It's not unconstitutional because it doesn't discriminate against gender. It says that the vagina can't be "circumcised" except for medical reasons with no mention of the sex of the person. There are some family doctors that will prescribe ADHD meds without an evaluation just by asking questions. But most reputable doctors will refer patients who think they have ADHD to a neuropsychologist who specializes in learning disorders. There are some very specific tests that are a good measure of if a deficit exists or not and if it's likely ADHD or something else. If it's diagnosed this way then then the diagnosis is pretty accurate.

There may be a lot of controversy, but the fact is there are provable cognitive deficits in people with ADHD that are probably related to a neurotransmitter deficiency. ADHD meds fix this deficiency. Because it's done for hygiene and health reasons in men (not the case for girls.) It reduces the incidence of HIV. It's definitely not inhumane. I'm circumcised and I recall no trauma or pain. Not the case if you do it as an adult :) Feel free to emotionally downvote my factual post now.
