I don't have any plans for publication at the moment. My supervisor thinks that given the fairly original nature of my research if I write it well enough then we could consider publication at a later date. But my priority at the moment is my degree!

It's rather difficult for me to post the consent form via reddit, however participants would be more than welcome to email the head of my department's ethics committee regarding the matter.
