Children are a depreciating asset. You are lucky if they take care of you when you become old and sick but that is not promised. For 300,000 USD you could buy a Ferrari and have allot more fun and joy in life than any child could ever provide.

If one really think he is not going to have any involvement with the mother of his child after the birth of the child he is smoking crack. He is going to pay child support, she is going to get custody of the kid which is shared between both of them. Unless somehow he can prove her to be an unfit mother which is very very difficult. If one has a kid it is over, now your way is taking care of that child.

I cannot stand children, anytime I hear one having a meltdown in public or running in circle like a wild animal I have this sudden urge to hit the bastard. It is because these children and teens born after the year 2000 that I support abortion.

Yeah in the Western world women have much more favor with custody, alimony, child support even the welfare state favors women. I am older Gen Xer, I divorced over 30 years ago, no children.
