (watch through fully, rewatch, look at comments) the more the algorithm shows you that kind of video — even if you don’t actually like it. I almost exclusively see woc on my fyp bc that’s what I interact with the most!

I sincerely think most feel justified in absolutely everything they do, even if they’re clearly in the wrong. They’ll convince themselves that they’re acting rationally even if it means literally warping reality, and then the lack of awareness makes them act even more irrationally !! What I feel like works best is a quick 15 min video chat to make sure the date is worth your time / see if they’re noticeably weird, and then a proper date. If he suggests low effort stuff, you really don’t want him. I always ignore until he makes a better offer, or just express my distaste in some way to make them feel shame for even bringing it up and thinking I’d be okay with it.
