I'm not going to hate, because it is unknown how sincere it all is. At the same time, she is a public figure and he is a very public figure and they talk to media and fans, so how difficult would it be for her to give a specific reason? Think of the few people you love the most. Isn't it fairly easy to give a specific reason why? It is for me.

I feel more human the more I resist animal desires. Practically, it is vaguely "easier" to go about in society knowing that females will be uninteresting, except for the rare case in which there is some useful academic collaboration, etc. In addition to abstinence/suppressing any thinking about "romance," I also carefully regulate what I eat, etc. Animals care primarily about acquiring food and sexual partners. Humans need to be something more.

All it takes to disprove one statement about an entire group is an exception. I have a few exceptions in mind of female humans who are approximately "saintly" which reminds me it is possible that not every single female is a selfish, lying *****. That said, a general impression of a group and trends within a group are real and cannot be discounted. Maybe it is better to hate selfishness, vanity, disloyalty, etc. instead of focusing on individuals?

After being red/blackpilled that the entire scheme of "romance" is misleading, corrupt, and often dangerous why not continue on to understand that the scheme of "friendship" is misleading? 100% abstinence. Living life like a monk for almost two years. It is interesting how UNinteresting females are when there is no motivation to touch them. Rejecting sl*ts due to viruses. Rejecting pornography due to its devastating mental impact and its direct implication in human trafficking. Rejecting being guided by animal impulses.

It is an issue of probability. And an issue of how costly the probable outcome is. The expected value is low. Suppose 1% of females who reasonably are in range of marrying you would fulfil "happy ever after." Out of the 99% "other" females, it would range from dealing with drama to being wrongfully accused of domestic abuse as a way to "win" the divorce process.
