"I'm a woman!" Mother flips out in family court over a joint custody rulingI had 50-50 custody and my dad had to pay my mom child support, i have no idea how much, but it was until i was in college. I def saw it as BS. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 07/03/15 10:52 PM
Woman goes insane over minor accident and threatens an officer (xpost from /r/JusticePorn)agreed, he dismissed her arm breaking threat as a joke and deescalated it as a joke to let her rant and be done. but she seemed to almost be encouraged by it and kept going, nice of the recording guy to apologize even though he didn't do anything bad. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 12/01/15 03:14 AM
Woman argues with judge and gets 300 days in jail.eh, i think early releases are very common for both genders, (at least it used to be when jails were filled up) | /r/PussyPassDenied | 12/01/15 02:55 AM
Woman shoots man in face after fistfight involving her father. She receives conviction & minimum required sentencing for her crime. Public perceives sentencing as "unprecedented" & "despicable".don't know why you're getting downvoted, eye for an eye is a terrible policy, and wont improve society. People not doing shitty things cause they're afraid the same shitty thing will happen to them if they're caught doesn't make good people. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 11/01/15 10:03 PM

Public perceives sentencing as "unprecedented" & "despicable".Because that doesn't fix anything. Rehabilitation based "punishments" are consistenly better. Shooting her in the face and paralyzing her wouldn't make her see that its immoral, she (like many other criminals, not saying just her cause she's a girl) needs therapy in a controlled area (a prison) until she's fit for society again. It may feel good to "serve justice" by hurting her too or locking her up forever, but that's the reason the US has such a high rate of returners to prison. it doesn't he… | /r/PussyPassDenied | 11/01/15 10:02 PM |
